Very happy with the appartment from Stephanie... Spacious and wel equipped. Very close to the center of town. All on walking distance. Communication was perfect with Stephanie. The neighbours can be a bit noisy but that's all. Looking forward coming back!

Beautiful and fully furnished apartment with all the comforts. Auxerre and restaurants can be done on foot. Nice view on the river Yonne and a private parking space. We'd love to come back sometime.

This is a beautiful apartment and was perfect for its proximity to Guedelon castle. The beds and linens were very comfortable. There is some street traffic noise early in the morning, but a set of ear plugs solved that problem.

Very good stay, the apartment was as described and very well located in the center of Auxerre while being in a small quiet and peaceful courtyard. Thanks to Sandra and Vincent for having everything planned on arrival for having to think about nothing. Very relaxing romantic weekend.

Very welcoming host via messages. Very easy to get to. We found it directly. Once in the cottage it's nice, the lights are dim. It's big, there's something to cook and a fridge. The bedding is good, the jacuzzi is very cool. On-site wifi and large recent TV. Very good experience that I would recommend.

Functional accommodation, very clean and pretty.

The accommodation is really very nice, the decor, the furnishings everything is impeccable.

Apartment easy to find and it is easy to find a place to park. It is very nicely decorated and pleasant (althoughit is better not to be too large or too wide to go by the stairs:) but it is not a problem). The upstairs with the bedroom, the balneo and the bathroom allows you to have a nice time. The balneo has a water heating system which is very convenient because the hot water tank is a little short to take a shower while filling the balneo (on the other hand, the balloon heats up rather quickly). In short.... to do and redo!
