Nice little town House in the old town. Narrow Streets and greek children playing while grandmothers look after Them. Real greek atmosphere and I Will highly recommend the place because of that. The hosts family lives next door and they are friendly and helpfull. The House is fine, but beware that it is Small and the stair to the lovely rooftop terrace narrow. Not suited for very big People... The nearby Beach (5 minutters walk) is Good for a Nice swim, but if youre dreaming of beautiful greek beaches you should take the bus to Milia or Limnonari. Enjoy!

Erifyli‘s home was spacious, had almost everything we needed and made us feel welcome! Everything was as described, plus a beautiful cat, Ginger, that made us feel even more like home. 🤗 The communication was great, everybody was helpful. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Small minus that not all rooms have an air-conditioning, problematic during the summer time in athens, when the wind also doesn’t blow, and that some kitchen staff where dirty, probably left from the people before. Anyhow a great experience, we would definitely recommend 😊

Beautiful place, front patio area was like from a movie. Inside was traditional and encapsulated the Skyrian aesthetic beautifully. Had all the amenities needed. Really loved our stay!

the house is very cozy. It's not for the people who prefer luxuriouse but for the originality. the landscape is amazing and, yes is a " balcony over the sea". the public and free parking is 10 minutes walk away.

Wonderful house. Magnificent view from the terrace. Conveniently located in the centre of Skyros. The house was clean and well equipped. Giota was always nice and proactive with us. We definitely recommend it!

Ioannis and Thalina were amazing hosts. The House of the Prince was wonderful for our party. Each group in our party had their own apartment in the villa. The meeting places were wonderful. We all had private places to unwind and large group areas for dining and having fun. The 2 pools were pristine. The play yard and children's playroom were terrific and offered the kids other things to do that they enjoyed. All of our needs were met and more. Litza was charged with taking care of our needs. She ensured the pool was clean and made sure we had everything. She even gave us a Greek cooking class by the incredible outside BBQ/ pizza oven. I would highly recommend the House of the Prince to any large group. It had all of the creature comforts like A/C, and a kitchen (each apartment had its own refrigerator, and coffee pot above and beyond the 2 fully stocked kitchens), and the village was in close walking distance. AMAZING! Thank you Ioannis and Thalina. Our vacation was magical.

The place of Despina fully met our expectations. It was one of our most beautiful holidays. The space enough for a family of four. It is beautifully decorated. Near the square of the village on foot. It has parking for the car that is a key advantage for the area. Despoina is very kind helpful. Available to everything we needed. The village of Lavkos beautiful for calm holidays with nice beaches at a distance of 20 minutes by car.

Our stay here was very pleasant and different, since the place was so much nicer and quieter than the usual tourist venues. The house was nicely furnished and very well maintained by the owners. It provided everything necessary for our stay and more, so it was not necessary to carry a lot of luggage. The kids enjoyed the playing ground and we adored the beautiful terrace and amazing views. Eleni gave us detailed instructions about the location; she was very helpful and always available online. It was a pleasure to meet such an energetic and kind person as a host. I fully recommend staying at this house and visiting the region.

The house was amazing for us, as we stayed here with a couple of colleagues, we had sufficient space for everything and everyone. The house is in great shape and was renovated beautifully with a lot of attention to detail. It's also conveniently silent for it being in the midst of a very lively neighborhood. We loved our stay and would love to come back one day. The communication was very fast and easy, so really recommend to consider staying here!

Lovely apartment in a beautiful part of town! Highly recommended!

David’s place was perfect for us and had everything we needed including beach towels and air conditioning in the bedrooms. The location was ideal - just a few minutes walk from the center of town, and close to all the bars and restaurants. We could walk to the bus or taxi station in 10 minutes to get around the island. Both David and Rita were excellent help throughout our stay, offering lots of recommendations and helpful advice. Overall, we had a fabulous stay at David’s place and would highly recommend to anyone else thinking about visiting Skopelos.

Comfortable and spacious house for accommodation in the center of Argalasti.

Lovely Airbnb in Skiathos town, really close to the port and local bars, shops and tavernas. We were given really clear instructions to find the Airbnb and an early check in was facilitated at our request. Konstantinos also arranged for us to have a complimentary breakfast at a nearby hotel which was a lovely gesture. WiFi was a bit slow at times could possibly benefit from a booster but did not affect us as we didn’t require it for work.

We loved staying at this place! The host - Fondas - was so kind and very helpful :) The apartment looks like the photos, the entrance is nice, air conditioning and everything else was working well. We got to the city centre so quickly and easily, through a calm neighbourhood, we almost didn't use public transport for out 5 day trip in Athens. We missed having a kitchen though (but we knew that coming in!) as we wanted to travel on a budget and eat some of the meals at home - but we managed and ate so many good greek salads home made from groceries from the market, which was very close! Other than that, it was an amazing stay! Thank you so much! :)

The house is a stone townhouse, fully equipped, has old well-maintained furniture and the space is decorated with traditional tablecloths, mess, curtains, etc. However, these mattresses and linens as well as the towels are brand new and the kitchen with the bathroom is renovated. It's a very cozy house, big and bright. Easily accessible, in a quiet area but not secluded. It has two bedrooms, a courtyard, a dining room and a living room where it has board games and books for the children. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful to help us with anything we need and give us food information or activities. It is close to Parnassos and the dash that we visited. We stayed a while so we didn't explore other places. Finally, the hosts were from the first moment to the end friendly, willing and helpful in all the communication we had! We highly recommend it and will definitely visit it again at the first opportunity!

Where to start… This beautiful house felt like home from the moment we arrived. We were met with warm hospitality, shown the way down the track to the property. The quiet of the olive grove and the gentle light of the sea to greet us too. The house has heart and beauty. Handmade wooden elements, small details of little mosaics in the patio, colourful rugs on the walls, hanging chairs to sit under the shade of a tree all making this place feel special. The house has all you need and was spotlessly clean - it was even cleaned half way through our 5 day stay. The gifts when we arrived helped us feel welcome as did the smiles of our hosts. Nearby are beautiful beaches and 2 harbours where you can eat fresh seafood. For us, the true beauty of life lies in simple pleasures, nature and love, and the house and island of Alonissos has all these.
