The place is great! We felt right at home, we didn't miss anything - Gianna and Brian thought of everything and provided all the necessary information in advance. They were always available and very friendly. Each of the bedrooms leads to the pool - a really nice haven to relax in. 100% referral. :)

We loved visiting Merida and staying at Mariana's beautiful home. We had four couples and there was plenty of room for each to have privacy but also come together for breakfast, share the pool and plan excursions and dinners. There are many activities to do in and around Merida, and we found having our own cars was very helpful for getting out into the larger area. Having garage space at the house was great, as street parking is a bit tricky by the house. Around town, we walked, as there are many great restaurants, museums and shops within close range. Additionally, it was very fun for us was having Mariana's housekeeper, Librada, make breakfast for us each day. She was a delightful person and a great cook! We would love to visit Merida again and if we do, we hope we can stay at Mariana's home again.

Such a wonderful oasis in Merida for our first time visiting. Such a quiet neighborhood but within walking to distance to nearly everywhere we wanted to go. Gerardo was so responsive and helpful - absolutely loved our stay

We really enjoyed staying here for 2.5 weeks. The house is HUGE with lots of space and a swimming pool. The house was very well equipped for our stay even with drinking water and a bidet in the bathroom! The large king beds were very comfortable. The Internet was fast and stable, the kitchen was great to cook in with everything needed. The area is quiet and safe and is about 15mins walk from the center square. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

I had a wonderful six-night stay at Casa del Árbol. The house is a beautiful combination of historic architecture and modern amenities. Lovingly restored and tastefully decorated with many personal touches, it has huge common areas spread over multiple rooms, exceptionally comfortable and private bedrooms, its own pool and second-floor terrace. Jérôme was an incredible host. He responded instantly to any questions. He was easily reachable and always in touch with incredible local and authentic recommendations. Gastronomy, sightseeing even birding ! This truly felt like concierge service or staying at the home of a local friend. Thank you Jérôme, merci, gracias.

No words can describe how much we appreciated Renee. Such a wonderful host with a heart of gold. Our place was gorgeous. I don’t think we lacked anything. He even brought more towels. His attention to detail is unsurpassed. Renee accommodated our early check out. Hands down the best place we’ve ever stayed on our travels. We will be coming back soon. Thank you so much, Renee!

The apartment was clean and has everything you need for a long term stay, and Nicte even provided a table lamp and a pitcher for water. Also we had a cleaning free of charge during our stay what was extremely nice! Wi-Fi is really good. The location is peaceful but about 35-40 minutes walk to the center (although there is a bus stop near the house or you can take an Uber). Nicte and her father were very helpful and responsive, they even gave us recommendations which cenotes to visit. Recommend this place!

The apartment is very well located, in a quiet area in the center of the city, which you can pick up walking. Jorge attended us excellently well, always attentive, and with useful recommendations, which made our stay more welcoming. The apartment has everything we need, we highly recommend it.

We chose this place for our 2 month stay and felt at home right away. The area is peaceful and family friendly. Carolina and the apartment building staff were so kind and welcoming. We have many happy memories to carry with us. I hope we can return some day.

It's one of the best places I've found on Airbnb! Very well equipped, clean and pleasant. The location is very convenient. I could live in Ken&Moya's apartment. They are also very kind and helpful about the guest's needs.

My partner and me stayed here to do some remote work while also exploring Mérida. The airbnb couldn’t have been more perfect for that. Wifi works great, security service is very nice, the flat is quiet, clean and extremely well equipped. Bed is comfortable, all things like fridge, washing machine, AC, … seems very new and good quality. Would definitely stay again.
