Cottage holiday rentals in Cavendish

Our host, the location, and accommodation exceeded our expectations. Katie proactively set our expectations and was easy to talk to. The place was easy to find, looked like the photos, and had everything the posting said it did. We enjoyed the board game and puzzle selection, the quietness of the area, the hot tub, and the secluded snowy views. It was perfect for our quiet February weekend getaway.

Beautiful home, totally turnkey. Peaceful quiet spot in November - no other cottages had people staying there. The hot tub was awesome! Enjoyed seeing some wildlife (eagle and fox). They were very helpful hosts, and thoughtful touches.

A wonderful family vacation spent at Chad and Nicki’s place! Both very friendly and commutated well. Very responsive and would bring something we needed within 15 mins of asking! Comfortable beds, good wifi, beautiful quiet property and just a short bike ride to the water which is great at low tide. Will definitely be back!!

We had a fantastic stay here! The cabin was somehow even better in person, was super clean & spacious, and the host was incredibly helpful & responsive :) would definitely recommend, and would be happy to visit again!

Michelle was very helpful at accommodating our extra cars and went through the trouble of finding us extra parking spaces. Great stay and walking distance to festival grounds (approx 3.6kms). We had a very pleasant stay

Enjoyed my stay there very peaceful and serene even though it was in Jan Quinn( my little dog ) didn’t want to leave Great restaurant just up the road. Beautiful views

Such a peaceful and rejuvenating stay! Kathleen was incredibly generous and wonderful to deal with. The cottage was beautiful, well equipped and private. I spent a weekend alone but would love to return with my husband and children - definitely worth booking!

Great place to stay, have everything you need to feel just like home! Clean rooms and close to some local attractions. I'd totally recommend it!

Lori Anne was amazing. Her ad says she responds within I believe 12 hours, however we received responses in less than an hour. The place has EVERYTHING you could need. Forgot bug spray? Beside first aid kit! Forgot toothpaste, shampoo, body wash? In the bathroom! Forgot entertainment? In the sunroom! Forgot your all important cheese knives? In the cutlery drawer! There is nothing she doesn't have available. The view though, is a MAJOR wow! I spent every summer as a child in PEI and I've never seen anything like the view from her property. This is a special place.

This was an amazing place to stay in. We loved it!! The beautiful big windows looking out across the river brought the gorgeous view right inside. It was extremely peaceful, cosy and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Kelly was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. It is a great base to explore Anne of Green Gables country. I highly recommend this place and Kelly, the host.

We had an incredible 3 night stay- we wish we were able to stay longer! We had incredible sunset views every night from the lawn and a rainbow one night too! Beds were comfy and the views from the living room are unbeatable!

Lovely cabin, a few minutes away from a fantastic beach. It’s a beautiful quiet spot out of the tourist way. The cabin is located in the yard of the mother’s owner, but she is very discrete and welcoming at the same time. It was lovely to meet her. The cabin is pretty, clean and well equipped. It is located near a small town where you can find most necessities. Mike is an attentive host that responds quickly to questions. I will certainly be back, I loved it!

Stephanie's cottage was wonderful! Exactly as pictured & she has thought of everything you would need when away from home. The cottage is full of light with an amazing view, very comfortable bed & lovely linens. We really enjoyed the nearby Point Prim Chowder House, you can walk in 10 min. & the food was delicious. Stephanie was easy to communicate with & gave very specific directions. Highly recommend this cottage for a quiet, peaceful vacation. Thank you Stephanie!

What a beautiful place to stay! The home was exactly as described; everything you would need was readily available. Amy was very responsive to any questions we had. The views 😍😍 And to end our stay, the Northern Lights made a spectacular appearance !! (If I could figure out how to add pictures, I would) We definitely would stay again and highly recommend Amy’s place. I have friends who have added it to their favorites as a place to stay in the future.

A beautiful place to stay in a great location. We had plans to visit Charlottetown, Summerside and Cavendish so Borden-Carlton was the perfect central spot. We loved how private the property was and the proximity to the beach. The house itself was great, I loved the layout and I could honestly live there long term. Our host left us so much information about local places to visit and that was very appreciated. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb to anyone!:)

We loved the house. Beautiful and quiet location. Plenty of space and even cuter that the pictures. Host was super friendly and made sure to check in on us through messages. Lots of beautiful things to see in the area. We loved the access to the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Great place and communicated well.

Had a fantastic time sitting in the beach everyday. When it was time to cook we were able to BBQ and enjoy our meals on the deck just in time to head back down to the beach for the incredible sunsets! Surrounded by great golf courses and was in a peaceful neighborhood where it was easy to unwind.

Wendy and Ron were great hosts and very easy to communicate with. Their relationship place was very clean and quiet with a short walk to the beach.

This place is a gem! We stayed here in October for 6 days. The place is clean, nicely decorated…I felt right at home! The view is undeniably stunning! We sat down every night in the Adirondack chairs looking out the water! It was perfect with a glass of wine.! The beds are comfortable. I wish I could stay longer! I didn’t want to leave. I can only imagine what it looks like during the summer months with the direct access to the beach! I highly recommend this place ✨

Incredible panoramic views. Comfortable. Well equipped. Loved having washer and dryer. Close enough to walk to a beach and easy drive to many more beaches, restaurants and shops.

'The Keep' lives up to its name! Russ takes great pride in taking care of the place and his guests. You can tell how thoughtful the host is with all the detailed instructions, well labeled switches and fully stocked household items. We had a wonderful time visiting PEI thanks largely to Russ' local tips and how-tos. Not to mention Russ greeted us in person and texted regularly to make sure we are OK settling in. The cottage itself is super clean, quiet, beautiful and in a convenient location to get anywhere around the island. Thank you!
