Holiday rentals with a patio in Caspar

A peaceful location just outside of Ukiah, clean and well appointed, and with a lovely deck/garden area outside. Would certainly stay again.

Great spot right on the lake! The place is incredibly spacious and well-equipped. Not walkable to much other than the lake, but very convenient to get places by car. The lake view from the deck was lovely. Honestly was a perfect studio that could be a great for a long term stay too.

We had a lovely stay at Madrid's love nest. The bed was very comfortable. Nice big dining room table to sit at and enjoy cheese and wine. Very comfortable bed and nice and quiet area for relaxation. The kitchen had a couple plates and some utensils but not fully equipped for cooking. I wish they had at least 1 sharp knife. We had bought a baguette and a salami that we had to try to cut with a butter knife. We made due and all in all it was a wonderful stay. Close to restaurants, coffee and a bar.

All I can say is wow, what a perfect stay we had at The Guest Nest! Kerry's place is beautiful, inside and out - spotlessly clean, well thought out, cozy and spacious. Lots of light during the day, and the fireplace kept us warm at night. The views from the windows, porches & garden are amazing, from the garden, to the grounds with the deer grazing, to the ocean. Absolutely fantastic neighborhood as well...Caspar Headlands and Caspar Beach are an easy walk, and they're both gorgeous. Last but certainly not least, Kerry was an amazing host - extremely helpful, kind and communicative. If I ever find myself in the Mendocino area again (which I hope to!), I would absolutely love to stay in The Guest Nest again, just an amazing place/host!

I wish I could give Sapina 10 stars. From the first communication she was so friendly, helpful and gone out of her way to make our stay easy and comfortable. I cannot fault Sapina about any aspect of her hosting or the fabulous gem of an apartment. The location is close to the park, art centre, restaurants and only a short drive away is Safeway and Marisa market, and many other shops for anything you need. The exact location is set within other buildings ha so it is private and feels so safe. The apartment itself is incredibly clean, with nothing missing to make your stay completely comfortable and easy. There is plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy their stay, with games and comfy seating. Sapina has decorated to represent her hosting skills - everything is shiny and sparkly, and just makes sense. The giant bed is totally comfy, as are the fabulous bar stools and sofas. If you are travelling through or need a longer stay in Willits do not miss Sapina’s starry night stay!!!

Wonderful spot right on the lake. Next door to a free boat ramp. 4 minute drive to a bunch of restaurants and parks. Also the inside was all newly remodeled, very modern kitchen and bathroom. Will likely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Kerry’s place in Mendocino. The location was peaceful and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway. It was close to stunning, walkable trails with beautiful views of the ocean, birds, and unforgettable sunsets. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was truly magical. The home was cozy, clean, and well-kept, offering everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Kerry was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making the whole experience seamless. If you’re looking for a quiet retreat surrounded by natural beauty, this is the perfect spot. We’d love to return in the future!

We enjoyed our stay at Matthew's place immensely. It was clean and quiet with spectacular ocean views. We made good use of the wood stove, the hot tub and the waffle maker - all made for cozy touches on our weekend away. We appreciated how clean everything was on arrival, and how responsive our host was (a rarity in the age of Vacasa and Grand Welcome). Sea Ranch is a favorite place of ours for a weekend of doing nothing and we'd definitely return to Matthew's place if available. Reminder to those less familiar with the area - you are in a chilly/damp corner of California by the sea, bring extra layers!

Our visit to Jonathan's house in Little River was absolutely perfect. The beautiful location, and the immaculate, well equipped and well-designed interior all worked out wonderfully for us. The interior was thoughtfully appointed and felt very comfortable ... from the moment we first walked through the front door. Jonathon was exceptionally responsive, easy to communicate with and provided an extensive guide to the area ... giving us plenty of outdoor activities and wonderful local restaurants to explore.

Amazing location - the beach pass to the private beach made this stay already worth it! Irish beach is stunning and so empty, we loved it. The space has lovely windows overlooking a yard where many deer come visit and we even saw a bobcat! The hot tub is great and probably the best Airbnb hot tub we’ve been in! I’m sure the upstairs balcony was amazing as well - we just didn’t use it much since it rained most of our stay. Our dog enjoyed the yard very much, it’s very private and far away from other people’s houses. It’s not fenced but a long line worked just as well! I would mention that it would have been good to know ahead of time that the place does not have a full kitchen. The freezer is not medium - it’s tiny and doesn’t freeze well. There is no real stove, just hot plates, no blender, not a real oven etc. It would have been good to know ahead of time since we usually bring food for trips and like to cook. We would definitely book again and just plan for different food!

Loved our stay. The home is beautiful and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Awesome view of the lake and sunrises we’re amazing. Easy drive into town and close to grocery store and restaurants. We will be back!

My family had a wonderful five day stay in early April at this lovely Fort Bragg property situated on a bluff with views of the ocean. It is an excellent location from which to explore the Mendicino and Fort Bragg beaches as well as spectacular coastal State parks and is close to shopping and restaurants. The spacious home was well equipped to handle my group of 8 which included one infant and two toddlers. Shri provided us with a crib and highchair and the young adults enjoyed the hot tub and indoor basketball games. I would certainly stay here again during my next family visit to this beautiful, peaceful area. Gabriella Uhlar-Heffner

Fantastic property. The house is spacious and airy, while the huge grounds are perfect for exploring with kids. Ideal location near the junction of Highway 1 and 128, and 10-15 minutes from all the best spots on the Mendocino coast (from Elk to the south to Caspar / Jug Handle to the north). Highly recommend.

Absolute magic. Kira’s house is a unique treasure in the redwoods. She was easy to communicate with during our stay and the place was exactly as described. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

The house is built into the beautiful NorCal coastal surrounding, with grand view of the ocean and coast from most rooms. We were happy to sit there and watch waves and gray whale migrating all day. Plenty of amenities to entertain, such as pool table, jacuzzi and the big lawn in the backyard. Would love to come back when we visit Mendocino again.
