Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Centre County

I think this place was great. It was very easy to find with the directions. It was a little nervous thinking that the main house would be connected but it's completely private. The little candies and charges left throughout were a really nice touch

There were 6 of us who stayed here when we attended a concert near by. Perfect for what we needed, and very clean!

Great place, great hosts! Lots of room, with two bedrooms for the price of one. Lots of free parking. Convenient to the university and highways. Ceilings are slightly low at 7.5 ft. The heat is strong, but dry. When the road is busy, it is noisy, and tricky crossing lanes to the opposite side. The whole place seems easily accessible for disabled guests, with ramps and wide bathroom door. Thank you :)

Super clean, comfortable place. Simple but considerate touches - fresh pound of coffee, half & half ready for us. Plenty of pillows & towels. Comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was impeccable! The hosts were incredibly flexible and welcoming, they made sure every detail was perfect. The place itself is very cozy, extremely clean, and with thoughtful touches throughout. Beautiful and peaceful neighborhood. Very convenient, just 10 to 15 minutes from Penn state. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

We loved Matthew and Chelsea’s home so much we stayed twice in less than a week! While we only needed a place to stay while driving through it would be a wonderful spot to spend more time and explore the beautiful nature around. It is very easy to get to off of the I-80 if you need a quick stop but we hope to return for longer the next time. Chelsea is super helpful, great communication and goes the extra mile leaving a light on after dark and salting the sidewalk in the winter. Superstar hosts for sure!

House was perfect for our quick two night weekend trip to watch the football game. Ubers were readily available in<3 minutes. The bed quilts had few stains. The overall house was very clean. And the backyard was just how it was described. Too bad it was to cold to enjoy relaxing next to the beautiful river.

The place was very clean and you felt like at home. Perfect for a Penn State football weekend with friends. The use of the fireplace was awesome- we loved it. The location is very nice - just a very short distance to campus in a quiet nice neighborhood. Everything was exactly how she described and she was very responsive. Definitely recommend it and will try to come back again !

Kathy and Phil were great hosts. They helped us with lots of suggestions about things we wanted to do in the area. The property was easy to navigate and instructions all clear.

This place is awesome! It’s practically brand new, equipped with everything you need (great kitchen, coffee bar, comfortable beds, nice towels and linens, an arcade game!!!, huge driveway, etc.) and has plenty of living space between the main living room and the basement. The property was in a great location. We were up for a wrestling match, and it was so easy to get to the stadium complex (Beaver Stadium, Bryce Jordan Center and Pegula). It’s literally one turn after you get out of the neighborhood. It was only about 10-12 minutes to town, and we also had a great meal at a restaurant that was only 5 minutes away. I had never stayed in this part of State College before, but probably won’t stay anywhere else again. Allison was an outstanding host - a great communicator, super attentive, and armed with suggestions for the whole family. We’ll definitely be back! Thanks, Allison!!!

Very close to the Nittany Valley Sports Center, (1.5 miles) which was so great for my daughter's volleyball tournament. Close to Target, Chick-Fil-A, and lots more shopping & restaurants. Very clean. Would definitely recommend staying here.

This was my second stay here. Irina is always responsive, and the place was renovated. Plenty of parking and outdoor space. The stream and wildlife was beautiful. Her son Dan is incredibly helpful and kind. We had a nice stay.

We had a great stay and would def stay here again. Townhouse is in close proximity to PSU, which was why we were in town. Complex was quiet. Townhome was clean and comfortable. Emily was a great host and was extremely responsive.

Irina was very helpful and accommodating. it's a lovely place. We were there in the middle of winter and they had maintenance keeping the porch and sidewalks clean.
