Holiday rentals with a patio in Castel Volturno

We spent 9 nights in Maurizio's apartment and felt very much at home. The apartment is generously sized, has a large terrace, is very clean and renovated. There were four of us with 2 small children and the apartment was very good for us. The beach is a few minutes away on foot, as well as nice restaurants and a small supermarket. Bus stop directly outside. The street is a bit noisy and a few times a week you can hear music in the evening, but the bedroom faces back and the kids slept very well with windows. In the bedroom there is even air conditioning but the rooms are nice and cool and we didn't need it. Maurizio is a great host, very helpful, chatty and willing to accommodate any need. We got great tips and enjoyed our stay in Ischia!

Tidy and clean room, perfect location to visit Sant' Angelo, we spent unforgettable days and we were in absolute tranquility, responsive and flexible host on check-in, an experience to do again.

Mrs. Amalia sent me the exact location, explaining that the viability of the country had changed. When we arrived,the lady and her husband gave us detailed directions on where to buy fish, groceries, what to visit nearby, which beaches to frequent. They made us feel comfortable, allowing us to use a covered parking space and leaving their car in the open. Even the various sorted waste, they offered to deposit them on the days of collection. Given their availability and courtesy, two small failures that occurred I provided in person without asking anything but they wanted to reciprocate at all costs with local products purchased specifically. We were very impressed by the hospitality, the cool positions despite the heat, by the details of the apartment that, if possible next year, we will try to return.

Very beautiful apartment with an amazing roof terrace with stunning views over Napoli. We enjoyed this very much, especially late in the afternoon with the last sunny hours. Luigi and Elena are great host and they proactively come with many tips to do and see. Really recommended!

Staying here felt like stepping into an old Italian movie. The charm of the space, and the picturesque surroundings made it truly magical. Everything was spotless, and the host was warm and welcoming. A unique and unforgettable experience!

Alessandro’s house was wonderful with a great terrace that allowed to have a feeling of solitude within the bustling old town.

I stayed here with 3 of my friends for 10 days and it was lovely. Plenty of dining space, both inside and outside. Mosquito nets on all the doors and windows allowed us to leave them open all day. The location was perfect - located near shops, restaurants, the port and grocery stores. Check in/check out was smooth and the communication with the host was excellent. The second bedroom has two small single beds so I would say that they are best suited for children.

Teresa and Francesco couldn't have been more welcoming! A basket of fresh produce, eggs, wine, olive oil - all grown/collected/made by them! The beds were comfortable & the entire house immaculately clean. We enjoyed the picnic table under a dense arbor of ivy - with lights at night - and the kitty cats who befriended us. We loved seeing olives being harvested and when we asked we learned how to cure them. We used the home as a base to visit Naples, Pompeii, etc. But it was Teresa and Francesco themselves who made our week-long stay most enjoyable! Grazie to them!

Our experience at Ciro's house was super positive , we found ourselves in a villa very close to the center and downtown where we had commitments , the house is a few minutes away on foot from the university, and a few minutes away is a shopping center served by everything including ATM , with the car that we were able to park inside the villa, we then moved easily since a few minutes away is the entrance of the ring road and about ten minutes away is the caracciolo- Mergellina promenade, The stadium is also reachable on foot . The house is clean and comfortable with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, equipped with climate and TV in both rooms. With the accommodation of the university parking lot that prevents a few hundred meters and the metro station that is being born you can stay with a tranquility of the countryside in the city center.

A very peaceful and accessible place to see places like pompeya and the Almafi coast. Very good communication with Gaetano and attentive for our comfort. One suggestion: add more knives that cut well and maybe one with sierra para cut bread. Thank you for all Gaetano!

I stayed in Carmen's house for a week during New Year's Eve. The house was located in a quiet area and at the same time convenient to reach the main tourist areas allowing you to take a nice walk. The house was clean and we were offered two sets of towels and sheets as we would have been there for more than a week which was highly appreciated. In addition, the house offered a washing machine, a coffee maker, and all the cooking utensils at home if you wanted to. Since we had the plane in the late afternoon, Carmen was kind enough to allow us to check in in the afternoon and in general was always available and super responsive via messages. Surely if we go back to Naples, we'll come back here.

Great apartment with a wonderful view.

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few AirBnB's, but this was by far the very BEST experience we have ever had. The place was wonderfully well thought out with care and attention to detail. Alessio and his family greeted us warmly and showed us our apartment. The family lives in the attached house, but our area was very nice and private. The garden views of the mountains are stunning and beautiful! The pool was immaculately maintained and was very refreshing after a long day in Pompeii. Alessio also provided breakfast baked goods and was very responsive and gave great local recommendations. He and his family were a huge blessing to us and the place gave us some much needed refreshment away from the hustle and bustle. The country setting was perfect! Thank you so much Alessio and your family for your generous hospitality! The kittens on the premises were an added bonus and enhanced our experience on the property.

Such a beautiful area and accessible to the main city area by 1 bus only. Rignt next to a lovely beach and such a peaceful and quiet area. Definitely recommend staying here instead of Naples.

The place is very good. Just around 20-min walk to Pompeii sites. Marianna is very nice. She provides us recommendations of resturants and supermarkets. The road to entrance is quite narrow, need to be a bit careful if you have a big car. But we still made it successfully. Overall it was a lovely experience and would like to stay there again if we revisit someday.

This is a beautiful apartment in the historic part of Napoli. We had a lot of luggage, which meant the stairs to get up to the apartment was a bit painful, but otherwise it has everything you need, including great shower water pressure! It's a very modern space, a big contrast from what is outside, is spotlessly clean, and with plenty of room for the 4 of us. Can definitely recommend.

Clean, spacious and bright flat. It has everything you need for a great stay in Naples. Excellent the presence of two bathrooms, one dedicated to each room, which allows the right privacy between the two rooms. No more leakage issues! :)

We really felt like we were in our own home. The apartment is clean and really cozy. Equipped with everything you need. Giacomo is much more than kind, he recommended us on the best way to get to the apartment (I would not want to write it so as not to pass him for a service included but he came to pick us up at the station and took us back on the day of departure). She gave us directions to amenities and restaurants nearby. Always ready to respond to every request. The best airbnb I've ever lived in. Thank you

We have stayed at Stefano’s place for impromptu weekend away. It was immaculately prepared and the location.. oh my… if you want to experience the real Naples, this is the place to be. So conveniently located for all major sites and transport hubs, in old building full of character, well tucked away from street noise and therefore very quiet.
