Chiara was a wonderful host and communicated beautifully. Her home was filled with the beautiful tradition of her family heritage with special touches throughout; she and her husband kindly greeted us at the home and toured the property with us. They answered all of our questions, gifted us with a beautiful Easter cake and delicious blood oranges. We enjoyed quiet days, walking to and from town, where we enjoyed a delicious meal, gelato, coffees and breads. Our hosts shared the grocery store locals used and we shopped there daily to create delicious meals of our own, enjoying them at their spacious dining table. We gathered around the table for games and meals and cozied up in their living room to chat, read, and plan daily excursions. We loved our trip to the local waterfall even in the rain and a bit of snow; it was magical. We loved our tour of the small local lake at the top of the mountain and enjoyed drinks and fries at the local bar there. We even drove into Firenze for a day💗🇮🇹☺️

We booked several days of summer sightseeing. I highly recommend it to everyone, the neighborhood is nice, it has a rustic atmosphere, nice and calm house and garden. The surrounding cities are easily accessible from here. The host couple is very nice and responsive, hospitable, thank you for the delicious coffee!

The villa is very spacious and clean. The location is in a posh and safe neighborhood. I would recommend and come back again. The only downside is transportation, best to have a car (but this is very well written)

We stayed at Simone's place in 3 adults, an infant and a dog for 3 days. Many reasons why we had a good time and for which we recommend everyone to stay here: interior spaces of the accommodation, spaciousness and care of the fenced garden for the exclusive use of those who are guests (the presence of the fence is essential for those like us who take their dog behind), context of full nature of the surroundings, extreme kindness and availability of Simone as a host and last, but not least, it was the most well-stocked accommodation in which it happened to stay between Italy and abroad. In short, we highly recommend it to those who want to disconnect from the daily city rhythms and we will definitely do it again!

A wonderful place, where you can stay in total tranquility but less than half anhour from Bologna downtown. Super efficient communication although a little cold, a beautiful house and really gigantic both in the outdoor and indoor spaces. A few points of improvement, but there's... Some cobwebs too much, the antique terracotta floor that is not possible to clean really well, precise and fast but cold communications and with zero opening to review times (although in reality we have allowed ourselves a less rushed check-out). Last thing: for a Maltese (who does not lose hair!) of 4Kg... pay €10 more, having given 560 for one night... I find it inappropriate...

Despite communication issues before we arrived, the place was great. We were 10 people on class trips. Everyone was settled in. Spacious exterior. Well equipped kitchen. Clean accommodation. Very beautiful, and large, accommodation in a beautiful area.

Alessandro’s house is very comfortable, clean and very well maintained. He and his wife Angela are very friendly and communicating with them was very easy. Their Airbnb advertisement is a bit misleading, though. We booked their house because it has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. We were 7 people and needed the 4 rooms, because one of the guests was traveling alone and didn’t want to share a bedroom. But, as 1 of the rooms sleep 3 people, we were not given access to the fourth bedroom. After some negotiation and extra payment, we had access to the whole house.

Last Instant Book Reservation. A beautiful fully renovated farmhouse with private swimming pool, large outdoor space and convenient parking; inside we found all the amenities as described. Unparalleled view of the Bolognese hills a few kilometers from Bologna. We had a great time, great relaxation, we will surely come back and I recommend it to all those who want to get away from the daily routine. Great for families with kids, too.

Lovely, authentic house. The view of the Apennines is breathtaking, also from the nice swimming pool. The house consists of 3 floors and you live on the middle one. That's why everyone had privacy, and an en-suite bathroom. It was wonderful to spend time on the two loggias. Because you're high, there's often a lovely breeze. What was also nice is that there is no silent "art" on the wall, but beautiful authentic things that fit the house. Everything is really nice. We have enjoyed and never wanted to leave:)

The stay was great, the house is large and perfect for a group of people. The large garden is very well-kept with a nice pool. Great for the barbecue too! Carlos was very kind and super helpful throughout the stay. Also highly recommended for the tranquility of the place!

As beautiful as the description was, the reality was even better. Sandra’s guide to local activities and restaurants was one of the best I’ve seen. The place was spacious, the surrounding grounds beautiful, and the pool a welcome treat this summer.

We spent a summer-week in Aspero's house with four – more or less grown up – children and the wife of the oldest of them. It was absolutely great! The house has a lot of character and is beautifully situated and designed, the pool is cool in the heat of the day, and there is lots of space for everybody. You do have to be cool with driving on narrow roads to get there, but it's certainly worth it.

Great location, reserved and well cared for with all the comfort of the case! Great hospitality and hospitality.
