Highly recommend this place! It’s cozy, clean, comfortable, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The location is also very convenient for exploring other beautiful highlights of Tuscany. We truly enjoyed our stay, and the kids loved it as well. A special thanks to Francesca and Ivan for the thoughtful welcome message and the goodies—they made our experience even more memorable!!

Me and my wife had a wonderful stay at Lucrezia’s place, which offers a perfect blend of country charm just outside Florence. It’s conveniently located for a quick drive or train into the city whenever needed. The accommodations are both relaxing and comfortable, with everything you need to prepare meals at home. Lucrezia also recommended a fantastic local restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The property’s location is ideal, and I definatly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway!

The house is absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful view of the surrounding hills. Well furnished and spacious, it's really very cozy! The kitchen had everything you need (pots, dishes, towels, detergents). In the living room there is the possibility of lighting the fireplace. One of the bathrooms comes with a hot tub! The location is perfect for alternating days of absolute peace with turns in Florence, Arezzo and Siena, or 1000 other beautiful Tuscan villages. The outdoor garden is a real gem: being winter we didn't use it much, but it was perfect for admiring the New Year's Eve fires. Giulio, who welcomed us, was really very kind! Umberto and Pierino's cats kept us company. As clearly stated on AirBnb and specified at the time of booking, the heating is not included and must be paid at check-out: for 3 days we spent 60 euros.

Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and that we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna, an impeccable guest. I recommend it

Eugenio was a great host. His place is super authentic, located in the most charming medieval village with spectacular views. Everything in the house was to our satisfaction. Eugenio was super responsive and helpful with accomodating some extra requests that we had. We were travelling for work, filming a wedding at nearby castel. Location was great for us. The public parking is only about 100 meters from the house. We were teally happy with everything. Thank you Eugenio. P.S. There is an amazing restaurant with spectacular views right in the village. They only do lunches. But wow, It was such a great find. Everyrhing in that restaurant was made from their own produce, wine from their vineyard in the valley, olive oil from their trees, all vegetables from their garden. Different set menue every day. Really recommend it. It was delicious.

Short stay in Feb to take a serene city break on a trip between Rome and Florence, perfect for 3 friends to each have our own space. Nada shared recommendations by text, left us coffee tea and cakes, and her friendly cat greeted us. Road is narrow, bumpy, but manageable. On our second night there were other guests staying above us and you could hear them walking around from parts of the apartment. Overall fantastic and reasonable!

Lorenzo’s apartment was well positioned for exploring all of Florence, super clean, cozy and comfortable. He was super communicative about check in, and answered all of our questions (how to keep the flame on with the stovetop!). The location is perfect for exploring Florence, with everything right at your fingertips. We loved Wanda Cafe right across the street! The weather was a bit too cool in the evenings and mornings to enjoy the patio, but it is lovely. The heat works well inside and we were very cozy! Lorenzo left us some candies and juice and biscuits which was much appreciated and other items for cooking and basic coffee/tea items. We’d return and would recommend it. Beds and linens all very clean too!

The house is 3 minutes from Piazza della SS. Annunziata, which happened to be the meeting point for my Uffizi tour. The piazza also held a free year-end jazz concert, which was a nice surprise for us. The house is in the top floor with a balcony viewpoint and is nicely decorated to remind us of the city of Firenze. One minor complaint - the bedsheet was clean white but didn’t particularly smell fresh. We sprayed air freshener available at the house and everything was fine. Recommend the residence for travelers.

Christina’s apartment is great! It was easy to access (ground floor), spotless, comfortable ample space, good amenities (including washing machine), and she’s a friendly and resourceful host! The neighborhood is quiet and feels authentic, away from the tourist crowds, yet still only a 20 minute walk to the city center. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence, 5 stars!

What a welcoming host and a comfortable apartment! I stayed here January 2025 so it was chilly in Florence. The apartment was cozy and a great place to come back to after visiting all that Florence has to offer. Note: 1) there is a spiral staircase (which I loved), but if you have mobility issues this could be a problem. This is a perfect place for 2 people.

‘Perfect’ is the best way to describe our stay. Location, staff, communication, apartment, everything was just perfect! Look no further, this can only be highly recommended for everyone going to Florence. Consider though that the 2nd bedroom is on an elevated platform in the main living space, so it lacks a bit of privacy if that’s crucial to you.

Great family run place! Welcomed and greeted by Robert’s mother with a glass of wine that Robert made himself. Robert’s mom doesn’t speak any English but she was just so sweet and welcoming. The view is gorgeous and this place is a true agritiursimo with active vineyard and olive farms. Highly recommend.

I traveled to Rome, Florence and Milan and it was my favorite place to stay. This is my first time staying at a place that was much better than the photos! It was close to tourist attractions, so it was perfect for walking, and the host is very communicative. It was clean, warm, and peaceful, and the interior was so cool that I wanted to refer to it, and it was nice that it was spacious for a family of five, and everything was well-equipped. However, the building was historic, so if you use a lot of power at once, there was an issue where the breaker went down, but it was resolved because the host communicated quickly. I'm very satisfied ~

Flora's place was great. It has a beautiful yard, view and patio. The apartment is charming and cozy. We loved it. The biscotti, wine and fresh eggs were the perfect touch!

We had a lovely stay at casa di Vanda. A home away from home with all the amenities needed. We were met by the hosts who gave us a guided tour to the house and the neighborhood. They have an excellent guidebook with detailed instructions to work appliances and transportation, etc. They even assisted us with a personal issue during our stay. The home was beautiful and well-cared for in a nice neighborhood. A pastry and coffee shop on the corner and a small grocery store less than 2 blocks away. Communication was good the entire stay. Public transportation to and from the city center is easy. We have no complaints and would definitely stay again.

Dan has been an excellent host; even from a distance, he was always attentive and responsive to all our requests and questions. Netti was very welcoming and kind on the last day. The only downside is the thin walls between the apartments. Other than that, there’s nothing to criticize. The interior design is perfect—being designers ourselves, we immediately fell in love with this apartment. 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very good place to stay in the center of Firenze! The apartment was perfect for us, a nice well-equipped kitchen, a nice sitting room with TV, a very clean and practical bathroom, a bedroom at the back of the apartment which is quiet. The apartment is well located near all great places in Firenze and not so far from the station. We also could take the apartment much before the usual check-in time, which was very convenient for us! Rita and Carlo are nice, give you nice tips and react very quickly. A place to come back for sure!

The location is great for those arriving from the highway and for those who have a dog with them there are beautiful walks! Great location to visit the cities near Pistoia and the center of Pistoia is also easily accessible. Great hospitality too!

the place is really nice! located just next to the Arno. there's a coop just next to it...it takes 30 minutes to walk to the downtown but the way it's just gorgeous! the place is clean, comfortable, I slept like a baby! I will definitely come back again! thanks 😊
