We had a very nice holiday thanks to Lorena. The location of the apartment is perfect: both close to the beach and close to the city. We felt very comfortable with the enclosed parking space. The apartment was very clean and well thought out. Absolutely recommended.

Our family took five vacation at Gianlucas house. Thanks to the good description, we were able to find it directly. We had lots of space. The kids were happy that each had their own room. In the apartment everything was available for a stress-free holiday. The kitchen was fully equipped, so we didn't miss anything while cooking occasionally. We experienced a very hot summer with temperatures of 35°C daily. The basement can be kept cool by closing the shutters. However, the heat naturally accumulates under the roof. Luckily, each of the three bedrooms there is a strong air conditioner. 30 minutes have been enough to achieve tolerable temperatures before going to bed. Last not least, the excellent accessibility of Gianluca and Laura is to be emphasized. Within a few minutes, there was a response. Once Laura even brought us some ice cream from Lucrezia. The garden neighbors speak German :-D

We were welcomed very warmly and friendly upon arrival by Paola. Thanks again to Paola. The apartment is centrally located. The beach and many restaurants can be reached in a few minutes on foot. The old town of Rimini and the train station are also a 10-15 minute walk. The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Endless room for luggage. Contacts before and after departure were always answered very quickly and reliably. La Casina dei Fichi is therefore highly recommended.
