Kurt’s place is amazing, filled with character and unique details, we enjoyed every moment! It felt like we were living in a castle 😄 The town of Denice is very quiet and cozy. Highly recommend not to be afraid to talk to neighbors (we did it via google translate) and learn more about the town history. Take Kurt’s directions about how to get to the house, because some of the roads that google maps are suggesting can be gorgeous but very narrow. We recommend to also explore surrounding villages! The only thing to consider if you’re a light sleeper - there is a bell tower that rings during the day and night. It’s a common thing in small Italian villages, when you get used to it you rarely notice it. Kitchen is a bit small but we managed to fit and make food for 9 people. The pool is perfect, we spent most of our time there. It’s clean, big and the view from it is fantastic! Kurt was responsive, gave us great recommendations and asked if everything was okay for us during our stay ❤️

We stayed two nights in this apartment, 4 people, apartment that fully responded to the reason for traveling to Genoa, just a 5-minute walk from the place where we had to go. Apartment located in a really great location to be able to move around the city, a stone's throw away from the amenities ( Bus and train), great contact with the host, always available and attentive, nice and clean apartment, very comfortable, also great suggestions and information regarding the forni market, etc. I also recommend this apartment to those who want a little tranquility compared to the city center, because it is easy to get around by public transport located very close to the house.

The stay was great. The apartment is well equipped. The view is beautiful. With the car no worries, knowing that we have a place to park. It is a little far on foot to visit but there is a lot of public transport. We were even able to make the Five Earths only by transport (bus and train) without worries. The beach is quickly accessible on foot (10-15 min for us) and it's really great. The location makes it possible to cut off from the "rest of the world" because we are quiet. Climbing it on foot eliminates excess Italian dishes. By car 15 min away, Arenzano was for us, more dynamic than Voltri and we had a lovely evening there. Thank you for your good times.
