The key code for front door and garage door will be provide on the day of check in. There are two surfboards, two boogie-boards, rolling ice chest, and a beach cart to enhance your Central Coast beach experience. Please know that all organic, cruelty free shampoo, conditioner and bath soap have been provided for your use in every bathroom. The key code is given thirty minutes before check in time and you get to arrive to The Spot knowing the property is yours for your vacation. The house is on Dolliver Street which is also known as the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s only a block from the sand and downtown Pismo and just a 10-minute drive to the Wineries. In addition to the two parking spaces within the garage there is also ample parking on the street directly in front of the property. The front door and garage door entrances are all automated so your check in and out are all done keyless so you feel most at home. Your vacation truly begins when you pull up.

Very comfortable stay. We were so relaxed here. It had everything we needed and was close to so many restaurants and places to see. Loved how laid back Morro Bay is compared to similar coastal towns. If I’m ever back in the area, I would definitely stay here again

What a great find in Morro Bay! The complex is quiet and peaceful with beautiful views of the rolling hills and farms. The house is very well located if you plan to do lots of exploring from Big Sur, to SLO, and to the adjacent towns and beaches. So close to all that Morro Bay has to offer as well. Inside had enough to cook meals and relax between our activities. The ping pong table was a hit and stocked with all the equipment. The welcome basket and breakfast went above and beyond and was a very kind gesture to arrive to. The host was responsive to questions we had during our stay. The check out requirements are a bit in-depth if you’re used to other properties with minimal expectations and especially if you’re trying to leave early in the morning and have a long drive ahead of you. But we were able to manage. Overall it’s was a nice, clean, and convenient place to stay for our vacation to the area.

Team Central Coast was great and the home was exactly what we had expected! Overall, was a wonderful trip and we highly recommend staying at this home- the views were oustanding and the home had everything we needed (and then some)! My only (slight) complaint was that the required in-person check-in process was a bit stressful as we were traveling from Arizona over two days, so it was a little nerve-racking knowing someone was waiting on us to arrive by a certain time. We also encountered an unexpected storm once we hit SLO, so that slowed things down even more and made arriving on time even more stressful. The norm anymore has been no-contact check-in, so it was a little surprising to know we needed to meet with someone at check-in, but definitely not a game-changer, just a little different than what we are used to nowadays when using AirBnB.

Clean, comfortable and convenient! We came to visit our new grand baby in SLO, a party of 3 adults and a 9 year old. We picked to stay at Elizabeth and Eric’s place due to the great reviews and affordability. Elizabeth’s reviews were spot on! It’s mostly a rural setting just outside a semi urban environment. The house is perfect! It’s clean, updated and well appointed. Large backyard setting is awesome, we saw deer and wild turkey 🦃 The hot tub was fantastic - a perfect ending to a long day of visiting relatives. We look forward to returning in the future. Mahalo Nui Loa! 🌴🌈🌺

We had a great time at Leanne’s place. The house was clean, organized, and set up with everything we needed. Leanne was great. We booked about 3 months prior to our stay and requested early check in as we had to be somewhere by 5. She was very responsive, followed up with me a few days before our stay as she said she would and again the day we arrived to let us know as soon as the house was ready. This was excellent service and I know she truly cares about her guests stay. Thank you Leanne for everything and we can’t wait to come back!

Had a wonderful stay! Host was responsive and helpful with everything including directions to the beach. Really enjoyed our stay. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place. We also brought our toddler and everything was extremely toddler friendly, with booster seats+kitchen ware for kids. Would definitely stay here again.
