We loved this neighborhood! We walked to a bunch of coffee shops and breweries in the neighborhood--exactly what we needed.

We had a fantastic time staying at George’s for two nights. The building and amenities were superb, the unit was sufficient for our short stay and location was great! George was a great host! Would not hesitate to rent from him again next time :)

Great spot near super fun bars! Just make sure you give the host the full names and passport numbers for everyone staying in advance of check-in. The check-in instructions said we could provide them at the front desk, but when we got there they said they needed to wait on "paperwork" from the host in order to check us in. Ended up waiting in the lobby for around 45 min and didn't get to check in until the pool was already closed. Other than that the car was safe in the garage and the apartment was clean and had everything we needed with a great view. Would definitely go back.

The apartment was super clean, the check in was extremely easy and communication with the hosts was very fast and reliable. We especially liked the view over the city and the amenities in the house like gym and the great rooftop pool. The value for money is definitely right here. We have already recommended the airbnb:)

We live in the Caribe Sur area of Costa Rica and travel to San José frequently. Our favorite neighborhood of SJ is Escalante, our favorite place to stay is URBN & our favorite apartment is Sergio's. We have stayed here multiple times. He is a great host.

This condo in Alajuela was extremely clean with modern appliances and an easy check-in/check-out process. Great location very close to the airport.

Nice place, safe, clean, easy to get to, the bed is super comfortable. Recommended!

Smart place as described

An amazing stay with access to TV platforms like Netflix, a cozy bed. Very clean apartment! However, note that the surroundings are noisy (horns, dog jigs), if you are light asleep, traffic jams are recommended. The host responds very quickly and is friendly. I would 100% recommend!

Very kind, the security guards super friendly and helpful. All super easy and accessible in the house.

A perfect place if you need to stay in the city for a couple of days, it is spacious and has an amazing view.

The place is comfortable and cozy, very nice. The entrance is tricky for a carro bajito. And I don't know, it gives me the impression that the neighborhood is not like going out walking, more yes, if you are uber or your own car. Don Mainor is super friendly and willing to collaborate. And really very few noises you can rest quietly.

Nice area in Curridabat, steps from “Al Este” shopping center with access to great restaurants. Loved that is right next also from a coffee plantation.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and had stunning views. The sunsets were nothing short of magical—definitely a highlight of our stay. Carolina was the best host we could have asked for—she was incredibly accommodating and attentive and made us feel right at home. Her warm hospitality truly made the experience unforgettable. Excellent, definitely will stay again!

This is a very nice, clean home in a great location. The rental team staff were extremely responsive and helpful. That being said, the listing is not clear on a couple things. It says there is air conditioning....but there is only 1 air conditioner in 1 of the bedrooms. There are ceiling fans in the other bedrooms. The window/doors do not have screens, so if you leave them open for cool breezes, bugs can fly inside. The listing does not mention the extremely loud train that runs right behind the house Monday thru Friday. The train goes by several times each morning starting at 5:30 am and blows its horn 3-4 times as it crosses a nearby street. The house even shakes a little. It will wake you up, so no need for an alarm clock.

Dominique and Erik were exceptional host! They were in communication with me from the moment I booked the stay, the day of arrival and check out. The house is in a secure gated community with 24-hour security. The house was in immaculate condition. The pictures are great, but it is even nicer in person. I am very picky about where I sleep, and I felt right at home. The attention to detail was spot on. The furniture, dining room, bedrooms, outdoor patio area were well put together. Even down to the appliances, washer, dryer and silverware. This unit is also right next to the two conference rooms, pool and gym. Every morning, I went on walk in town and the people were so friendly and welcoming. There are a ton on grocery stores, restaurants, bakeries and even a few pharmacies within minutes of this unit. I was so impressed, Domonique and Erik put in touch with their realtor, and I am looking into purchasing my own unit! Well done gents. See you in Costa soon. Pura Vida!
