Holiday rentals with a patio in Castellana Grotte

We enjoyed our stay at Marina's apartment. Despite being in the countryside, the road to access the property was wide and in good conditions (which is rare in the Puglian countryside!). Very peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful gardens. The apartment was well heated, comfortable and very clean. Marina (the host) was always available for any help we needed during our stay.

Amazing stay! The apartment is very spacious and light (which is rare in Italy). The location is perfect - very close to the historical center but very calm and quiet and about 10-15 min drive from the sea. Marcello is an amazing host, best I have ever encounter during my ten years of using airbnb 🤩 He’s very friendly, helpful and communicative. Everything was exactly like at the pictures. Highly recommend!!!

Great apartment, super clean and beautifully furnished. Every detail is perfect, with charming little accents like dried flowers and tasty welcome snacks. I can recommend it to everyone! Amelia is very friendly and has lots of great tips for delicious restaurants. We will definitely come back again (or someone from our family) 💖

Great little place that’s perfect for 2 people who are out and about most of the day. It’s modern, clean, secure with all the listed amenities. Really close to the old town, the beach and the local restaurants. Easy access by car to the freeway to get around in Puglia.

Super nice . Very close to shopping and pedestrian area. A nice walk to the old town. With stunning promenade and not far from crystal clear water beaches.

We stayed in this apartment for a business trip. Monica was very flexible on check-in since our appointment lasted longer than expected. I've changed the time several times, but I've always received a positive response. Considering there were four of us, the apartment was perfect because it offered large bedrooms with excellent amenities in a very nice and easy to reach area of Bari. We will definitely be back.

The apt is modern and nicely furnished. It has all amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. It is very clean. It is actually even better than it looks in photos and has a lovely sit out area which you can use on a good summer day. The apt is close to Cisternino and works as a perfect base to explore Puglian towns . Mariangela as a host is perfect ! She gave clear and concise instructions and was very prompt with her responses. Highly recommend.

This is a new, modern and beautiful apartment. Everything you need is here. Great big tv with all the channels. Very nice kitchen. Comfortable bed (not too hard like so many other Airbnb beds in Europe). Be sure to walk across the street to Lido San Francisco, which has very good food and great views. I was not there in the summer, but Lido’s beach area looked fantastic as well. The Airbnb is close to the ferry port, so quite easy to get to if you’re coming via ferry.

We had an amazing stay in Stella’s house which is placed in the middle of Puglia between beautiful olive trees. The interior is so tasteful and perfect for design lovers. The outdoor kitchen was the hit, we enjoyed so much cooking outside. In the equipment we could find everything we need and much more. Thanks for creating such a beautiful jewel!

We had a great stay at the apartment! Great location for exploring Ostuni and the surrounds. Easy to walk, but also easy to drive & park (particularly for us in the off season). Spacious bedrooms, nice bathrooms. WiFi worked well. Nice outside area. Hosts are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

What a fabulous place, the perfect setup for us with two bedrooms in the main house and separate double room in the trulli annexe, all with gorgeous en suites. Super clean and modern with stunning patios and the infinity pool. Barbara and her husband went out of their way to welcome us and ensure we had a good time, meeting us at check in to show us round. We were absolutely blown away with how idyllic it all was. And then, at night, when the lights came on around the garden and in the pool it created a wonderful chill space. Next time we’ll come back in the summer so we can swim at night, this time, as it was October, we had to stick to the daytime. The location was also a great base for our visits to Punta Proscuitto’s super long sandy beach, the Salina dei Monaci flamingo reserve, Lecce, Alberobello and of course beautiful Ostuni, where Barbara’s reco’s for a bar and a restaurant were spot on. It was very hard to leave. Thanks so much Barbara, it was the perfect mini-break!

We had a great time, the house is extremely comfortable and the kitchen equipped, everything works and very good. Perfect heating. We find coffee, sugar, salt, soap in the bathroom and for laundry. I would definitely come back.

Very nice stay, very much enjoyed with our family. Paulo is a winner who will help you with questions immediately. Cottage is super quiet and neat, just an hour from the beach on foot but we had a rental car.

They were always friendly and quick to respond. I had a lot of inquiries because of parking, but they answered really quickly and clearly. If I come back to Bari next time, I will tie up again. Thank you.

The house was charming and beautiful in the most simple/pure way. The location was excellent and walkable to many great spots in different sections of Ostuni. The house gives you the feeling of what it is like to live there. Chatter on the streets at all hours of the locals, laundry hanging on balconies and windows, beautiful tight streets with cobbled roads- absolutely charming in all the best ways. What a gift to have stayed here.

Stunning apartment right in the heart of Bari. It’s on the 7th floor (with an elevator), and has a large deck that looks over the city, and able to watch both sunrises and sunsets on. As soon as you walk out the front door, there are parks, restaurants, pedestrian shopping area, and old town is less than 10 minute walk in 1 direction, and the train station is less than 10 minutes in the other. LOVED staying here.

i can only recommend Maria and Donato's place. Super homey and clean it helped us feel at home in Bari. The location is very convenient and the complimentary coffee and cakes felt amazing in the morning. Absolute gem in Bari ❤️❤️❤️

Marco was an incredibly great host who always helped us very quickly. The garage arrangement was particularly great. The apartment was very clean and the terrace was a dream. Noise sensitive people should take earplugs to sleep, but that is a problem of Bari and not of the apartment. We had a wonderful vacation!

We really enjoyed it, we will recommend to others and will definitely come back if we are in Bari! The hot tub on the deck is amazing. The apartment was clean, the host was always nice and responded to messages very quickly. We heartily recommend it !
