Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

The apartment was quiet and spacious. Jay was super responsive and helpful, and even messaged us prior to arrival to help guide us to the apartment since we were arriving after dark. There's a big open space to the east with social paths to some nice gravel trails and the CAP canal bridge. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by.

We travel to AZ a couple of times a year and always stay at homes. We took a chance off of a recommendation for this apartment. Wow - we just found our new go-to place to stay in AZ! Check-in is so easy. The host is very thoughtful (i.e. changes the door code to a number that is familiar to you, making it easy for my family to remember). It is much more spacious than I thought, the master bedroom and bath is huge. It is a corner unit which not only gives more privacy but also gives more window walls, that just opens everything up. Living above High street is fun because everything is walkable - we got our breakfast foods walking down to Sprouts, coffee shop and plenty of food options. The space is new, and super clean, with a huge open layout that feels like you could easily host 15 people for a game. It is one block from a super large strip mall with more big and small shops you have time for and is right off the freeway. Great place! Thank you!

This place is a hidden gem! Amongst the busy area of the downtown area I did not think it possible to find such a serene and peaceful environment that is top notch for sure! Love this place!

DaNuta’s place is nicely appointed, very clean and spacious enough for the two of us. It was also very quiet during the week of our stay. It’s in a decent location to catch a ride share where you need to go. There’s a nice vegan place for breakfast right next door. The only minor negative is that Waymo would not drop us off on the condo side of the street. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks!

Everything looked like the photos and the location couldn’t have been better. I was able to walk to local restaurants, and even shop at markets that were happening in the area. The hosts didn’t respond to any messages I sent during the actual stay, but luckily nothing extreme was needed. Nonetheless, it was a great stay overall! I’d book again or share the listing with others in the future.

We loved Rene's place! We loved the pool, how close it was to shops/restaurants and the space was perfect for our trip. Rene had one of the best binders full of local recommendations that I've ever seen in all my travels. I would highly recommend staying here. It's a bonus that the check out instructions were so easy!

We had a great stay at Brendan’s place! Parking was great, easy access to unit, walking distance from shops! Would recommend if you’re in the Phoenix area.

Our experience is much like others who have written. This condo unit is spacious, quiet and in a location that is just a short walk away from Old Town Scottsdale. The bed mattress was comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. We didn’t cook in but bought breakfast items from Sprouts which was also just a short walk. We’d certainly consider a repeat stay upon our next AZ trip.

Great location to resturants. For the price you couldn't get closer to old town. Cute little place! Sprouts across the street so it was easy to grab groceries.

Chris and Cynthia went above and beyond to make our stay convenient and comfortable. Every detail was attended to and we felt very spoiled. They allowed us in long before 4:00pm due to our circumstances. Their condo had everything we needed - and more. The location was perfect and they were very responsive to us. I would highly recommend this beautiful, clean condo to anyone!!

Great location within walking distance to campus, Tempe Town Lake, and only minutes away from Old Town Scottsdale. Very comfortable accommodations. Pool & hot tub were quiet. Great amenities.

Gabriels place was perfect fro our little getaway! Gabriel is super responsive, helpful, and quick with communication. His place was great for our time in Scottsdale! Super clean, with everything you need. The bed was really comfy, the bathroom was nice and clean, and the community pool was an added bonus. This place is also super walkable for restaurants, groceries, and shopping - we barely used the car we rented! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay at Cynthia’s in Phoenix! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with any questions we had! Great location within a very short commute to the Phoenix and Scottsdale area!

Our family enjoyed our time at the Airbnb. Everything was perfect for the eight adults and four kids in our party. We were outside much of the time as the backyard and pool area were perfect for us. When the temp was too chilly we found plenty to do in the area. Our family would love to return!

Great stay in Scottsdale! The house was perfect with great design and art. Loved the workout room/office space. The host was a 10/10. Very friendly and responsive.

Great time with the family at Joe’s place. Great place for 2 families. Backyard is so fun. House is cool, too. Joe was very quick to respond when we couldn’t get the movie room projection TV to work. 5 min later we were enjoying football and movies. Would stay again. Cheers!

This was our first time in Scottsdale, Arizona and we had a blast! Home was beautiful well furnished and roomy for 6 adults. There was more than enough beds and bathrooms! Lots of room and super clean. We visited downtown Scottsdale area and enjoyed shopping, golfing, restaurants and nightlife. The layout of the home is great, we all had enough room to enjoy ourselves as a group in the game room, kitchen area or living spaces. Would really recommend this home to large groups of families traveling with kids.

We stayed at David’s place while coming to the Fiesta Bowl. Everything is as described and if I can give him a 10+ on everything I would. I’m definitely keeping this one in my archives for when we come back. You definitely will not be disappointed. The beds are luxurious.
