Beautiful apartment, very welcoming and pleasant, a beautiful living room with an incredible view of Clermont, beautiful rooms, all the comforts, perfect for enjoying the center of Clermont. Catherine is also a very welcoming host. We really enjoyed our stay.

Second stay in this apartment and still as satisfied with both the communication with Loïc and the property itself. The sofa and Netflix are a big plus for rainy evenings. it is conveniently located between the train station and the center, served directly by the tram. The interior is tastefully furnished as before.

We were not spoiled by the weather but we were lucky to have rented David's apartment! The apartment is comfortable and bright, spacious, well arranged and well-equipped. Parking is very easy, all shops, services and restaurants are within walking distance. Just a clarification, there are a lot of steps and the stairs are steep so to be taken into account for people with reduced mobility. Special mention for Sarah, who manages the master's stewardship, for her kindness and responsiveness!

Perfectly located, tastefully decorated, spacious and functional. Fully equipped, the toy chest made the children happy for family evenings. I would highly recommend it and we saved the address for our future vacation in Mont Dore.

We had a great week with our family in Cournols. The accommodation is spacious and has all the necessary amenities to spend several days on site. The environment is peaceful and the location is ideal for shining in Auvergne. Denise recommended several nearby sights and hikes. A good address to remember!

We were a group of friends, and everyone found their privacy in this atypical/amazing place and totally private building. The bedding is comfortable, the kitchen is very well equipped, the living room cozy, everything is well thought out like a hotel. The terraces of the accommodation a privilege and we were lucky enough to enjoy it because we had a beautiful sun ☀️ It's all about walking if the goal is to enjoy the city center😊 We'll be back without hesitating. Thank you to our hosts for this stay.

Very nice accommodation, close to Mont Dore resort. Convenient for a family because it's possible to make machines. Very close to a supermarket, a gas station, a city center and the pool. Lovely walks to do from the property. It would be perfect if sheets and towels were included in the price.

Great stay in this apartment in a great location and super well-equipped. The accommodation is spacious, in a quiet area, perfect for a vacation.

The recipe for a good holiday: A friendly and family-friendly place on the edge of hiking, the sun, other friendly vacationers and … a Pierrick! The accommodation is simple but efficient and sufficient for what we had to do there. Thank you again for the great week.

Jacques is an available host and concerned about our well-being. The apartment is very nice, with a beautiful view of the waterfall and snow-capped mountains. Ideally located (right next to the tourist office and shops). The apartment is not large, but it doesn't feel that way because it is very well furnished and very well-equipped. There's even a fondue machine and raclette machine. It has a room to store skis and après-ski gear. We had a lovely stay there, and if I go back to Mont Dore I will come back if possible to this apartment. Recommended!

Accommodation, clean functional, very nice to have a parental alcove and a space for children a little out of the way. Bright and is very good, equipped, we'll be happy to come back!
