The small but very comfortable, eco-friendly space with beautiful views in almost every direction is also perfect as a romantic getaway or quiet retreat for travellers. This unique home was a labour of love built by your hosts. It has all the wonderful atmosphere that lime rendered straw bale creates - undulating walls and deep windows overlooking the bushland.

This house features a 60in tv, fully equipped kitchen, dining/lounge area, enclosed deck, reverse air cond a cosy reading corner whilst soaking up the ambiance of a wood fire (wood not provided). Two rooms feature QS beds & the 3rd a single bed, all linen provided. It’s located within walking distance to the popular Castletown IGA/convenient shops, restaurant, parks, fuel & 5min drive to centre of town. 5min walk to our beaches & coffee van & an extra 5min to our new Jetty.

'Esperance Esplanade - Beach House'

Cindy was great at responding to our late minute request. We had become stranded due to weather and we were able to continue our adventures in the area because of it. The house was amazing for our family of 2 adults and e teenagers. We had enough room to ignore each other but also come together for meals. The house was warm and dry and had a great view of the bay. The washing machine was a huge bonus too. We were able to wash our gear and keep going after our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Carmel's. It was a short walk to West beach and Esperance CBD was a short drive. Carmel was very friendly without being intrusive and her place was very nice, matching the description in the listing. Would highly recommend Carmel's place.

A pristine, hygienically 7 star, well presented accomodation, very central to Esperance Town by car. Walking distance to a very large IGA grocery supermarket, a bakery and a laundromat next to it. We wished that we had more time in Esperance as we enjoyed being in this accomodation and the surrounding tourist destinations were stunning. Thank you Sue for all your hints and tips and making us feel very welcome to spend two days/nights in your accomodation. Sue made every endeavour to ensure that we had the best experience.

This stay is INCREDIBLE!!!! If you have the opportunity to stay, don't miss out!! We had the most wonderful time on our morning walks everyday along the beach just over the road, the view is AMAZING!!! We loved every moment here and will be back for sure!! Caroline is a great host, and the accomodation was everything we hoped for and more. Thanks again so much to Caroline for having us, we were so lucky to stay in such a wonderful place for the week :) Everything was absolutely perfect!

Amazing few days in peace and tranquility. Colin and Lori-Ann have created such a wonderful sanctuary that they are happy to share with anyone who loves nature. Accommodation is very comfortable and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. Close to town cafes and restaurants and the incredible surrounding national parks and beaches.
