Michela was very kind. She welcomed us into the apartment allowing us to check in early and was very flexible even at checkout. The house matches the photos and description. It is well cared for, clean, bright and has everything you need. The place is not very big but in one/two people you can stay comfortably. The apartment is in a quiet area (San Donato) and in less than a 30-minute walk you can reach the city center and Turin Porta Susa station. Michela also gave us great tips about the city and if we were to return to Turin, we will definitely come back here!

We had a great time. The apartment is in the Porta Susa area (10-15 min walk), in a very quiet and safe neighborhood, easily connected to the city both by buses near the house and by metro. The apartment itself is wonderful, spacious and cozy. When we arrived we turned on the boiler and heating, the house warmed up in less than an hour, perfect! The kitchen is well-stocked with everything, while in the bathrooms there are towels and a hairdryer. The beds are already made, with clean and fragrant linen. Mr. Francesco was a great host, always available and kind. Should we return to Turin, we will think of this house again!

Top Location – Top Comfort – Top Character! We stayed at the Piazza Castello apartment for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Federico and Alessandro were incredibly helpful, offering prompt and kind assistance at any time of day, including late check out! The apartment is full of charm and history, beautifully furnished with great attention to detail. We were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gifts, and the bathroom amenities were a standout – beautifully wrapped toiletries, eco-friendly toothbrushes, and super soft towels that made our morning showers great! Also handy umbrellas saved us from the rain! How thoughtful! The location couldn’t be better – just few steps to all the main landmarks, historical cafés, galleries, museums, shops, restaurants, and bars. Venchi Gelato is literally right below your window, and you’re also within easy reach of Eataly Food Hall and the scenic Po River. Even getting around the city is effortless with the tram 15 outside our door. Highly Recommended!

Very nice one-bedroom apartment overlooking the Po. The bedroom is very nice and spacious, the kitchen is well equipped and there is also a sofa with TV. Located on a busy street near a small square with bar and market, you can reach the center in 20-25 min on foot or very soon by bus. The area towards the hills on this bank of the Po is also very nice. We had a great time!
