This house and the site were fantastic. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is free use of communal washing machines. The lake is beautiful and all on site staff were great. The nearby area is also great with a fantastic aquA park for kids in Frymburk and nice restaurants nearby. Would very much recommend 😊

Beautiful space, great location, amazing hosts!

The cabin, amenities, and surroundings were absolutely perfect. We agreed we weren't in a nicer place. The perfect place to relax, walk with dogs. You can watch a crackling fireplace, read a book, or just look at nature through an amazing big window. There are great board games. The kitchen also has everything needed and the hosts are extremely nice. Thank you so much, and we'd love to come back.

Short distance to cesky krumlov town

We had a great ski holiday in Lipno. The house is very nice, would be big enough also for two families and is really nice and clean. We felt totally comfortable and can only recommend it. The contact was also straightforward and very nice.

The stay at Radek's was really fairy. The location is amazing,in a small village by the river, a short walk from Krumlov and a short walk from Lipno (you are not far to the Austrian Linz). Domecek is cozy, large and well-equipped,you can find everything you need and much more, even for a stay with a baby and a dog. We also enjoyed using the outdoor seating and barbecue area. We would definitely stay longer if it was. Radek is an amazing host, he took great care of us after the whole stay, he always responded very quickly to any question. It was one of the best airbnb experiences we had, and if we had the option, we'd love to get back to Radek. As a host and his cute house, we can only warmly recommend it.

As a family with 2 kids (3 and 5 y ) we had a great stay at this accommodation! Everything looks new and all you need is present. The garden is ideal with a refreshing swimming pool and toys for the kids - we even made hotdogs on the little campfire spot :-) . Marcela was quick in her responses and helpful. The region offers many activities on the lake and it is close to other highlights (Sumava national park, Cesky Krumlov,...). We would definitely recommend this accommodation to other families!

super good and nice stay. Unfortunately, there was not much snow and we really had to drive after this (50 min). There was little to do in the village. The house is on a nice starting point, but all the nice places are about a 45-minute drive. In the summer, there is plenty to do. house was perfect, very spacious, 3 nice large bedrooms and 1 small room near the living room. Unfortunately, 3 rooms had extremely sturdy mattresses. The house really has everything. Only your own personal items are really sufficient for a pleasant stay.

Two separate, lockable apartments in the basement of a family house, with Wi-Fi, a shared garden, a pool, and free street parking. The host can flexibly switch the apartments; I originally booked apartment 2 but ended up getting apartment 1, which wasn’t really a problem. The accommodation (apartment 1) is spacious, with a large wardrobe in the hallway, a living room with a double bed + a bunk bed and a TV, a bathroom with a shower, and another room with a double bed and a dining table, from where a small kitchenette is accessible. The kitchen is well-equipped with utensils, the only negative is that there were no basic cooking supplies available (oil, salt, pepper, etc.). The host is reliable, responds quickly to any questions but gives guests plenty of space. Since access is via a key box, there was no personal contact, and we weren’t disturbed. I recommend it, and if I’m in the area again, I’ll try to stay here.

The house is situated in an idilic, calm and remote area in a forest next to beautiful lake and creek. Its is very well equipped and can host 5 couples without a problem. Its also very well suited for families that like it stressess. The communication worked fine despite the language barrier. We had a wonderful stay in Kamilla's house and hope to return in the near future.

We were a larger group, everyone was very impressed and more than happy with the place. You have everything you need and enough space. We were now in the cold season, and inside there was no lack of warmth!

Very nice, quiet location with terrace and property. Ideal for dog lovers, as it is on the ground floor. Breakfast at the terrace with sunrise- great. Everything you need, Wi-Fi, toaster, kettle even dishwasher and washing machine incl. Tabs. Roland responded promptly to inquiries. I would book again.

Great hosts. Very nice farmhouse. Tastefully decorated. Everything you need is there. The village offers a quiet environment. Perfect for relaxing. Also for our little dog. There were no problems between our dog and the hosts' dogs. We had a relaxing vacation and a good time. Thank you very much.

Everything matched, beautifully cleaned, new house and surroundings. Look for a beautiful look at Lipno and the surrounding area. It's more like a hotel or hotel apartment, there is also a front desk. Therefore, it must be taken into account that in case of cooking, it is necessary to take all your belongings with you, sugar or flour is not left here by the previous tenant. The listing didn't even have a hair dryer, but the baby chair and potty lent us the front desk. Overall, we were satisfied.

Our stay at the cottage was fantastic! The secluded location in the middle of nature offered us the perfect peace and quiet. The attention to detail in the decor was noticeable and we found everything we could ask for. A great place to stay for a large group! We highly recommend this place and would return here again right away 😊

I had a great stay at Pavel's place! He was proactive and very responsive, making everything easy from the start. The instructions were clear and helpful, which made check-in a breeze. The location is excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!

We had booked three nights at the house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 infants) including dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was enough parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative care by Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed on request. The house was fully equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. It's just a pity that there was a sauna right on our house back wall and was loudly used by our neighbors. They braced over our terrace while we grilled our dinner!

We spent a couple of days in Dana's cozy wagon and had a lovely time. The wagon sits on a hill, offering a nice view of the forest, with a charming little village nearby, making it as remote as we had hoped. It's thoughtfully equipped with electricity, a stove, and a warm oven, providing all the comforts we needed. Dana was a wonderful host, and her hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
