We had a wonderful stay at cowboys cabin! Our dog loved running around in the garden and the views and location was serene. Perfect getaway!

Definitely one of the best AirBnB we have stayed at. Judy and Bruce were welcoming, helpful and friendly, even allowing us to check in an hour early (after a very early start for an early flight). Corona cottage is delightful and has everything you could need for a relaxing weekend. Unfortunately, the sofa bed was rather squeaky, but comfortable according to our adult son who slept on it, and the queen bed was very comfortable. The grounds are perfectly maintained and the pool looked lovely (although we did not get to use it due to rainy weather). A nice touch was the fresh fruit bowl and continental breakfast supplied. Overall, an amazing place for our family to relax and unwind, I highly recommend it if you are visiting the area.

We had a beautiful weekend away at Cox’s cottage. It was so quiet and the views, especially at sunset, were unreal. It was a great escape from the city to unwind for a few days! The cottage itself is so charming and Jeremy and Annette were very responsive.

Antonina was a lovely host, who responded straight away to any questions we had. The home was just as described very beautiful with lovely surroundings. We felt so relaxed in this beautiful private surroundings. Would definitely recommend and we will hopefully be coming back in Easter.

5 stars all around. beautiful scenery, loved that the area had no reception for peacefulness and just to get away from city life, great to relax and enjoy. lovely breakfast & beautiful animals roaming around. I will come again and try another cabin :) thankyou for having us!

Great host, went extra mile with little goodies, milk, bacon and eggs, toast and cereal even yummy chocolate biscuits. Lovely rustic quiet farm location.

This place was absolutely perfect for our large group of adults and kids Tanya was a great host, came over to say hi and introduce herself. the amenities were great, we didn't feel the need to leave the house for the whole weekend. Kind of house you wished you stayed an extra day in. will defs be back

Simple yet cosy. Beautiful natural location close to all the wineries. Even spotted a few kangaroos!

The house is as described and very spacious. we loved the firepit and the kitchen is well equiped. there are two actual bedrooms, one with a double bed, and one with a set of bunks. ( singles) in the living room is another double bed and 2 sofas in the living room also. this would be good for a family reunion but be aware of how the bedding arrangments unless you are happy to share a bed :) also, the location is very beautiful but it is a working farm so lots going on around you during the day. farm animals are a bonus. Be aware that the local places to eat do close on Mondays! the local area is very green and beautiful.

Above our expectations. Such a great place. Woke up to kangaroos around on a couple days. Bed was comfy, the place was clean and the 2 fire places fantastic. Everything we could wish for for a refreshing weekend close to the wineries but off-grid.

We used the house as a base for our daughter’s wedding on the recommendation of a friend who had done the same. It proved to be a great idea as the house provided ample space and facilities for bridesmaids and our family. The grounds and house were perfect for wedding prep photos and videos. The setting is beautiful with sweeping bush views beyond grassy paddocks. Everyone who stayed with us agreed it was perfect for us and we may be back in the future for another wedding!

Great weekend away with our family for Easter break , my daughter loved all the animals , and the bedroom full of toys, the home was perfect size for the four of us, was super comfy and peaceful , short drive down to the beach , and lots to do within a hour of the property, Kristen & Paul are super friendly & we’re very helpful sharing there local knowledge.

Was so peaceful waking up with the country out the deck, cattle grazing nearby. Meredith was great with responses, felt like you were at home with everything you needed.

It was perfect for a group trip. When I was booking it, I didn’t realise it’s actually 2 houses that sleep 8 guests each. No biggie and it was just a little walk between them, but if you have a group of kids it’d be good to know. The houses were super clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is it’s a shame there was no coffee pods for the coffee machine, as the nearest coffee shop was a bit of a drive away.

A beautifully converted barn. Such a nice space and very relaxing. Their whole family is lovely and very helpful. Have us a tour of the farm to meet all the animals. Our dog played with their dog, was very happy and we took him on a nice long leash walk along a back road with great views. A great place to get away.

Fantastic accommodation and location. Peter, the host, was very welcoming and proactive in ensuring we had all the information we needed to arrive and get access. Brilliant hosts, very generous and helpful. Very peaceful and quiet location. The accommodation was excellent and highly suitable for a family. It was very clean and spacious and had all the amenities you need. It was well furnished, had very comfortable beds, and had a homely feel. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anybody looking for great accommodation in the Hunter.

Our stay at the farm was fantastic, it met the requirements we needed for us and our extended family. Fantastic directions to find the house. Very peaceful and relaxing. Great amenities and activities for all ages who stayed at the house. Close enough to the town to go in for meals at local pub and cafes. The horses were very friendly and enjoyed the carrots we brought.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and charming property! Check in was simple and we were greeted with two bottles from the hosts winery. The home was clean, tidy, homely and inviting for our large family and our kids found plenty of things to do both inside and outside the house. There were board games and toys, and they loved the outdoor play area. The bedrooms were well presented and comfortable to sleep in. The host was friendly and helped us with all of our enquires. Internet is as-expected in the area at ~12mbps, but you don’t take a country escape to spend your time online! We had a five star visit which I highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the Hunter.

Susan’s place was beautifully clean when we walked in. Shiniest floorboards I have ever seen!! The little touches like the cheese platter, milk and eggs were so lovely. The beds were comfy and everything was so lovely. Perfect location for the wineries and for the concert we went to. I would recommend Susan’s place highly! :)

Absolutely beautiful cottage just outside the very charming town of Wollombi. The cottage has everything you could need - with up market products and soft linens. It must have been designed by a professional interior designer!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Terry and Kelly’s cabin. Beautiful home and garden bordered by hillside. Great communication and hospitality from our hosts. The cabin had everything we needed, was comfortably furnished with rustic charm and even had some home grown items from their garden to utilise when cooking. We did part of the GNW hike but Terry mentioned there are better walks so would recommend future guests reach out for some local knowledge if this is of interest. Great place to disconnect and very reasonable price.

Tracey & Carl's place was fantastic. The check-in instructions were really clear and easy to follow. I would definately recommend anyone wanting to experience the Hunter Valley region stay here.

What an amazing stay. If you want to feel like you’re in a secluded rainforest, away from the world… this is the place. From the panoramic views in the open living space… to the plethora of outdoor entertainment area. This place is a must book to experience the Northern Beaches!
