Holiday houses in Centerville

We had an amazing stay his this past weekend. I travel for work and needed this beautiful getaway experience to just stop and breathe. First time using Airbnb and she made the experience super easy! House was super clean and welcoming. The lake access is near the home and host provided kayaks for our use. All in all it was an amazing experience. I will definitely be back, next time with my fishing poles ❤️

Great place to stay and would have liked to stay longer, for the cleaning fee u would have cleaned top to bottom but also understand with the remote nature and potential for needing cleaning at a lake house. 😀

The house was very comfortable and well appointed—fully stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, kayaks for the lake and tvs in both bedrooms. We have stayed at many vacation homes and this house was one of the best—Abbye and Richard even had a freshly baked loaf of Morning Glory bread—delicious! The gorgeous view was great from the living room, the porch and from the deck. We had two evenings of fantastic sunsets—the sun set right across the lake making a perfect wine and cheese setting. We also loved seeing all the birds! There is a nesting flock of white pelicans right outside the cove—so cool. Nice flat area by the water for all kinds of yard sports and fire pit. The house is in a gated community with a pool, boat ramp and community center—Friday night bingo—and we had a great time walking through the neighborhood. Everyone we met was friendly. We liked it so much we decided to purchase the home and we will be keeping it as a short-term rental! We really enjoyed our stay!

This property is beautiful! The cabin was cute and comfortable. The dirt road to enter property was well maintained. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

So much room! Wonderful kitchen to cook Thanksgiving dinner. Be prepared to bring your own paper products and anything you’ll need for cooking beyond salt and pepper. Wonderful dishes, mugs and glassware. We enjoyed the screened in porch and the big dock for fishing and getting in and out of our kayaks. The yard is nice and big and the fire pot was enjoyable. The garage apartment worked perfectly for our overnight guests. We can’t wait to go back!!

Plenty of space. Everything worked well. Clean and all basic kitchen items available, including coffee pot. Hot tub was excellent. Appreciated the quick responses from the host. 4 miles from the state park which was nice for getting a good walk in. Beds were comfortable.

Cute house near lake, convenient location to businesses and shops if you have a car. Most place are not in walking distance.
