Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Cedar Falls

We really enjoyed our extended stay at Alexandra's place. The house is comfortable and the area is nice. Host was also super responsive and very kind.

This was our fourth stay at the Blue House, and we’ll definitely be back again. Judy and her family are, without a doubt, the nicest hosts we’ve ever stayed with. The home is so peaceful, surrounded by wildlife all day long. Watching deer wander by, spotting foxes and eagles flying over—all while relaxing in the hot tub or sitting around the fire pit—makes for such a perfect, tranquil getaway. We love exploring new things in the area each time we visit, and Waverly is truly starting to feel like our home away from home. We keep talking about coming back during the summer to spend more time on the river, and we’re determined to make it happen soon!

This property is a perfect place for family and friends to relax and catch up. The house is very roomy and comfortable. The host is very hospitable.

This downtown loft is clean, comfy, and so cute. We’ve stayed multiple times now, and it feels like home away from home when we’re visiting our kids. We like that it’s right downtown & close to many restaurants and shops.

Brian and Lynette were great hosts! For my 2 weeks in Cedar Falls, this was a perfect place to stay to travel back and forth between both Cedar Falls and Waterloo for work. Their place was peaceful and quiet with stocked items in the kitchen to make life a bit easier when wanting to cook. Each morning, stepping outside and watching the sun come up from the view of their front yard was almost breathtaking. The golf items were there, but the cold weather prevented me from enjoying that part of what these guys had to offer. Their place is comfortable with all living spaces upstairs in a carpeted space. Very homey with good decorations. Great soaps were available for washing. Great place! Recommend it highly if you are looking for a peaceful place to stay within a short driving distance from activities. Very family friendly.

Great environment, Main Street is less than a block away and great personal touches from the host
