Great apartment! It is in the very center of the city, very convenient to get anywhere. The apartment is in an interesting layout, beautiful windows with views. The host was always available and helpful

We did not meet the host, we communicated with his assistant, Gleb, on the spot. Gleb is very responsive, pleasant, advised us places around the city. The apartment is more suitable for one person, but for a short period of time you can spend time together without problems.

We immediately felt at home in the apartment. We particularly liked the living room with the high wooden ceiling and the view from the balcony. Many Baku attractions are within walking distance. But it's also close to the subway.

We liked everything very much. Our plane was early, so we were kindly offered to check in earlier, which is great. Great location, clean, cozy apartment. I definitely recommend it.

If you’re looking for the perfect apartment in Yerevan, book with Nur without hesitation! We spent our New Year holidays here, and it was amazing. The apartment is incredibly clean, with a stunning view of Mount Ararat from the balcony. Inside, you’ll find everything you need—from a powerful hairdryer to a washing machine and a super comfortable bed. Nur is an exceptional host. He allowed us an early check-in and late check-out, was always available, speaks excellent English, and gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and places to visit in Yerevan. His instructions were clear and easy to follow. The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, and there are three shops right downstairs (yes, three!), where they even accept Mir cards. The neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors are friendly—just like all Armenians. Nur doesn’t just rent out an apartment; he creates a warm and welcoming experience. First, a huge thank you to Luka and his family! They were incredibly responsive and helpful, both during the planning of our 5-week stay and throughout our time there. The house was thoughtfully stocked with essentials in the bathroom—even laundry detergent! The kitchen utensils were clean and practically brand new. The location? Perfect! Thanks to this place, we found so many favorite spots since it’s close to everything and situated in a safe neighborhood. The beds were comfy too. Our biggest concern was the heating, as we stayed during the winter months—but the house was incredibly warm! The high ceilings added such a bright and airy feel to the space. We felt so at home that it was hard to leave. Ending our trip on such a positive note and heading back home already has us planning our next stay in Tbilisi. Thank you again, Luka!

A decent place for a family living. Good eating places nearby and the host was helpful. The only thing is that the stairs are a little risky for kids below 6 years old. They are slippery. Otherwise overall experience was good.

Great location. Very flexible. Allowed us to change our dates by one day at the last minute. Treated us like royalty. Everything we needed for a few extra nights in Tbilisi.

We loved our two-night stay at Shergil's place. The decoration is stunning (we especially loved the wall paintings in room 3 and the lovely vintage furniture), and the spaces are cosy and pleasant. The view from the little garden and the balcony is absolutely magical. It's nicely located at the centre of the village, within short walking distance to the museum, the city walls, and other points of interest. Shergil was very kind, welcoming and responsive. We hope to return here one day!

Amazing view and amazing host!

The apartment is sparse, but I only needed a place to shower and sleep on my broader trip. The shower is nice and large, the water pressure is great, and the shower head was high enough to even accommodate my tall height. The linens and towels were clean and felt great to use after a hot shower. Bed was comfortable and I slept well. The area is quiet, with a beautiful view from the terrace. It is also centrally located. Google Translate worked great, and Luiza very proactive in explaining. She indulged my terrible and limited Russian. Very friendly and welcoming. The venue is a great place if you need a crash pad, even if basic, and Luiza did not oversell or misrepresent anything. For the price, I can only recommend it and Luiza as a host.
