Villa holiday rentals in Cerritos Beach

We had a great 2-week stay in Villas Mi Chula. The apartment is located equidistant to the beach and central Todos Santos (20-25 minute walk to either), but there are restaurants, groceries and the weekly farmers’ market within a few blocks. The apartment was comfortable and impeccably clean when we arrived, and we enjoyed the rooftop patios and public space around the pool. The pool isn’t heated, so there wasn’t much competition for it, but I enjoyed a wake up cold plunge most days and it felt really refreshing after a walk back from either the beach or downtown. Both Lorena and Alex were great hosts—very responsive and accommodating.

Incredible place! Totally unique in an area with no their homes nearby. A beautiful hotel nearby where you can enjoy the facilities for a very reasonable price. If you want to get away from it all and enjoy nature, the pacific ocean and the most beautiful beach..this is the place.

Villas Mi Chula is a beautiful spot and a perfect little oasis in the city. Will definietly be back!

This house is a gorgeous home base in paradise! The place is beautifully designed, has everything you need, is more than comfortable, and is very secure. It's a short walk to the beach, and from the rooftop you can whale watch or enjoy gorgeous sunsets. A few minutes drive into town puts you right in the center of the action. Jane was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. Would 1000% stay here again!

It was very clean and having your own bathroom is great. A short walk to the beach and restaurants a great place to stay I would definitely recommend it, Alfonzo is a great host very easy going.

This property was a very good fit for us. Quiet, private, well appointed. Large comfortable bed, lots of windows providing light and sun exposure. The house was very clean, great kitchen set up, plenty of dishes and towels, a thoughtful welcome basket, multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. Would recommend some furniture or cushions for the rooftop deck. Good landscaping and plenty of birdwatching available. Host support is definitely lacking, poor communication did have an impact on our stay. Specific questions asked in advance and during stay were not responded to. There is no onsite house manual and the online version is lacking basic information such as Wi-Fi connection and how the house alarm works. We ran out of water at the property (this was something we had concerns about but our question was not answered). A property management company is handling the hosting duties and I think they are just overwhelmed and not up to the task.

We really enjoyed our stay at Mi Ranchito. The pool was so great, especially because we paid to heat it. The main house is nicely appointed, has an indoor bathroom, and a semi-private bedroom. The casita was spacious, had great ambiance, and an outdoor shower only. That was okay and I enjoyed it, but lots around it are being built up so I’m sure they’ll have to add more privacy later. The home is classy and relaxing. There are a few restaurants nearby that we loved. Would stay here again.

We had a great stay at Sophia’s. The house and pool were beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. The road up to the house was super rough but we were able to navigate it in our little rental car.

Our group has been so excited to stay at Villa Boojum, and it totally exceeded all of our expectations!!! Upon checkin my friend and I were stunned, and ended up jumping around with joy. It’s one of the most beautiful properties any of us has ever stayed at. The home design is just breathtaking. The location is perfect - just outside of town, and a very pleasant 5 minute walk to the beach which we did daily. Beds were super comfy, and the saltwater pool was a luxury. Communication was super easy, and our hosts even provided lots of water and other goodies. Seriously - you will not regret booking a stay at Boojum!! Best decision ever!

Casa Gemelas was a little oasis for our group of 9. We made use of all the space and amenities, which felt plenty large for our group. While we still spent time on the local beach (sunsets!), we spent most of our time at Cerritos Beach (a quick 5-min drive) since the local beach was a bit too far to walk and also carry a day’s worth of gear. Close to many restaurants, yet still felt private and secure. The wifi was a bit patchy in some areas of the house for those that were working remotely/on video calls, but otherwise worked fine! Mike was also very responsive and attentive throughout our stay. Would definitely visit again!

The house was perfect for our family of 9 adults. Lots of communal indoor and outdoor space for everyone. Quiet. Wonderful to listen to the waves crashing in the distance at night. Fantastic lanai with small pool, lawn chairs, shade, and sun. We felt very safe and happy. Highly recommend this if you are looking to rent a house that is spacious with a lovely view.

 If I could give Casa de Zorros more than five stars, I would! This place isn’t just an Airbnb. it’s a luxurious and peaceful sanctuary, and a love letter to Baja’s wild beauty. The effortless charm of a space that has been curated with deep care and soul. The house itself is stunning,thoughtfully designed, blending rustic elegance with modern comfort. Every detail, from the beautifully crafted interiors to the beautiful fireplace and lighting, everything invites you to slow down. The beds sleep like a cloud. The kitchen fully equipped, the outdoor spaces fully decked out for pool comfort, coffee at breakfast, stargazing at night, or simply soaking in the peaceful energy of the surroundings. The hosts are beyond incredible—gracious, responsive, and full of love. You can feel it in every detail, every thoughtful touch. Secluded tranquility and easy access to adventure. Surfing, hiking, exploring hidden gems… it’s all here. Casa de Zorros is nothing short of magical.

Easily one of the best vacation rental experiences I’ve ever had. The property itself was wonderful and the photos on the listing do not compare to the actual experience. What made the trip most special was the chef, Rene. We felt so well taken care of and all of the food was excellent. I only wish we could have stayed a few more days so we could have tried more of his specialties. Rene was also super helpful with local recommendations and seems to know everyone and everything worth doing in the area. Both Keith and Rene were great to communicate with before and during the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this spot and hope to return in the near future.

We adored our week at Casa Sabila. It’s in the perfect location in TS, close to town, very close to the beach, surrounded by palm trees and green fields. The house itself is lovely, charming and cozy with wonderful indoor/outdoor living. It’s not brand new so if you need all the modern bells & whistles, look elsewhere, but to us it’s a perfect Baja home. Check in was easy, the house was very clean, beds comfortable, plenty of towels (including pool). And the garden & pool area is beyond gorgeous - we hope to return soon! We did not rent the casita so I can’t speak to that but it looked great. If I was pressed to make a suggestion I would ask for a few more spoons and another dish towel - other than that, fue perfecto.

We had a great time at this beautiful Casita! The property was totally gorgeous and we really enjoyed the kitties. The rooms were great, and if we are ever back in this area again, we would definitely love to stay here again!

We enjoyed the casa very much. All was great, lovely terrace and roof top terrace. Very well equipped kitchen with everything available (kitchen tools, BBQ grill, spices, oil, dish washer tabs etc.). Very comfortable large beds. Beach is close by car, about 20-30 min by foot. We would love to come back!

comfy, clean as a whistle and cush. Chula is home for us now. we will be back 100%! the proximity to the beach, great restaurants and some of theeee besttttt coffee is unmatched. the house is outfitted with everything you need. one of those Airbnb’s that’s just hard to leave!

Wendell and Danny were first rate hosts. The secure compound located minutes off the main highway in Pescadero is just moments to Baja Beans and other great dining and services the area offers. Extremely private space with a fantastic pool. We hosted a family event and the guys were attentive to all of our needs without being intrusive. Rooms are spacious with comfortable beds. Bathrooms have great water pressure. Short drive to Cerritos beach yet removed from some of the crazy crowds found over the hill. I’d highly recommend this space for your next stay.

The house is perfect. We were 4 adults and 4 children. The pool is great and the sunsets on the rooftop are breathtaking. There are several beaches nearby and the village of Todos Santos is also good for a short walk. We will certainly return. Really OMG!!!!!

Well decorated, spacious home; not far from town. Lots of nice little touches. Would not recommend walking around the neighborhood (especially at night) since there were several unleashed (stray?) dogs that appeared aggressive. Some of the door locks were quite janky.
