Holiday rentals with a patio in Cedar Creek Reservoir

I’m so glad we went. It was one of our best weekend trips. Needed some peace and quiet. The property was well maintained and they really made us feel at home. Constantly making sure we had all we needed. We got to see their homestead and the beautiful craftsmanship and love that Doug had put into their home. It’s a place that you can go and spend some quality time with God and be near His beautiful country. We really feel like we made some great friends and will definitely return again. We originally went there to go to canton first Monday. Honestly we were only at Canton for around maybe 1 1/2hrs and spent the remainder at Connie and Doug’s place. It was so much fun staying in the studio apartment above the barn, just like in heartland! Thanks again for great conversations and friendship! Go check it out you won’t be disappointed!!

Condo has everything you could need and host is very responsive. Convenient to the marina/restaurant and great views over the water. This was our 2nd visit to the condo and will be returning in the future.

A really nice place in a quiet location. It was nice to feel like I was in the country again. The host was very responsive to our requests and needs.

Ashley's place was super cute, clean, and comfortable! We stayed over Thanksgiving and the kitchen was perfect for prepping some sides we took to dinner. Downtown Ennis is steps away and very quaint and cute too.

Another Great Stay in Corsicana at Guerly's Place. Whenever I know I'm coming to the area, this is always the first place i look for to support my stay. Thank You for Always making every stay better than the last!

We booked Carrie's place for Thanksgiving, we had around 15 people for dinner. The place was fantastic. We brought a lot of stuff we did not need to bring. Toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, coffee, sugar and creamer were all provided. I also noticed basic condiments and some spices were provided. Some family brought pets and Carrie provided watering bowls and food bowls. The place was clean and just as described. The hot tub was a bonus as there are no pics and it is barely mentioned in the ad. Though it really wasn't an issue for us, the internet was spotty at best. Would definitely book again. Thank you Carrie for letting me host Thanksgiving at your place.

Super cute place, matched the pictures the beds were soo comfie!! Loved that there was a pack and play for us to use. We didn't have heat the night we got there but there was a space heater and someone came out the next day to fix the furance, plus another space heater was provided just in case. Loved the fenced in back yard the dogs could play and we didn't have to worry about them wandering off. Large covered back patio and nice fire pit with wood provided. Had a great time.

Tomas was very helpful and responsive, the place is perfect and clean, I spent 3 nights and it was amazing, I’ll definitely book it again!

Beautiful and new… mattresses and pillows were amazing. Would love to come back in the summer when we can enjoy the lake! Eluzabeth was very responsive to any questions we had and so easy to work with.

Pictures do not do justice on how nice the home was! Tons of room for a large group, large kitchen, comfortable beds, and weather permitting a beautiful sunset from the dock. This home has definitely been added to our favorites list and we will for sure be returning!!

We had a fabulous trip with family exploring the area and spending some much needed quality time together in the massive living/kitchen/dining area. The layout of the home was perfect for our families which essentially had 2 master suites and a very large bunk room. My 3 year old also very much enjoyed playing in the game room with his grandpas and kayaking/fishing with his dad on the very peaceful lake. Everything was finishing impeccably and with great attention to detail! The hosts were super friendly and easy to work with and super responsive. All around a great trip and experience!

I booked this house so my family would have lodging during an extended family Christmas celebration in Combine. We needed a place to stay, not really a place for activities. This home provided both! We had an unexpected event right before our trip, and Sue worked with us to resolve our issue so that our trip was uninterrupted. The weather alternated daily between storm and sunshine. The game room and covered patio provided plenty for our 5 kids to do when we were at the house and outside wasn’t an option. It was a great choice for us.

Cute and cozy place that was just what I was looking for and Ashley was very responsive when I had questions. My only nitpick was that there was some pet hair around the place that started to cling to my and my guest's socks and bags, but it wasn't too bad
