House holiday rentals in Casas Altas

House located in a very peaceful place and in a pleasant setting. There is a metro 300m away but it was not functional by the time we were there following the DANA floods. The car is then essential to get to Valencia! There is a shop within 2km. The accommodation is as described on site.

Communication with Natalia was great, she looked out for us, she quickly resolved anything that came up. The house has a beautiful view, the porch area, the pool a pass, always clean and big. The interior with many rooms, all with air conditioning although the house is fresh and not necessary, the only thing in our opinion is that there were too many personal items, but well, there were many kitchen utensils and we managed well. A mention of Gunther, lovely.

Nice quiet location. In a 20-minute walk you were in the center of Requena in no time. Nice garden and beautiful swimming pool. Just too cold for us but that was the period of the year. The house was fully equipped Including good beds. Nice and good communication with the host.

Everything was perfect, very kind

We were very comfortable, it is a quiet area and totally disconnected from the hustle and bustle of the town or city. It has all the comforts, it is as described in the listing. In addition, as soon as you wrote Inés the girl who takes care of the house, she answers you immediately and gives you all the facilities. It has been a pleasure to stay in La Papelita. The pool is small, but a luxury to have where to cool off. There are many walks near the house. Thank you very much

My stay at this place was particularly pleasant, both for its comfort and for the quality of the welcome. The location is ideal to enjoy the area, and the host was available and considerate throughout the stay. I recommend this place without hesitation!

We stayed here for 3 nights with young family (boys 11 and 8 years old). The place had a lot of things that kept the boys engaged and entertained. From animals like rabbits, bicycles to sports basketball, tennis, swimming pool etc etc Overall the experience was great. I had a conference to attend in Valencia, which meant the place had enough to keep the children busy. Staff were very responsive with multiple people available on phone, with quick responses. The facility is a bit aged and could do with some repairs. However the fact that it kept children engaged more than made up for age. Fantastic team!! Well done!!

We had a wonderful stay! It’s a good place for a climbing trip, very comfortable. Fyi bring your own towels, shampoo, soap, and salt/pepper/spices

We enjoyed our time in Casas Bajas a lot! The apartment really has EVERYTHING you might need! If you come during a cold season maybe bring some warm socks. Carmen was a great host :)

Jennifer's home is perfect for a retreat or mental respite. I lived there for two months, and it was perfect - multiple bedrooms, plenty of space for reading and working, well-stocked kitchen, and some private outdoor patio space. the town was lovely and welcoming, and a butchers, grocery store, weekly market, and a few cafeterias / bars are all within 5 minutes walking. the house is also well-situated along the Utiel-Requena wine route. all in all, a lovely home where i would love to stay again.

The house exceeded our expactations! I would give for this place 6 stars out of 5! The house in reallity has much more facilities than at that time when we reserved it. We were surprised to find completele new garden terrace, which was equiped fully! The swimming pool is amazing and for our family of 5 members was big enough! The garden is very nice with well maintained plants, evening solar lighting, children's playground and comfortable furniture. In the garden also we found sauna with jacuzzi! The house with three bedrooms is equiped with A/C - seperate in each room, so we could regulate the temperature in each room separately! The kitchen has a lot of facilities - airfryier, gas stove, oven, kettle, microwave, coffe machine, dishwasher. Also a lot of ketlery, plates, cups and etc. In the terrace there is a big box with pool and garden toys. The sleeping during night was very comfortable, because it was very silent. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The highest recomendations!!!

It is a very nice place to relax and unwind. The house has a nice relaxed atmosphere. The garden is wonderfully large and well maintained, the children could play in it wonderfully. I initially thought through the photos that there was an unobstructed view of mountains. This is not the case, but you do have all the privacy. The host is very helpful and super quick to respond if you have a question. I will definitely recommend a visit to the house.

The house was clean, it had everything you need to make your stay look like being in your house. Very comfortable and clean beds. Also, we were left with several details that make a difference with other accommodations. Thank you very much 🙂

We enjoyed two days of pure peace, intimacy and nature. It is very comfortable in the house. We don't miss anything. The heating works very well, we were not cold at all. The starry sky was a real luxury, like we had never seen it before. Kids and dogs enjoyed the countryside a lot. The very attentive owner explained everything, he had a detail with us and was very communicative. We will definitely repeat.

Els and Sander are very warm hosts! We stayed in their flat for nearly 4 weeks with our baby. They were super patient with our questions and answered super fast. Their two dogs are also very warm hosts, our son fell in love 🐕❤️ The house is super beautiful and a very peaceful location. For our needs it was a very good spot and we recommend to visit the 2 and Pedralba.
