We loved staying here for 2024 Tennocon and plan to stay again next year. You immediately feel like a part of the neighborhood, the community is easily walkable, and many of the restaurants are open late into the night with festivals every weekend through the summer. London is one of our favorites, and this home felt so comfortable with the booking/check in/check out being effortless. We had all of our time available to focus on our trip, with no need to worry about the restrictions of a hotel or condo.

Mel and Beverly were responsive to my inquiries and was able to accommodate my request. The had everything we needed for our stay. Nice location .

Great place to stay and walkable location.

Very comfortable and extremely clean space. It had everything we needed and more. The space was private and felt very safe. The location was only a hop and skip away from restaurants and other stores. The additional personal touches were definitely a sign of very sweet and accommodating hosts. It was a true home away from home when we needed it most. We would definitely stay here again!

Excellent place to stay. Fully furnished and very clean. He is a great host. Always responded in time and was very helpful. They have a great parking arrangement and large backyard, very unusual for the location. Highly recommend it.

This was my second time staying at April’s (albeit it was a different unit) and once again, it did not disappoint; it’s one of my favourite AirBNBs. This is a recently renovated unit making it very comfortable. High standards of cleanliness, everything was sparkling and fresh-smelling. Lots of touches that make it comfortable: soft fleece throws, soft area rug, anti-fatigue pad in the kitchen. There are many and detailed house rules but that’s what makes the experience safe, clean, and quiet. April was very responsive and made me feel extremely welcome - perhaps the best host I’ve encountered! Highly recommended April’s apartment. Looking forward to staying again!

We had an excellent stay at Umaima's Airbnb in Kitchener. The basement unit was charming, clean, and well-maintained with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had all the essentials. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to cook meals when I wanted.The location was perfect for individual who seeks peace. Umaima was an outstanding host, providing quick responses and helpful local tips. Check-in was smooth, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Overall, a fantastic stay, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

The hosts of Bonnieheath are great! Always a clean space, great communication and polite! Bunkhouse is a nice spot! Not as “homey” as the basement cellar, but a decent spot to retreat to after a day of work or exploring the area!

Outstanding apartment. We needed a place to stay while our house was under renovation, and we found Ryan's place to be perfect for our needs. With a great taste for decoration, the apartment has lots of style, with everything you'll need to stay very comfortable! I highly recommend it!
