A cosy studio flat with everything needed for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious - especially the very freshly-squeezed orange juice. We would not hesitate to go back

We had a great time in Azóia! The surroundings are beautiful with many activities to explore e.g. surfing, hiking or bouldering. The neighbours are really friendly and there are nice restaurants around. In a very Portuguese tradition the house can become quite cold and as Azóia is super windy, make sure to bring that extra sweater! Overall we really enjoyed our stay, muito obrigada :)

This is the second time I have stayed in this charming apartment. The location is the fantastic - close to all the Sintra attractions but on a quiet street. Sofia responds quickly to all messages. She went above and beyond to try to locate an item I thought I left behind. A great place to stay!

We arrived at the apartment and following the directions of João we had no problem arriving and entering the apartment. The apartment was clean and we felt it was in good condition, although we did not make use of the kitchen because we ate breakfast and dinner out as we did many excursions, it was well equipped with everything needed. I recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the area, it is close to the beach and close to lisboa Thank you João !!! We'll be back !!!!

A fantastic apartment for a group. Centrally located and walkable to many hot spots. It was clean and comfortable, and highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this stay! Beautifully appointed flat, and reception is also so helpful and friendly. It was the perfect way to start our stay in Lisbon and I wished we could have stayed here for the duration of our trip. The location is very convenient and walkable, with many great restaurants in the vicinity. The flat itself is very clean, with nice linens - very nicely designed. I loved the high ceilings and waking up and opening the windows was a morning perk! The larger bed (larger than typical European king -- more like a US king size) was also very much appreciated. Thank you so much for a really lovely stay!! I would certainly rebook for any return visits to Lisbon!

Nice apartment in an excellent location for visiting Lisbon. It was clean and tidy and has beautiful views. Close to the train station and a short drive to the airport. Rui was very communicative and proactive about providing information about what services to utilize to get to the apartment and gave clear instructions on how to access it. Highly recommend!

It's a room in a shared apartment, but still with plenty of privacy. In a very nice area, with parking. Good restaurants. Check in super easy.

This place was great. Centrally located, stocked with breakfast items which was super helpful, and cleaners that came daily. The beds were on the harder side but we all loved them. The views from the apartment were perfect and the entire place felt cozy and spacious.

From the moment I booked the reservation, Isabel was solicitous, helpful, responsive and lovely! Situated in a beautiful neighborhood, with a stunning view, and close to a metro, great restaurants, parks, cafes, shops. Just a perfect home to have on my first visit to such a wonderful place.

A modern apartment nestled in the middle of old cobblestone streets. Lots of bustle in the day, quiet at night.
