Tao’s home is a charming entire house with a private entrance, nestled in a vibrant neighborhood. If you're a fan of Orhan Pamuk's novels, you'll recognize the area, and you'll be pleased to know that the Museum of Innocence actually exists and is located nearby. The house itself is full of character and unique details. The kitchen is well-equipped and had everything we needed traveling with a young child. There are three floors to navigate: the kitchen, dining area, and a shower are located on the ground floor, while the entrance, two bedrooms and a toilet are on the first floor. The second floor features the third bedroom with its own small kitchenette and bathroom. Additionally, the entrance has a few steps as well. Tao is a very sweet, friendly and thoughtful host, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Communication was seamless, and he provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants that we thoroughly enjoyed.

Apartment as described. Very nice view of the Bosphorus! Shops, restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood. We took the boat as public transport, very convenient, close to the apartment. Lou is a very responsive person, she has answered any questions we may have had. She turned us back on the heater because temperatures drop on our week of stay!

The apartment is formidable the place allows access to the most representative places in Istanbul, the details of the apt are unbeatable to feel at home and excellent communication.

Beautifu homel just off a vibrant street in a charming district. Convenient to great restaurants, cafes and shops and public transport options to the key attractions. The house is cosy and welcoming with convenient immaculate bathrooms on each floor. The heated floors and large bath are just fabulous!

Great apartment within walking distance of tram and bus stops. Quiet and well served area. Check-in was quick and directions were accurate. It is on the second floor without an elevator, with too much luggage it could be a little difficult but nothing worrying. The house is hospitable, clean and tidy, you can sleep in 4 without problems for a week. Great feedback from hosts for resolving some issues with the wifi and getting extra towels. If you want to discover the beauties of Istanbul, pass by Ali and Eyup!

Ideal accommodation for our party of 2 couples. Ideal not having to worry about transfer from airport, as Giorgio provided this. Easy access to accommodation. We ate out almost all the time, but with a well equipped kitchen , cooking would have been no problem. Great local restaurant next door, with friendly staff, (also a few others close by). Location is good, though uphill walk to tram lines may not suit elderly or people with mobility issues.

The most comfy beds, despite being so central -nice and quiet. Amazing water pressure. House nice and warm. Great bars, restaurants and cafes within 5 minutes. Omer was proactive and a great communicator about the local protests which we had no idea about. Appreciated the coffee left for us. Simple check in with keys. Downstairs toilet didn’t flush and Omer fixed it ASAP. Great value for money and would 100% stay again. Thank you Omer 💕

At first, the location of the property is perfect, you can go anywhere on foot! the apartment looks like the photos and description and was very clean. Finally, Mrs Gulsah, was very helpful and answered very fast to our messages. thank you very much for everything!

Very clean and very comfortable. Had everything we needed for a long stay. There were a few instances with the water being cut off for a few hours during the midday due to construction, but not a big issue. Neighborhood felt safe. Close to a ton of restaurants and public transportation.

Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend stay. It's super highly recommended as everything is almost in walking distance. I had a car and I loved the private monitored flexible underground parking that is The front desk was top notch, one of the staff helped me one night ordering pizza so I didn't have to go out and it was delivered up to the door :) The space is clean, smelled great and I felt at home. I'll definitely be back.

Things to be aware of: it is up a flight of stairs and it is in the middle of a vibrant and hilly neighborhood so if you have mobility issues or you looking for a quiet spot, this is probably not for you. This is an excellent location surrounded by a lot of cute and unique shops and good food (Check out Guney Restaurant). The selection is very similar to what you get at the grand bazaar and the prices are better. The apartment itself is very cute. There are 3 sperate nice bedrooms (one with a sitting area and one with a balcony), a kitchen, and a sitting area/dining area. There is also one full bath, one half bath, and one shower/sink room, which is very convenient if you're going with a group. Also, the host was incredibly responsive to our needs and even let us check in early. The architecture and aesthetic of the building/apartment is also very unique and interesting. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place for a solo traveler or duo as well as an extended stay! Spent one month here and felt right at home with everything I needed. 10-15 minute walk to Taksim Square, Istiklal Street. Lots of grocery places nearby. Pretty quiet despite being close to such a busy area! The host was super kind and helpful.

The apartment is located in a nice location of Fulya and super calm. The check-in was really easy. The apartment has everything you need and is super clean. I would definitely recommend it.

We were your guests for a month on November and you made our family visit more pleasant with yourhospitality and kindness. The location is super suitable for activities of all kinds (Bim to the center, harbor right nearby). The place with the view is unique and the landlord is very friendly and quick to respond to questions!

This apartment was delivered spotless, with simple but elegant modern furnishings and appointments. Everything was in brand new condition and very high quality all of which showed how well the host took care of everything. The Host and Hostess were extremely attentive, caring, helpful, generous, gracious and professional during my entire stay. From the start at check-in, they attended in person and took the time to walk me through both the apartment and the most important areas of the building. At the end of my stay, again they personally met me in the lobby and not only thanked me for my stay but asked what they did do to improve and even though I have been a vacation rental host in Miami, Florida, U.S.A. for over 20 years, I honestly couldn’t think of anything! Excellent location close to Taksim, Istiklal, & metro. Apartment was spacious and the elevator is very useful with luggage. Everything was provided for our 1 week stay.

The apartment was as shown in the photos. It was clean and comfortable. There was no safety and privacy issue. Although we kept it recently, Mr. Deniz was helpful. Shops, restaurants nearby in the location. Transportation is easy. I recommend anyone who wants to stay on the Anatolian side to give a chance.

Mr. Furkan is a well-intentioned friend. He answered every question with patience, as if he was like a friend I had known for years. Your home was nice and calm. In addition to being calm, the transportation was very convenient. There was only a little slope, but there are already seven hills in most places in Istanbul. Thank you Furkan friend.

We had some medical procedures scheduled, so we were looking for a place that was both comfortable and spacious since we’d be spending a lot of time at home. Even though it was just the three of us, it felt like we had an entire palace to ourselves. The house had a beautiful rustic charm, the decor was stunning, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Even while Aaron was on a flight, he still made the effort to check in and see if we needed anything. Overall, it exceeded all of my expectations. We now know exactly where we’ll stay the next time we’re in Istanbul.

Erhan provided us with excellent directions for getting from the airport to the apartment as well as lots of information about the neighborhood. He was easy to communicate with and checked in with us regularly. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen well equiped, and we really appreciated the lovely bowl of fresh fruit he provided for us. Location was good for grocery stores, bakeries, cafés, public transit, and one of Istanbul's main shopping streets a short distance away.
