Great little basement unit with everything you need for a short stay. Having a tea out on the porch was actually super peaceful and I really enjoyed it. Bathroom is beautiful and serene. Highly recommend!

Jan and Rob’s home is amazing. The best we have stayed in. The kitchen is so well equipped, there was everything we could possibly need . The bedroom was spacious, with lots of storage and hanging space. The views from both rooms are stunning. We barbecued the fresh salmon we had bought at Aoraki Mount Cook on the large deck, which overlooks the canyon. We found fresh fruit and a cake on arrival. Rob’s baking was delicious, he presented us with freshly baked scones which were the best I’ve tasted. The bus was a great was to get into town. We got a Bee card which gives discounted fares. We took the car to go to one of the nearby beaches so the I could swim in the lake - the water was beautifully clear- but it’s very stony so take beach shoes. Two words - the view! Waking up with the sunrise and going to sleep with the sunset was so lovely! Shannon and Mia’s place was neat and clean, and had just enough for a short stay. We hope to be back sometime!

Had a lovely stay at Retro Wanaka! I felt right at home and was completely comfortable throughout my stay! The hosts were warm, welcoming, and made this single girl traveler feel safe! 10/10 would stay again!

Loved staying here. It is very comfortable and well equipped. It’s a short bus ride into Queenstown, but certainly perfect location if you’re driving. It was a real treat to stay. Thank you Marion.

we came from hawkes bay to drop our son at uni, we were able to wash all his linen prior to him moving into the halls which was great. located 15x mins from the airport and 15x mins from Dunedin we found the location perfect as at the end of the day were able to chill with a glass of wine and look out into the leafy surroundings and lovely vegie gardens while listening to the bird life. Sarah and her family live upstairs but we didnt even know they were there. Sarah poked her head down a couple of times as we arrived home just to make sure we were okay and happy or to check if we needed anything. will definately stay again, clean, comfy, everything you need. thanks so much

This Airbnb got really all the amenities you need. It’s spacious for two people. You can even see the mountains from it! Only 50mins drive to mount cook village. It’s great stop on the journey. Margaret is really kind and flexible. The place is clean and the bed really comfy. We loved it! Highly recommend

Our stay at Grant's place was delightful. He and Deb were lovely and generous hosts. Their space was immaculate with everything you would need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Great location for Mt. Cook activities as well as many other area lakes and hikes. There is so much to do in this beautiful and peaceful part of NZ and Grant's place is an ideal home base in which to do it. We highly recommend.

We felt like we were the first people to ever stay at Jo & Matt's place - they put a lot of effort into making sure their place is neat, clean and thoroughly equipped. Quality appliances (with good instructions), no clutter, tasteful furnishings and decorations. It's on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood and has a private little patio where you can enjoy a peaceful morning coffee or afternoon beverage while watching cyclist pedal by on the bike path or the sun on the mountains. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay ++ The views were sensational. The bed, linen and pillows were super comfortable which is always important for us. We appreciated a fully stocked kitchen to make cooking from home easy and inclusion of laundry facilities. We had a hire car so we liked being a little out of the heart of Queenstown which is quite busy to take in more relaxed surroundings. Overall we would totally stay here again if we come back to Queenstown. Thanks a bunch for opening your home to us :)

We had a wonderful 2 nights in Lauren’s gorgeous apartment, everything was just perfect for our stay! Super comfy, lovely modern bathroom and well what can I say about the spa after a day walking and exploring the magnificent Queenstown/Arrowtown, superb. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us 😍 loved the little outdoor sitting area, perfect for brekkie and dinner with a view 👍

Absolutely gorgeous apartment/home. All amenities you could ask for. A lovely touch was some baked bread with spreads ready and waiting for us. We came to do a race in Clyde and it was the perfect haven to escape back to with the best shower, quiet space and warm. Beds were also extremely comfortable . We found ourselves a little gem of an air BnB. Couldn’t be happier with our choice. Great place to start walks and mountain bike trails also. We will definitely be back! 🙏

Awesome stay! Lovely hosts were friendly and welcoming, large King bed was very comfortable, location has easy access to walking and bike trails. Everything you need and the place was spotlessly clean. Highly recommend.

The hosts always helping in everything, even beyond their homework. For example, they offered to take me to the airport.

It is up a hill but once there you can use a shortcut to get back down which makes a big difference!

Beautiful place to spend a few nights in. Has everything you could possibly need from bathroom, laundry to kitchen. Lovely, quiet neighbourhood. Clear instructions and signs for where to go. Definitely recommend!!

We really enjoyed this apartment. It had everything we needed and felt very clean and comfortable. The drive up has a lot of hills but it is well worth it for the views. The dedicated parking space was perfect. Note there are stairs to entrance. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Karen and George were great hosts. Friendly. Accommodating. Flexible. Willing to go the extra mile for our comfort. Everything was just as described. Unit snug but well-appointed. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had the pleasure to lie in. Water pressure was off the hook. Lagniappes of biscuits and fresh milk much appreciated. Perfect location for us, 6 minutes drive from U Otago and 2 great restaurants virtually on the doorstep ( 5 minute walk). Highly recommended.

Angela’s place is immaculately clean. She is a very friendly and responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay! The accommodation is conveniently located (just short drive to the airport / city centre). Will recommend.

Magic on Stone Ridge is hands down one of the best AirBnBs we've ever stayed in. It was very well stocked with everything you need for your stay and then some. And the view! It's even better than the photos. Just a short 7 minute drive to town centre but on a very peaceful street. Andrea was lovely as well. She met us on arrival and gave helpful tips and recommendations. We didn't want to leave. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
