Wonderful stay. Accommodations clean, comfortable, spacious. Gr8 breakfast foods ! My 2nd time here.

We really appreciated the location as restaurants were near by as well a healthy grocery stores. Very clean and comfortable. Michelle was personable and available when we needed to talk with her. Will come again.

Mary's "Two Units With Connecting Door" far exceeded our expectations. I imagined it was going to be two adjacent apartments, but it was a full-sized house with just a slightly funky floorplan. The backyard was beautiful and we really enjoyed the hot tub, firepit, outside tables and twinkling lights. The kitchen was unusually well-equipped for cooking, we especially appreciated all the pans, the sharp knives and multiple coffee makers! The whole place was very clean and comfortable. Mary was very warm and welcoming and easy to communicate with.

We had a great time and truly enjoyed this cozy townhome. It felt like home. The beds are comfy, the kitchen has all the essentials for home-cooking, and the neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We enjoyed having easy access to The Loop and to the Rio Vista Natural Resource Park. The hot tub is a super nice touch and all the lovely paintings really bring the place together. We also really appreciate that pets are welcome. All-in-all, it was a great place to stay and John was super responsive and helpful.

This location is perfect for foothills activities. Great private patio and access to the garage. This was the most well appointed home I've stayed in. We stayed 17 days and had everything we needed to make it our home. The kitchen was well stocked, and had everything (right down to the meat thermometer). We had one question and Susan's manager texted back immediately.

Our family used Teresa’s vivienda during the holiday for 2 couples we couldn’t fit into our home.. We appreciated the quiet location and access to groceries as well as hiking trailheads . Nice location near the base of the Catalinas.

Greg and Krystal’s place was absolutely fantastic. We stayed here for a couple months while our house had water damage repaired. Incredibly clean, tons of natural light, and lots of beautiful nature in the backyard. There’s a plethora of birds that come to the backyard including cardinals, goldfinch, and quail. We had an electric bike and could ride up to the loop in about 3 minutes. There’s also farmers markets every single weekend that you can walk to. The hosts were super responsive with any questions we might have had during the stay. Can’t recommend them enough.

Great place to stay. Super close to Trail Dust Town. Nice covered parking. Easy to find. Comfy beds and couch. Great kitchen if you want to cook. Friendy host!

A true gem! This was the perfect place to stay in the heart of Tucson — close to campus, restaurants and shopping. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable with plenty of space to relax. Our host was very responsive and considerate, going above and beyond to make sure we felt at home.

I travel to Tucson regularly, and although it has been a long time since I attended school there I tend to feel most comfortable somewhere that is near campus. This duplex is well situated both near campus, but equally walkable to 4th Ave, Downtown, and Barrio Viejo. The entire complex of several units has been restored very well and tastefully. They are clean, well designed, and had everything I needed. As this unit is part of duplex, you will occasionally hear your neighbor, but it is nothing concerning (I guess that depends on who the neighbor is). There is a bar/nightclub across the street that provided a bit of extra sound on Saturday night, but it was cut off promptly at midnight. Great little place, and had everything I needed for my stay.

I always love returning to Tucson, as my daughter studied at UofA. Katie’s place is perfectly located just across from campus, and the home itself is wonderful. The main bedroom’s bathroom is huge, and the space is very comfortable. We did have an issue with the oven, which was hot and glitching when we arrived. Since I was traveling with kids, it made me a bit uneasy, and I woke up at 3:30 am to open the oven, hoping to reduce the heat. It temporarily resolved, but the glitch returned later. Thankfully, maintenance came quickly and explained that a new stove had already been purchased but hadn’t been delivered yet. Future guests will definitely enjoy this place without any issues. Overall, the location, comfort, and thoughtful touches in the home outweighed the inconvenience, and I would still recommend Katie’s place for anyone visiting Tucson!

This was our first AirBnB experience and we were so happy with the outcome. Our hosts Kirstyn & Austin made checking in so easy and we’re so responsive to answering our questions and taking care of us during our stay. Their home was a perfect set up for 2 couples. We had plenty of room to spend family time together and room to have a little away time too. We loved playing pickleball at the nearby Racquet Club and their restaurant was our favorite lunch spot! There are lots of hiking paths and trails near this condo too. We didn’t use the pool because the temps weren’t that warm during our stay but it’s another amenity of this great AirBnB. Thanks Kirstyn & Austin for your warm hospitality! We’d love to come stay again in the future! The Christensons & Holmans

From the moment we stepped inside Rebecca's house, we could tell the amount of thought that was put into making the space comfortable! Rebecca had everything labeled, supplies to use, and helpful instructions! The furniture, both inside and out, was comfortable and the decorations were lovely! Rebecca was an excellent communicator and made the entire experience easy and pleasant!
