I had a stay of 4 nights and 5 days with my family. Marichu's house is as described, it is a perfect place to rest, super quiet the area and very cozy.

I was very satisfied and will be back for sure. The accommodation is as described and is well worth the price. I really felt at home and really enjoyed my stay. Carlos is very friendly and clear with all the instructions🤗.

Great home in a very walkable and central location! The home is great for multiple family members or multiple adults, as each room is separated in the home and are apart from the social area. Very cute house!

Everything is very nice in the bedroom!!! The pool was not able to take advantage of it because the weather didn't help much but more luxury.

Great home, it felt like it was my own very comfortable. The views from the top floor were amazing. Every bedroom had its own amazing spacious bathroom. The A/C units all worked well and kept us nice and cool while we slept as well during the day when it was at its hottest outside. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of the city, the swimming pool was nice and cool perfect for those hot days. The location of the home is perfect, everything you need is within walking distance. The host was very attentive to any messages and questions.I would definitely recommend this place to anyone with a large family.

A nice, clean, tidy house and just what we needed as a family, the place is perfect because everything is close to us, highly recommended.

Clean, comfortable and nice decor. The kitchen is fully stocked for a long stay. The beds are comfortable and firm. We enjoyed relaxing on the rocking chairs in the patio. If you have long thick hair like mine, you should know the shower head is directly above you and does not have a lot of pressure. If you want to keep it dry, bring a shower cap.

Very good place, the bed was at most Comfortable, everything is very clean. As a recommendation heating in the pool I would be luxurious but in general the place was very good.

I had a wonderful six-night stay at Casa del Árbol. The house is a beautiful combination of historic architecture and modern amenities. Lovingly restored and tastefully decorated with many personal touches, it has huge common areas spread over multiple rooms, exceptionally comfortable and private bedrooms, its own pool and second-floor terrace. Jérôme was an incredible host. He responded instantly to any questions. He was easily reachable and always in touch with incredible local and authentic recommendations. Gastronomy, sightseeing even birding ! This truly felt like concierge service or staying at the home of a local friend. Thank you Jérôme, merci, gracias.

Adam is a terrific host. He greeted us when we arrived providing useful information about the home, neighbourhood, and Merida. Communication with Adam was very easy throughout our visit. We enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean, and comfortable property that offered lots of character and atmosphere. It was really nice having the backyard and pool area. The walk to get to the tourist areas was very safe. We'd be happy to return to this home again.

The house is as in the photos, the owner is always very friendly, flexible and always in communication, everything is super good, at the time of arrival as the instructions, nothing complicated

The house is beautiful and very quiet and intimate. The only thing is that it is a short walk from the historic center, about a 25-30 minute walk. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Fernanda is a super host, she made us feel in each, always attentive to any detail or doubt we had, in addition to the details she had with my wife and me, and also with our three hairies that accompanied us on the trip. Mí Casita, it is an excellent option to stay in Mérida and more if you carry pets, Fernanda accepts them with so much affection, and something also very important is that it is located in a quiet area and close to restaurants and shopping centers, you did not have to travel much to reach these. Thank you very much Fernanda for all your kindness and being such a good host, on our next visit to Mérida we know that we will not have to look for more, Mi Casita is our option.

We loved our time at Neil’s place in Mérida! Neil seems to have thought of everything you may need or want for a comfortable stay. It was an easy and interesting walk into the center. We loved the back garden and pool area. The internet was fast and reliable (I was working remotely and easily took many Zoom calls without connection issues). Would highly recommend Neil’s place and I would stay again on a future trip to Mérida!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful large property! It was incredibly peaceful, surrounded by nature, and we loved watching the beautiful birds and iguanas around the area. The pool was a highlight, lovely and refreshing, with multiple tiers that made it easy to get in and out. Inside, the space was very spacious, and the beds were super comfortable, ensuring we had a great night's sleep. The main bathroom was very large and doubled as a walk-in closet. David, our host, was wonderfully friendly and always responsive, making us feel at home throughout our stay. We cannot recommend this Airbnb enough and hope to return again next year! The combination of a beautiful and comfortable space with Andrea's personalized attention makes him recommend without hesitation.

It's the little things that made this place a great stay. A responsive host, kitchen appliances (toaster, juicer, pots/pans, spices, etc.), paper towels/napkins, comfortable bed, multiple towels, and a large jug of bottled water to name a few. The only downside is that the wifi signal is weak in the kitchen/living room area, so if you have two people working, the one that uses the kitchen table as a desk will have slow wifi.
