Good place, matched expectations very well! It's perfectly located right by the train station, a 4 minute walk. From there just drop your bags and begin your exploration of historic Florcence!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Marin's Firenze home. It was upscale, with a comfortable king bed, balcony, and a nice family room. We had questions about the heating, and Marin was super responsive. Just be aware that the upstairs is accessible with a spiral staircase which was fine for our young adult children, but would have been hard for me and my husband. It's a great place with a kind host. Bravo!

Laura was very responsive and helpful and answered all my questions prior and during my stay which helped me make the most out of my trip. The appartment was lovely and peaceful with beautiful views.

We enjoyed the time at Paolo's Casa very much, the soothing far-reaching views from the terrace to the sea and the proximity to the village. We felt very comfortable, it all worked out, and we'd love to come back. Grazie Mille Paolo

It is a lovely apartment and we especially liked the terrace with the overhang so we could could sit outside when it was warm but drizzling. It is a far walk from the center of Florence but a few good cafes and restaurants nearby.

Carlo was a great host! Very friendly and easy to communicate with. We loved the apartment, it definitely exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and we always felt very safe. We would highly recommend this accommodation if traveling to Florence.

Absolutely stunning views in the town and old world tuscan decor in the very private Villa. Amanda was an excellent communicator and helped with planning details about places to see as well as facilitating our very own private chef for pasta making/a dinner for our family of 5. The entire home was spotless and had every amenity you can think of. We even made cinnamon rolls for Christmas Eve in the incredible kitchen. Our stay in the Villa was the highlight of our family trip during Christmas! Thank you for your beautiful hospitality. 5 stars!!

It was a real pleasure to meet Andrea and Simone and also spend a very pleasant evening with them and some of their friends in an informal and international environment. Real and super hospitable people. The apartment is really nice, as pictured...then, even better! Furnished with taste and simplicity and with great attention to detail. Well-equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with everything you need for maximum comfort. The terrace with jacuzzi and panoramic view on the hills on one side and the village on the other: simply spectacular. Palaia small adorable village with a pub, bar and some restaurants that deserve. Perfect vacation for a couple looking for relaxation and romance. Upon arrival we really appreciated the welcome with a bottle of wine and biscuits, as well as a nice welcome postcard. Water is available in the fridge. What can I say: perfect stay!!!!!!! Thank you Andrea and Simone!!!!!! Always put your heart as you are doing now!!!!

We stayed in the apartment for a short vacation. Gino and Calogera assisted us as expected from prepared and thoughtful hosts. A family air was breathed throughout the living room. I highly recommend anyone to stay in this House, spacious spaces and nothing is missing. The location is strategic for those who like to visit the beautiful Tuscan places.

We had a great stay here, and everything was very easy and clean. Great hosts and a great apartment to stay in.

Giulia is a very courteous host. Upon arrival, he explained how to best use the house, the appliances and showed us what to find nearby such as shops and food. He gave us clear directions to public transport and how to get to the center of Florence. Check-in and check-out without any problems. Quiet house, surrounded by greenery and ideal for small and medium-sized animals. It also has a place for them and it has bowls of food and water ready for use. A very relaxing vacation and within walking distance of the center and a stone's throw from Chiantishire. Fantastic.

I would give it 6 stars! The host is very friendly and quick to communicate. The house is peaceful and in the middle of a beautiful vineyard with comfort. In the yard, you can meet the sound of birds and leaves twinkle, and three cute cats. At night, you can observe the stars pouring through the skylight. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen is fully equipped with various kitchen utensils and basic condiments so you can cook and there is a big fridge for your convenience. Would stay longer next time. Best place to stay!

Felt right at home. Chiara and her family were very helpful and considerate for us being available at midnight for a smooth checkin. Though it is little far from the station but the stay was definitely worth it. 100% recommended!!

My family and I stayed in early November. Wonderful apartment overlooking the dome of Santa Maria. A beautiful terrace where you can have breakfast, 3 full bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need. Big fridge. Lots of greens. Perfect for two families or one big like ours. Highly recommend

We were able to leave our luggage early with no difficulties. Very polite and helpful. Super clean.

Don’t think twice, just book it! This place was amazing, it was the Italy vibes we were looking for. The terrace has amazing views, the place is close to everything. Antonio was very helpful and the whole process was easy and smooth. We want to come back here for sure!

This is a beautiful place, comfortable and full of personality, centrally located between two important landmarks: Piazza della Signoria and Santa Croce. Alessandra was very accommodating, allowing me to drop off my bag before check-in time, and sending me helpful sightseeing recommendations. She took time during her holiday to give me instructions over the phone, which I appreciated. This accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it and hope to be back.

A truly amazing stay and incredibly kind hosts. Probably the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in for all round location, style and comfort. The place is amazing, so beautiful and a proper ‘design’ style but at the same time really homely and cosy. I would absolutely stay here again next time we come to Firenze!
