Super quiet stay. Fabio is super accessible and flexible in relation to the time of entry and exit. Casa is exactly the same as the photos, it met the expectations well.

The home was excellent. The house was well equipped with cookware and all the rooms had air conditioning, which made the stay even more comfortable, especially on the hottest days. The bed linen was clean and the cleaning of the bathrooms impeccable. The couple responsible for the house was super helpful and always quickly answered questions, ensuring that our experience was even more enjoyable. Absolutely a great accommodation option!

Sheila is an excellent Host . Communicative, polite , attentive and concerned about our well-being in the house . The House is much more than is shown in the advertisement. It exceeded our expectations . Casa Limpa, organized, airy and equipped . We had no concern but to enjoy our stay a lot. We left with a desire to stay longer, but there will certainly be no shortage of opportunities . Soon we will be back Sheila !!!

The house has a great location, super spacious and comfortable. Made our stay in Rio Preto be wonderful. The super well-maintained, extremely clean house, comfortable rooms, large rooms and the garage accommodates well 2 cars. I highly recommend staying in the house. It's worth every penny.

Andressa was super solicitous and helped in everything we needed, the house is super hot and has accommodated 4 people well! The neighborhood is super quiet, without much movement, but with several places that Andressa indicated for us.

The house is beautiful, an incredible proposal for connection to nature and art. An inspiring and perfect place for a moment of contemplation and rest. Paulo is an available, kind, and dedicated host. As an opportunity for improvement, I suggest investing in professional maintenance and cleaning, as well as informing guests in advance about the animals that occupy the place. I was greeted by 2 beautiful and loving dogs, but there are people who can feel fear (I travel with 2 children aged 4 and 6 years old). Lots of household utensils. Firewood oven available! For guests who have difficulty locomotion and with children can be challenging, since the guard is "hollow" and the house has 3 floors.
