Beachfront holiday rental in Castiglione della Pescaia

Paola's place was just wonderful! It is on a perfect location, overlooking the small but cosy bay of Morcone with its clear blue water. The beach can easily be reached via private stairway. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, including A/C. Most of all, it has a great outside area, including a BBQ area. We especially loved the big terrace where it is very nice to linger in the soft sea breeze at sunset. The beautiful and lively town of Capolivery is only a few minutes away by car and there are plenty of nice beaches around.

Everything worked out just fine. Location is great, close to the large, wide sandy beach. Approximately 10-minute walk to the center of Marina. Shopping and restaurant visits are easy without a car. Larger shopping centers/sights for alternative programs easily accessible by car. Apartment clean and well maintained, in a quiet residential area with plenty of green space within walking distance. We had a perfect vacation, with a three-month-old girl it was all very simple! Convenient location, TOP cleanliness and hospitality! Ilaria takes care of every detail... Rooms equipped with every comfort. It's like being at home and especially with family, my baby didn't miss anything, bathtub, changing table, crib and even a pillow for breastfeeding! So many little details that make a difference. Ilaria really is a lovely person, never found a host like this!

Great location on one of the most beautiful beaches. You don't need a car to get to the beach or downtown. The warm outdoor shower was our highlight after a long day at the beach.

The accommodation was as described and it really has everything your heart desires. Check-in was super easy and communication with the host was very straightforward at all. She was very helpful and also helped us so we could park on site. We already knew the surroundings, it is just beautiful between the sea and the forest. ☀️

A paradise! Even better than expected, so we have prolonged our stay. Beautiful house, apartment and garden. Perfect location, amazing view, private access to the sea, calm and the city center within walking distance. Davide welcomed us into his little slice of paradise from where you could admire the beauty of Capoliberi overlooking the sea in absolute tranquility. We were located in a strategic point 10 minutes from Capoliveri, Porto Azzurro and not far from Porto Ferraio. The apartment was very well organized with spaces, bright, clean and equipped. We got to meet Davide personally, a sunny and exquisite person and together with his wife they really take care of making a vacation a very pleasant memory. What can I say, Isola D Elba is a real surprise!

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

We found a friendly and helpful host. The apartment is not very large, but enough to spend relaxing moments in the house. It has a spacious living room and an open kitchen equipped with all the necessary accessories to make your vacation carefree. Great opportunity to have private parking and a condominium pool. Beach and restaurants are very close to the apartment. It was a really pleasant vacation, we felt right at home.

In one word: Fantastic! The location, the sunset, the decor, the bed, the outdoor shower, all beautiful. The place is supposed to be 70 square meters, but feels like 140 square meters. An experience you must have had. It's a pity that the coves and beaches in the area are almost all privatized. But the access to the beach around the corner works very well.

The place is an absolute place to yearn. The view of the sea priceless. We were lucky enough to stay alone on the property almost the entire time. The amenities are functional and you have everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy, there is nothing to complain about. The decor is familiar with personal things of the family but that's exactly what I love about AirBnB. I was very reminded of my former family weekend house. We certainly weren't here last time and I thank Fabio&Valentina for sharing this wonderful place with others.

We had a great time in Cavo! The beach was close by and there’re a lot of restaurants around. Very walkable little village. No need for a car if you stay there.

It was a pleasure to stay at the property, the highlights are the pool, access to the sea with private sunbathing dock and hot shower even by the pool . The house enjoys a great view, large and super equipped kitchen, comfortable and livable terraces, comfortable and new bathrooms. Really great experience!! Thank you to Daniele for your time!

A beautiful little house with a fantastic view of the sea. Bedroom, kitchen and bathroom are small but nicely furnished and you have everything you need. The terrace is very large with plenty of seating and beautiful tables. From there you have a wonderful view of the sea. The area consists of a few other vacation homes and is very quiet. There is a swimming pool that you can use and at the end of a long staircase an access to the sea (no beach but rocky but still great for swimming). Around the cottage is a small garden and many beautiful trees. Giovanni's father Eduardo welcomed us, showed us everything and was very friendly. If we had a question, we got an answer quickly. For shopping, you drive about 10-15 minutes by car to the next town. In summary: a very nice quiet place with perfect views with friendly people. We will be happy to come back.

Host very attentive to the needs of the people, kind and helpful; impeccable accommodation with level services (on all the tennis court and the pool), located a stone's throw from the sea. Really good experience.

Tommaso is a nice and accommodating host. When he greeted us, he gave us a basket of products from his organic shop. He made a great effort to ensure that we guests were doing well in his house. He changed the gas bottles for the hot water and adjusted the heating on request and asked several times about our condition. We liked the vacation home very much, a top location right on the sea. The large terrace and dining area invited us to linger. In the house, everything is functionally furnished in a country house style, the kitchen small but nice, the bedrooms and the bathroom met our requirements. We felt very comfortable and were able to enjoy our vacation. We will be happy to come back to Castelioncello. Thank you Tommaso for all your efforts and your committed demeanor. Maria was the perfect host. She picked us up from the train and dropped us back when leaving and was always available if needed. Her apartment is beautiful, absolutely spotless and very well equipped… we even had a first aid kit and sewing kit. It’s a very spacious apartment and the beds were soooo comfortable . Two minutes from the beach with miles and miles of beach to walk, which we did every morning and watched the sunset in the evenings. A bit further away is the centre, approximately 15mins walk. Many lovely shops and restaurants there. But closer to the apartment was our favourite restaurant, the Mum and Dad restaurant (cute name) . We had two balconies which we used frequently to chill out and read. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We've really enjoyed our stay at Casa Mary. It is a lovely quite place with great view. Sebastiano was very helpful and everything went perfectly.

The place is perfectly equipped, there's really nothing missing: from the full kitchen to the small details that make the environment comfortable. I felt right at home, in a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was the ideal place to relax, immersed in tranquility and comfort. Amazing villa with beautiful sea view. The villa is located in the one of the most amazing beach in the island. The drive is difficult, but it’s well worth it. The road on the island is not wide, similar to the Almafi coast, but the view is amazing. We walked down the village road to the beach each day, it was a great work out. We enjoyed our stay very much. There is no air con in the villa. The owner has send us some fans to help to cool down. It was hot and not easy to sleep at night when there is no wind at all. But each season and weather is different, so it’s hard to say. Otherwise, there are plenty of restaurants in the area, all walkable or short drive. I would recommended renting a boat to travel around the coast line to experience the amazing clear water that Elba has offered.

Family vacation (4 pers.) at the end of August 2024: Wonderful location, very quiet and private. Exceptional is the large property where you can find a nice, shaded place to rest and enjoy at any time of the day! The bay below the house is very popular, but you can easily go there in the morning and evening if you want to escape the hustle and bustle. The furnishings of the house are sometimes a little older but functionally fine. The communication with Isabella worked flawlessly, and she took care of minor issues right away. The journey is via a quite narrow, winding access road - no problem with careful driving, but of course it takes some time for you to arrive in the next place (shopping, eating out). The house is very well suited for a family with 3-4 children, for 2 families the division of beds/ rooms is rather unfavorable. Absolutely recommended to anyone who loves privacy and nature! Thanks Isabella! It was beautiful.
