Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Central Austin

Would definitely come back to this Airbnb in the future! Lovely neighborhood, close to Zilker and South Congress. We had an amazing time. Comfortable bed and spacious living area! 10/10

Couldn't figure out how to get into the private parking space, but it was not a big deal. Lot's of parking spaces available. Overall a very nice stay and we would absolutely stay again in the future.

Our stay here was great! Madison was an amazing host, always responded super quick and the check-in instructions were clear and easy to understand. The location was awesome, we were within a decent walk of everything on 6th street. If you don’t like the walk, the post is correct on there being tons of scooters and bikes around the area. I would definitely recommend this stay, especially if doing a lot of 6th street or nearby.

Great for what I needed! A stay near downtown while at a conference.

We enjoyed our 3-month stay here while we were in between places! The location is great—very safe neighborhood, nice walking trails, and close to lots of good restaurants, HEB, etc. The neighborhood is really quiet, but since it’s a garage apartment, there will be occasional noise from the attached house (mostly early mornings before school or when playing outside). We didn’t mind it, but noting it in case anyone doesn’t prefer such close proximity. The apartment was really comfortable and had mostly everything we needed for an extended stay! It was clean and had good storage space for our belongings (a major plus when you’re moving across the country). The host, Natalie, is super kind and was very responsive to any issues! We had a couple hiccups with the A/C unit in the bedroom, and Natalie was quick to get a tech out to fix it and answer any questions. We’d definitely stay here again! A great spot close to downtown but away from the chaos—stay here!!

This was my first time using AirBNb and host Keith was extremely helpful, responsive and answered all my questions. As far as the rental, it was nicely furnished, clean and matched the description. The rental is in a large shopping complex with plenty of restaurants, shops, etc. I will say that it is about a 20-25 min drive (depending on traffic) to the main part of downtown Austin, so you definitely need a rental car if that’s where you want to be because I imagine Uber’ing back and forth would get pretty expensive. Free garage parking included which was a nice bonus. Overall I would rate Keith a 5 as a host. He’s super nice and helpful. I would also rate the rental a 5 as well, with just the few things mentioned above to keep in mind

Lovely place, super well located in the heart of Domain. Easy parking, perfect for a couple. We enjoyed our days in Omer’s apartment.

Grate place grate value

I loveeeeeddddd staying here. The neighbors were nice. Nice dog parks walking distance. Very pretty home. Host was wonderful. I loved it so much I booked again for the Super Bowl while my house has work being done.

Such a nice peaceful place nestled in beautiful trees. The house is extremely private and perfect for a quiet getaway!

Stayed here while in town for soccer games. It was a beautiful house that felt homey as soon as you walked in. I would definitely stay here again.

Parking literally behind the building with an easy mobile way to pay (no app download necessary!) The condo was super easy to check into, just go to the front desk. A balcony for your morning cup of joe! The roof has a great pool, perfect for soaking your feet after adventuring the city. You are right next to raine street without the noise. The river walk is less than a block away. Could not have a better location. Thank you for a great stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for my work trip to Austin. Easy to access and an exceptional host, I particularly appreciated the how clean the space was plus a surprisingly comfortable bed. Highly recommend! I didn’t get to explore the area much, but it was a great location for getting everywhere I needed to go.

Amazing location and beautifully furnished. For a Moms Getaway it was perfect - quiet, lots of hiking/walking opportunities, and amenities were on point. The host also paid great attention to detail to the inside furnishings and decor, and everyone felt at home right from the start. Highly, highly recommend!

Living in Austin and spending lots of time kayaking on Ladybird Lake, I’ve always wanted to know what it was like to stay in one of the places overlooking the beauty of Downtown Austin. This rental had an amazing panoramic view of Ladybird Lake, IH-35, and the capitol. The bedding was soft and clean, giving me the best nights sleep overlooking the city. The furniture and amenities were comfortable and inviting; not too much while being functional, beautiful, and of excellent quality. I loved my stay and highly recommend Vacasa.

Our stay in the condo was very enjoyable. From the time we arrived, we noticed the hotel had great amenities. The room was super clean and organized. The view of Lady Bird Lake was beautiful. We will definitely come back for another visit in the near future!

We had a terrific stay. I was there for a work conference and brought a colleague and my family (we actually booked 2 units in the same building to achieve this). The check in process was a bit hectic, but that had more to do with the fact that I had a crying baby and a toddler with an ear infection to contend with. 😅 But as a fair warning to anyone else in a similar situation to me, check in was slower than ideal because there were a bunch of people arriving at the same time and only one person at the front desk who was able to help. The unit itself was lovely and it was great having access to a kitchen and a gym while away from home. Jason, the host, was extremely responsive. The value was amazing! I was able to book four bedrooms total for less than what it would cost for a hotel room downtown, and it was a short uber to get there when I had to. Overall I would definitely stay there again!

Fabulous location and space. Very close to UT campus but also a quiet space to relax in. We were here for my daughter’s audition at the Butler College of Music and it was perfect for us. Enjoyed being able to go back and forth to change. Space was exactly as described and was very comfortable. Would definitely reserve again!
