The hospitality of Ms. Merve and her family was very nice, we are very satisfied. They were very helpful with transportation despite the snowy weather conditions. They were in contact with us at any time during our stay. The location of the house was very nice, everything in it was impeccable. Thank you so much for the amenities they provided and their quick response in case of need, we will definitely come back if we come to Rize☺️

The place is very quiet with beautiful scenery, the bungalow was very clean and comfortable with a pleasant view of the mountains as in the photos, not to mention the breakfast which was just very good and varied . In large impeccable service, very good experience to redo!

Our stay was enjoyable and peaceful, surrounded by nature. Lighting the stove each morning was a bit challenging at first but quickly became a cozy routine, keeping the space warm throughout the day. At night, the upstairs electric heater provided enough warmth for a comfortable sleep. My wife loves cats, so the frequent visits from neighborhood cats and dogs added a playful charm to our stay. Their curious presence, especially during meals, kept us entertained. A few improvements could enhance the experience: the showerhead and plumbing had minor issues, and the lack of internet required us to rely on mobile data. Despite these small inconveniences, the rustic charm and calm atmosphere made our stay memorable. For anyone looking for a warm, nature-filled retreat, this place is a great choice. 👍👌

We really enjoyed our stay in Espenika, it was absolutely amazing! The house was very beautiful, clean and more than expected. Anil was such helpful and friendly man, he greeted us from the beginning and the communication was very good with him. I totally recommend !

Great place with outstanding hospitality Our host was so friendly and easy to reach

It was the first place we stayed on the Black Sea tour with my wife. We stayed in a bungalow designed with a shower down to the last detail. Everything was spotless. Behind the sea view from the ten facades of the bungalow, there was a magnificent view of the Agaran Selale. While drinking our coffee on the balcony in the evening, we had a very nice time watching the stars in the immaculate air. The breakfast in the morning was a nice one. The sound of nature really gave me peace of mind. I would like to thank Mr. Cemal, the owner of the business, and his wife, again, and they really made us feel at home. We were very happy with their comparisons, interest and gratitude. Insallah, our next vacation place will always be here. I highly recommend it. A very peaceful location. It was a place where we would want to stay every summer and enjoyed every hour during our stay. Ms. Nermin is a very helpful host where you can communicate very easily. Transportation can be difficult if you don't have a car the only problem. But that view is definitely worth it. Everything was perfect✨
