Holiday rentals with a patio in Central Seberang Perai

We stayed at this lovely appartment for 5 weeks and it had all the comforts and ammenities for a long stay. it was a little bigger than the photos suggest. The pool was excellent and much larger than most with enough beds and shade. There were a number of good restuarants in the mall which were very convenient. If you want a more local Penang night market experience there is the very good Hub 33 night market about a 15 min walk away. We ate there most nights as it was good , simple food, a lot of variety and very cheap. It is a little way out from Georgetown central but easy to get in/out either via Grab or by bus (101) from outside the Lotus mall. Just be aware if you go over Chinese New Year due to demand Grab can take a little longer and is a bit more expensive. Nikky was very responsive to messages and information. Overall an amazing stay in Nikkys apparment and in Penang. We will be back.

One of our memorable stay. Floor to ceiling windows with amazing views. Lots of natural light. Bathrooms are clean. Host is super friendly and accommodative that makes the stay even better. Infinity pool at the top deck offers spectacular view of Penang landscape. Felt safe with the Security in the premise. For us, it was a 5-star stay, so thank you and keep doing what you do best.

Lim was really responsive and accommodating. The place was clean, have a big living room, great for our family of 6 adults and 1 baby. Walking distance to Gleneagles hospital, which is perfect for us. Definitely will stay again if we come to penang.

Amazing view from window and balcony! We loved staying at Suet’s suite, it was better than expected. The place was clean and spacious, we felt right at home. There’s a beautiful rooftop pool that was also great. Communication was also great between the host and I; always responsive. Host made sure to check in with us if we needed anything. Definitely recommend this place!

I absolutely loved this place. Brilliant location - walkable to lots of places and close to the bus stop for going further afield. This place felt like home and the courtyard was a little oasis. Very good air conditioning (much need), lovely interesting decor. Be aware that the steps to the bedroom are quite steep. Do not hesitate to book.

The house is amazing. We had friends and family flying in for a wedding for a few days, the place was just nice to have simple catchup to with some friends and family who came down. We love that it has 2 living halls and a big dining area, we had different small groups hanging out in each area and not forgetting the rooftop was a nice hangout spot too. Things to improve….There is a big space on the 2nd floor too, however the aircond wasn’t working, if not that too will be a nice hangout space. Also the extra mattresses is more like a comforters, it’s too thin and not suitable for sleeping. But overall, our family totally enjoyed a serene stay. 5stars for service as well, check in was easy and responses were excellent. Even when we had left behind our belongings after check out, we were able to retrieve it with ease. Thanks!

We are 6 adults staying at Apple’s place. We stayed there for 1 week and we absolutely loved the place. The location is perfect, walking distance to Gurney Plaza which is one of the top shopping malls in Penang. Apple’s place has a simple yet modern design. This place was a perfect find for our holiday with kids. The place had a spacious porch which was suitable for activities for the children. In addition to that, we did a lot of cooking since we stayed over the Chinese New Year period. The place could accommodate everyone and everything that we needed to do. Cutleries and dishes were enough for the pax required. Ming Brothers was also responsive to requests for cleaning tools despite it being the eve of a major holiday. Thanks for the great location to stay. Keep it up & we highly recommend Ming’s home.

Clean and comfortable environment

The location was in a great spot, super close to 711, cafés, and restaurants. It was nice and quiet too, which was a plus. The host was awesome-really responsive and gave clear instructions. The place itself was just okay, nothing special, but it matched the price. Overall, not a bad deal!

Great place to stay.. Great responsive and helpful owner

The host is very responsive, quick to solve my requests. The condo unit and the building are all very clean, the facilities are great. The only con is it's not very walkable to downtown area, and there is no decent restaurant within walking distance, the taxi ride is very cheap though. Overall is a great stay.

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!

Whether you are visiting Penang for a few days or a few weeks, stop looking this is the place to stay! I stayed for a month and the apartment had everything I needed. All of my local friends commented on how great the location was, very central and walkable to the historic downtown, but removed enough for it to be quiet and have easy access to other areas of the island. The building the apartment is located in was great, very secure with a convenience store and Starbucks on the ground floor. There are many other home stays in the building so there are always tourists in and out but it was always very quiet in the apartment so noise wasn’t an issue. in The apartment was as pictured. I did a fair bit of writing/research in the apartment and found the living area to be comfortable and wifi fast enough for remote work. A/C + fan combo worked well so I was never hot. Didn’t notice any strong smells as other reviewers did. Highly recommend!
