It is a very complete and accessible place because they offer more than they describe. They have streaming platforms, fans, and a very complete kitchen. The house is very nice and comfortable. They are very friendly people. My family ended up very happy with the stay, definitely a place I'll stay again. Very grateful to them.

My family and I felt right at home. A cozy and quite quiet place, the best that is very central, a few steps from the main Av de Piura, there are many businesses nearby a mall, supermarket, pharmacies and other food businesses nearby. The host and person in charge was able to help us resolve issues that arose. Recommended

I've stayed everywhere in Piura - RioVerde, Angolo, Principe -- but I much prefer Yukiko's. It's great! The rooms are super pretty, the beds very comfortable. I liked cooking in the kitchen - I think I like it more than my own kitchen. Strong wifi, too. The apartment is very big and it's safe. Thanks Yukiko!

Dina’s place fit exactly what I was looking for and the description was spot on! The communications were clear and precise from the beginning. She sent perfect instructions for the taxi to get there until she saw us. Everything was like the photos and fit what I wanted. To experience Piura from a residential neighborhood not a touristy area. There were plenty of markets and restaurants nearby and I used the kitchen a lot too. She had it equipped with what I needed. I took many daily walks through the area. I did laundry twice at her place and she was a great help for me to find the local transportation services and locations I inquired about. The hot water was great for shaving and was one of the best I’ve used in many places. She was flexible with my arrival and departure and called her driver who got me to the terminal at the agreed upon reasonable price. It will be the first place I check for availability whenever I return to Piura. Dina is a 5 star hostess in my opinion!
