Tiny house holiday rentals in Central Visayas

This is a quiet place suitable for rest, away from tourists, with its own beach and sunset. The pier can be reached by motorcycle for 20P. It is a small road from the main road, but it is worth it. The landlord has a big family and three cute dog. On the last night, they warmly invited me to drink with them. The downside is that the bed is too high and too soft for me,and there are ants in the bathroom, but it doesn't matter. This is a wonderful memory in Siquijor～

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of the area, with the dogs, chickens and trees it felt refreshing. The staff were super friendly and accommodating and even helped us to book transport and activities. It’s just under an hour walk from the main town and beach , but only 10 minute drive by motorbike/tuktuk. It’s very peaceful . Would definitely recommend.

We had a great short stay at Nelson and Imelda’s cosy villa :) They gave clear instructions to get there, and made us feel right at home. The villa is located in a peaceful gated community and has a walkable plaza with small restaurants, convenient stores and pharmacies. They were extremely sweet and helpful, and even woke up 3am in the morning to see us off for our morning flight 🥹 (Took us less than 30mins grab taxi to the airport since it was early morning). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for a safe, comfy space for your cebu trip! Thank you for the hospitality, Nelson and Imelda!

Place is very beautiful. Blaine is a great person. Provide all the instructions and suggestions going to his place. Stayed on valentines day and complete my special request to have a decor in the room and he makes it perfect for me and my partners valentines day. Very thankful and appreciate the effort. Have fun staying staying into his place. Really recommended for couples or family stay. 5 star. ❤️❤️❤️

Joanna responded quickly to our late-night inquiry and kindly waited for our midnight arrival, which we really appreciated after a long journey. The place was clean, with hot showers and fresh towels, and located in a quiet area, just as we preferred. She also allowed us to shower after checkout before our afternoon activity and helped us arrange a tricycle when needed. They also offer bike rentals, making our stay even more convenient.

Very nice accommodation

Annie was very responsive and assisted us in booking our Islas de Gigantes tour. We're supposed to stay in the Barkadahan cottage but had to change room due to paint. We arrived very early at 9:30 am but they let us check in already. The room we stayed at was clean. May konting unpleasant smell lang sa cr but tolerable. The resort was peaceful and really a great place to relax. The food tasted great too and Kuya Jun was very accommodating. Great service overall!

The host is very accommodating and responsive to my messages. She made sure that we had our needs met and were satisfied with our stay. In addition, the listing itself exceeded my expectations. I even got it for less than the original price. If I ever have the chance to visit Malapascua again, I would definitely stay there. Good job, host! It is highly recommendable.

I stayed here for overnight stay, and it was a great native nipa hut like an isla vibe. It is very quiet so do not expect any "backpacker-party-vibe" at all. Recommendable to couple and backpackers. 💓

Excellent accommodation with very professional and helpful staff. The view is really beautiful and that Jacuzzi bath on the deck was a really nice touch. A bit closer to the main road than I realized, so you do get a lot of motorbike noise, but in the night time when the traffic dies off it gets really peaceful. The beds are hotel standard, very comfortable and we all had an excellent nights rest. We enjoyed our stay.

Nice place to stay and free parking is good. However, the exact place is not updated in google map. There is no phase 2 and you will be directed to probably phase 1.

The place is very peaceful. Perfect for overnight with friends. The caretakers were also very accommodating and friendly. The host was also very helpful and responsive regarding any questions or concerns. I recommend this place of you just want to unwind and chill with your friends. Overall we have a great experience. Probably gonna come back.

Amazing view and great place, but bit too expensive for what you get. There will be no hot water if there's no sun, the soap you get is only water and even if there is a smart TV, the TV has no internet. The jacuzzi is a nice idea but in practice the water will not be enough for all the cabins. They do send out info about the water warming up by solar power and that in case of cloudy weather there won't be hot water. But to be able to warm up 6 jacuzzis you need a lot of water, we boiled water for 1,5 h before we could take a bath. Mabye better to not put a jacuzzi in a place like this
