We had a wonderful stay!! The house has so much character and is tastefully updated to be comfortable. Great layout and sleeping options, plenty of room - it was perfect for our needs!

Donavan was very helpful. He responded quickly to my questions. The house is decorated well, plenty of room..Beds were comfortable. Fenced yard for dogs was greatly appreciated. Lots of nice touches making you feel like you are home..I would highly recommend Donavan's home. because that is what it felt like, not just a house but a home.

Had a great July weekend! Jay’s Airbnb was exactly as described and was a perfect place to meet with old college friends to hang on Cayuga for a summer weekend. It is exactly as described and would love to come back again. Also, King Ferry Golf Club (1 min drive up the road from the house) is a terrific place to play a $22 twilight round with a group of friends, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a fun 9 hole course.

Our stay was beautiful! We visited in October and the fall weather was perfect! The main house and cabins were just as described. The house and cabins inside were very clean and well maintained! Clean and very comfortable beds! I would suggest the porches/siding could be cleaned off a little better for the price, but also understand this is a lake house, so bugs/spiders are to be expected. We did have a mishap with water pressure, but Joe and Katy were VERY responsive and had a plumber there ASAP to fix. We really had a wonderful stay and would stay there again. As well as recommend for all large groups wanting to stay in the Finger Lakes!

Tim’s place is a gem hidden in the middle of Auburn, a city offering a diversity of restaurants and historical features all within walking distance. We attended a wedding at Emerson Pavilion, which was only 2 miles away and so easy to get to! We highly recommend Tim‘s place. We had a great stay and it was a bonus that our dog was also welcome !🤗

Relaxing, peaceful, perfectly described and well equipped. Not only was this place ideal for our family during our extended stay, the hosts were amazing. Kind, reachable and helpful. Would recommend, just understand lake living. Loved it!

The home was beautifully furnished and very clean. The location was ideal being within walking distance of the beach and across from the lake. My family had a great time.

We were so thankful we could stay at Erica’s Lakehouse again for our second trip. It truly is a relief knowing this home is a place we can relax and rest. We truly felt at home. Thanks again!
