Beachfront holiday rental in Cavite

Gregs is a very helpful host. His place as described in the picture. The nature around the accomodations is amazing and the beach is beautiful. Lots of of water activities that you can book. We did not book any as we want to enjoy the sea side as much as we can and most of our company are young kids so island tour is not going to be fun for us. I would recommend greg for the authenticity of his place is like you turn the back the time when all the Philippines beach are not own privately by rich corp. Place is simple and clean. It cater what we need nothing fancy. We arrived late sl we had trouble getting to the place but Greg called us and guide is even with the really late check in. Would come back in future for sure.

The Host was very accomodating and friendly. For people who are new to Pico de Loro, this is a private membership resort. So all visitors(non-members) must pay extra an adult fee of 1500 pesos per head to enter the resort and use its facilities. Seniors and minors have lower fees. It would be helpful if you include a note or link to disclose these additional fees. For the total cost including those added fees, well you may as well be better off in another beach resort. It's a good place but just saying be prepared to spend.

If I were to say that I will always return to this house with pleasure, I think that sums it all up. The level of support we have received is truly unbelievable. Nothing but superlatives for the entire team here, from Benedict to the house support staff. Thank you all!

The place is as advertised. The place is clean , aesthetic and spacious, photo worthy indeed. Kitchen The place had enough cooking wares, perfect for a family staycation. Dining room I just hope the cushion cover had been replaced with a cleaner one but other than that the furniture, lighting and space are great. Living room They have smart tv which is great for a movie night tho 10% of the time the speed of the internet was fluctuating. Speed is also depending on where you are in the unit. This is my favorite part of the unit as it has a great view of the beach. Bedrooms Spacious, comfortable and clean. More than enough for us. There’s just one blanket there that did not smell good so we did not use it. Bathrooms There’s one bathroom that has a clogged lavatory and fluctuating water supply. The other bathroom has everything we need so it’s not a big problem but it would be if not everyone is okay to share the bathroom. Overall, it was a great stay.

We stayed at this place in Nasugbu, Batangas, from December 27-28, and overall, it was a comfortable and convenient experience for our group of 8. The place was okay, with all the essentials we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. We appreciated the convenience of their tie-up restaurant, as we were able to have lunch delivered directly to the place after a tiring road trip—such a thoughtful service! Both the caretaker and the host were very attentive to our needs and made sure we were well taken care of throughout our stay. We even had the chance to enjoy quick island hopping, which was a great addition to the trip. If you're looking for a simple, comfortable place with accommodating service and fun activities nearby, this is a good option.

Jane and Keith's place is extremely beautiful! They are responsive and accommodating. Lovely place and it was definitely serene and peaceful. The house is huge with lots of things to do. They offer cooking services which is a great deal for me! No need to worry about food :-)

If you're looking for a place to stay when visiting Pico de Loro, any unit of SEE Condominium (or Joanne's listing here in Airbnb) is highly recommended. Easy check-in process and most importantly, they have responsive and helpful customer service.

It is very clean and tidy , love the smell of the room like hotel with the amenity kits.Kuya Al the caretaker is very approachable & helpful when we checkin as well as Mr.Mendoza the owner are very accommodating and friendly he make sure we enjoyed our stay. The place was very peaceful and serene as surrounded by nature which i really love, it also offers indoor and water activities which you can enjoy if staying few days. The staffs are also welcoming . Our family really enjoy staying at pico de loro we’ll surely come back. Overall, Excellent service and its highly recommended!

We went there to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. The accommodation was cozy, the air conditioning was cold, the WiFi was fast, and the place was clean. The caretaker was accommodating and assured us that she was available in case we needed help. Booking this place on Airbnb was completely hassle-free. Julie was easy to talk to and provided very straightforward and clear instructions! My parents enjoyed the relaxing vacation. Thank you!

easy to locate, the place is very spacious for us we are 4 adults and 2 kids.. there are a lot of space to sleep..it is also very accessible since its located groundfloor and is near the main lobby. the unit's backdoor patio is located almost in front of the swimming pool entrance which is very convenient for families like us who have 2 kids. the unit is also near the convenience stores. we reserve a parking with a fee, we coordinated with the owner prior our arrival and they reserved a slot for us near the elevator. we enjoyed our stay for 3 days and 2 nights, this is so far the best unit we booked at azure, excellent location and complete, thank you for making our daughter's birthday celebration special. definitely will come back

The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything went smoothly. There were plenty of entertainment options, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again :)

It was our First Staycation this year and Ms. Lynne and Ate Liza were kind, so professional and they are responsive. Although the guards were super strict, which i find is good kasi alam nyong safe talaga kayo sa place. The Unit 11/10, My family complimented everything from bathroom to balcony, They/We literally enjoyed our Stay. I'll definitely book this place again.

My family had a great stay with this unit. Everybody was comfortable with the place. Maam Dhey was very much helpful regarding our request about the guests. She also allowed us to extend during our check out and even invited my kids to the beach club. We will definitely book this place again once we decide to go back to Pico De Loro.

- Donna is very responsive from inquiry up to our check-out time - We appreciate the complimentary drink, as we spent our Christmas Eve there (and the bread too) + extra hours of stay! - She provided detailed instructions so everything was easy. Vangie, her assistant, was so nice as well - she accompanied us to the unit and made sure we're all settled - The unit is clean and I love the clean sheets! I highly recommend this unit ♥

Azure was few mins walk to shopping and SM grocery . SM opens at 10am. They let Uber/Grab car pick and drop you off at the building door. Guest need to be clear to the host if you plan to invite someone to swim or have dinner with you in the condo You need to register them and Azure require this ahead of time at the beginning of stay. Even if they arr staying only for few mins. We stayed here for 12 days and unable to invite impromptu for family bonding and had to do it in a restaurant. We used the unit then as a base during our vacation, traveling between provinces within Southern Tagalog Region. FYI Only 4 allowed to go up in a 1br condo IF guest is registered . Only 4 allowed to swim in the pool per room IF they are registered and u have to pay 250php each in excess of 2 for half-day. Currently 2 building constructions so bring your dust mask. Guest parking 50 for 1st 3 hr. Even just for 15mins. Overall, Ghems unit is nice, overlooking the beach-pool area and serves its purpose during our stay in the Phil for a very resonable price.

We had a wonderful stay here , room were very clean and excellent place with all the kitchen utensils needed. The owner are very good, especially the Reception staff who were very friendly and helpful.

Great place and very responsive and friendly host. The caretaker, Ms Vicky, took good care of my stay and she was very prompt in answering my questions. She was also very responsible. Since I worked in the neighborhood, the location was great for me. Walking distance to work, plus a 5-minute walk to SM Bicutan (a big mall for all your needs). The host is also very generous - won't give details on what she offered me, but ask and you may receive. Perhaps one thing to say is that if you are a light sleeper, the place can be a little loud at times. The building is next to a busy express way. But, you get used to it. All the other perks compensated for that. Great experience and will definitely consider this place when I return.

The condo and the view from the balcony was amazing! I felt safe. The mall is very close no need to get a taxi which I loved. The pools are amazing and so much fun! The host are wonderful! I will definitely rent again the next time I go to the Philippines!
