Holiday houses in Castel di Tusa

We stayed in six in Paola's beautiful apartment, which exceeded our expectations. Everything is very clean and fragrant, cared for in every detail and equipped with everything you need in a home. In addition, we took advantage of the Appa rental car (suggested by the host) right in front of the apartment and it was a very positive experience, also thanks to Mrs. Giovanna, kind and helpful. When we had small issues, Mrs. Paola was immediately available and helpful, resolving promptly. It was easy to communicate thanks to your kindness. We would definitely go back, highly recommended.

We stayed as a group of 9 during the winter months. The Villa was beautiful, and overlooked the ocean (from a distance). It was peaceful and serene. Paolo kindly offered us access to his orange and lemon trees, which were amazing! He was a helpful host, helping order us pizza our first night when everything seemed closed. The large dining table and kitchen at the back of the house was perfect for family dinners. We used the outdoor BBQ (propane) and the indoor stove/top range - all worked well. We also used the fire pit and Paolo was kind enough to give us some firewood. The house is about ~20 minutes from Palermo by car, which you definitely need in order to stay here. If you don't feel like cooking, try Bragone restaurant (15 mins). Incredible pizza/pasta in the countryside. We stayed during a cold spell, so while there were lots of heat and heaters available, we were chilly at times because we had to balance the electric load just right to keep things running smoothly.

When we arrive, we are captivated by the view from the terrace... The pool is also a real bonus, especially in these summer heat, with a convenient outdoor shower. The outdoor spaces are very spacious. The accommodation is very clean, the kitchen well equipped, comfortable bedding. And a warm welcome, thank you to Angelo who is very responsive, accommodating and attentive!

We were in Mondello in July 2024 and had a fantastic vacation. The beaches and the turquoise blue sea were stunningly beautiful. The apartment of our host Gabriella was just as beautiful as in the pictures, very clean and well appointed. We didn't lack anything. The terrace provides shade during the day and invites you to a glass of wine in the evening – simply beautiful. Gabriella is a warm and loving host who can always be reached by phone. A special experience was when we closed the front door in the middle of the night and the key was inside. We called Gabriella, and her husband came right away to help us. We are very grateful for that. Gabriella was always available for questions and useful tips. We felt very comfortable with her – it doesn't get any better than that. We enjoyed everything about our stay at Katia’s beautiful villa. It was definitely the highlight of our 4 weeks in Italy. We highly recommend it for everyone wanting a beautiful view and quiet stay close enough to visit so many wonderful sites!

We had the best time here - Maurilio was so accommodating + friendly. He gave us great recommendations. About a 20minute walk to mondello beach, and about 20minutes in a taxi to Palermo centre - really easy to navigate. Villa was gorgeous - outdoor area was amazing with big pool, outdoor kitchen + dining area. Comfy beds, great shower! would recommend the villa to anyone. Thank you so much Maurilio!!

Stayed with our 3 year old. Nice clean place with cot and stairgates, and a great host who was really responsive to our requests.

Very nice and helpful host. Alessandro informed us about all atractions nearby. The appartment is brand new with modern equipment. There is also a terrace and parking space behind the fence , so we felt the car is safe. Appartment is close to the center.
