Alicia and Adrián are excellent hosts, the apartment is spotless in every way , the building is very good, the pools are excellent, great clean and comfortable. The gym is very complete. The parking lot was according to vans. Impeccable attention, we will definitely be back soon, thank you!

Marcia has an excellent apartment, and she is very attentive to us feeling good, like at home. We found coffee, tea, water, which is appreciated for arrival. He gave us very clear instructions for check-in and also that it took us an hour to get in since we arrived very tempano in Buenos Aires. She made us a lot of helpful recommendations before traveling. It is set for the frequent flyer tourist, very beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of restaurant offer (close to Armenia Square) and plenty of commerce to buy the day. Everything was working, we didn't have to call her because of anything decomposed.

The apartment is located at a central point, beautiful area, next to metro, supermarkets, cafes and attraction points, such as the San Telmo fair and Plaza de Mayo. The building is classy, and also features a roof pool, gym, sauna and parking. The room is also elegantly decorated, well equipped, spacious and warm. Though there was a technical problem at my arrival, Lilian took care of the problem and made sure my stay ran smooth and comfortable. I highly reccomend this place and would love to return next time I am in Buenos Aires.

Our Airbnb in Buenos Aires was spotless and provided a cozy retreat after our city explorations. Its prime location allowed us to walk to numerous historical sites and attractions. We enjoyed the variety of nearby eateries, and the on-site laundry, along with a pharmacy and grocery store just a block away, added to the convenience. Highly recommended for a comfortable and well-situated stay.

This is now my go to place to stay in Buenos Aires. Perfectly clean, close to everything, and well stocked. I felt like I was at a hotel because there was breakfast available every morning in the lobby. Their security team is awesome too. Angel was super responsive and there was nothing missing that I might have needed at any point. It was AWESOME.

Well-equipped apartment. With very pleasant amenities (gym, sauna, hammam, swimming pools, solarium). Ideal for a relaxing and cozy city trip. Martin and the building staff are very kind. Generally, Airbnb apartment photos are more flattering than reality, but here it's the opposite; the apartment is better than the photos.

I want to thank you deeply for the excellent service you received. The accommodation complied fully with what the photos show: as they describe it, without unpleasant surprises. The amenities are really amazing, making every moment of the stay special. In addition, the view is simply spectacular: from Puerto Madero to the whole city, and from the 36th floor pool you can appreciate, in the distance, the Boca court. An unparalleled experience that I recommend without any hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at Candela's place. The apartment and amenities were just as described, and everyone we interacted with was excellent. Although we encountered a few issues, there was always someone available just a text away to help us resolve them. We spent wonderful days at the home of Veronica and Marcelo House clean , smelling bedding, strong bathroom shower, all trams running mainly the coffee maker I love!!! Silent and Safe Street But very close, several bars , restaurants , shops Market right in front Perinho Bosque Well-lit house Unspectable And they gave us all the information clearly and accurately Amamos ♥️♥️ I didn't even want to leave anymore 😄

Excellent apartment and communication with Laura. I really liked the location, tired of locomotion and close to tourist places, you can go to the neighborhood the mouth walking. So too, the very friendly concierge, made me an induction of the different amenities of the building. If I would go back to Buenos Aires, I would go back to this place. 👍

I was very happy with the place. The view was amazing at any time of the day! I used sauna and jacuzzi - it was booked by my host through our communication. Very easy process. The pool on the first floor outside is outstanding. After all day walking it was great to refresh there. The place has great spacious kitchen. I am sure I will recommend this place for my friends to stay. And my tango school was just a block to walk.
