Clean house with new furniture and fixtures, equipped with all utensils, wifi and more. Didier is a very friendly person and has always been responsive to messages. Too bad the garden is a bit abandoned, with a little care the place would really become a little pearl. Attention if you have a long car (SUV or station wagon or in any case greater than about 4.40 meters) because the parking is a little tight and requires some maneuvers to be able to enter/exit. It may be a problem to have the maneuvering space if the parking is full.

We had a wonderful stay at Melanie’s! She was a wonderful host. Her house is also super kid friendly - there was no need for us to bring toys for our daughter. She didn’t even want to leave!! There is a supermarket nearby where you can buy most of what you need, a boulangerie where you can get delicious baguettes and croissants, and a delicious espresso place. She was also super communicative - we had ordered from Amazon as we needed a couple of things that we couldn’t find in stores and she was super flexible about it. The house was spacious and since we had a car, it was easy to get around! I highly recommend this place! It is just beautiful!

This is a great place to stay if you want to see everything in Nice and the surrounding areas but want to stay in a peaceful and beautiful setting. American travelers should note that there is air conditioning downstairs only and the bedrooms are upstairs; however, the nights were cool enough in early July. Great place to stay and the hosts are very friendly.

The accommodation is in a very quiet, peaceful place in a beautiful natural environment. There are no opposite and there is a private garden/terrace level. It is well located for visiting the coastline and hinterland. The accommodation is well equipped and well arranged. The bedding is super comfortable, at least for us:-). The cleanliness is impeccable! City Hall and Laurent are friendly, welcoming and very discreet. We would recommend this place to stay!

We had a great stay at this beautiful house. Dominique was very friendly and responsive. The house is at the top of a hill, so not very walkable to shops or restaurants, but very private with beautiful views. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved the pool and the ping pong table.

Very nice place! Our toddler loved the playground 30 meters away for 1 to 4 year olds. At the same distance is a bakery and the fine sandy beach is a small walk through the park. The house itself is nice in every way. We doubted the privacy of the garden in advance, but because of some beautiful trees you sit here privately and all the connecting windows belong to the apartment. At the kitchen you can see that a cooking lover's house is. We were kindly welcomed, definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house, with its lovely garden and pool. The area is very calm and peaceful, yet close to many nice destinations for day trips. Julien and his wife Celine were always helpful and very responsive, and really helped us out when it turned out we had forgotten our coats at the house after we returned home. Would highly recommend.

‘one’ is a beautiful place. There were 7 of us and the place was perfect and comfortable. Each room had its own shower. We rented a van, however, this isn’t necessary as you can Uber everywhere. We went wine tasting at local wineries. We went to the market almost daily and cooked fresh and wonderful meals. We basically lived in the outdoor space and made ourselves completely at home. I cannot say enough about Simon’s and the rest of the ‘One’ team. Always responsive and accommodating. Thank you for sharing this beautiful house 💕

Nice big apartment near the train station. 7 minute walk to Palais. There were only 2 of us, the apartment is big enough for 2 couple or a family of 5-6.

We had a really good time in Pascal's apartment. As stated in many comments, you have to climb stairs (our child counted 104), but my father also took them several times a day at the age of 88. The view from the balcony is sensational, the location central yet quiet. The communication with Pascal was as you wish, in that respect...

Very pleasant stay at Alex and Florian's! The place was clean, well-equipped, and as advertised. Our hosts were welcoming and responsive, making our experience even more enjoyable. I would recommend it in a second!

Great appartment in a good location

A very heartfelt thank you to Jane and Antonella for welcoming us to their beautiful apartment in Nice. This space was very cozy and clean, making it feel like home. We appreciated the balcony, fully-equipped kitchen and central location to explore the beautiful La Côte d'Azur. As well, our hosts were very easy to communicate with, which was helpful before and during our trip. We had a great time and highly recommend to other guests looking for a place to stay in Nice. Second time here and just as excited! The apartment is clean, comfortable and well positioned, close to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. The welcoming and attentive host makes everything even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Great host, super helpful and friendly. Very nice sea view from the balcony and short walk to beaches, restaurant and a small grocery store. The pool is great and often empty of people.

A lovely little apartment in a fantastic location. The large terrace is fabulous - sun was on terrace from around 11am to sunset. Aside from sleeping practically all our time at apartment was spent on the large terrace. Quiet street only 100 yards for Promenade des Anglais. Ideal for a couple or family with one small child. Would definitely return. Veronique was an excellent host 👍🇫🇷

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Eva was a great host! His welcome was very warm. She was very proactive in answering any questions and needs we had. She has a very sociable personality and a pleasure to chat with. ☺️ The accommodation, meanwhile, met all our needs in every way: well located in a quiet location, within walking distance to all the activities we were interested in, not to mention the location of Nice which is close to other cities of interest. In short, this place remains on our list of our favorite places 🤩

Extremely neat and clean apartment. Seemed almost like the first renting. Fantastic location with 180 degree Ocean view and looking directly at the mouth of the marina. Great for watching yachts come and go. Near all facilities. Very responsive host even after hours. Would rent again without hesitation.

We loved the location of Cheng’s apartment. It was close to many restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the Cros-sur- Mer train station. The view was breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and watching the people walk/bike by, and the planes take off and land at the Nice airport. We rented the 2 bedroom terrace apartment. There is no designated kitchen but had a microwave, small refrigerator, cooktop and sink on the outdoor terrace. There were plenty of towels and the beds were comfortable. Another plus was the washer and dryer. Thank you for hosting us, Cheng.
