Apartment is located in a very comfortable and central potion, facing the sea, very clean and equipped, the terrace for me was one of the most interesting corners of the house as we had lunch outside outdoors, overlooking the sea. Host Ervis was very kind, helpful and welcoming, he provided us with all the necessary information/ photos to get to the apartment without difficulty. He was very clear, transparent in his communication. He also gave us the opportunity to enter the apartment 3 hours before check-in. thank you for everything...we will be very happy to come back.

Pietro is one of the best homeowners I've ever met! I needed to get away from the city with my partner for two days, as soon as we arrived he had local wine and cheeses ready for us! A welcome aperitif with all the trimmings. We couldn't resist staying to talk for a few hours, a wonderful person. And then we moved into the little house he built himself, it seemed like we were in another world. Green, peace, fresh mountain air, animals that come to greet you at the door, good food and good company! I couldn't have asked for more.❤️ An experience I wish everyone could have! Heartfelt thanks. Maria Francesca is the nicest host, very accomodating and her place is beautiful. Exceptional location close to restaurants grocery stores, cafés, etc. with a gorgeous view of Assisi from the front balcony. The huge back terrasse is drenched in sunlight all day with a table in the shade; the perfect place for lunch or dinner al fresco. The appartment is fully equipped for cooking, laundry, etc. Highly recommended! F

I was already in love with Lake Campotosto,but living it from Stefano's house was a unique experience...the view,the silence interrupted only by animals (and my dogs),the infinity of stars to contemplate(in fact I brought the telescope and I would definitely like to point out this place to astrophiles like me)for what I paid for. Stefano's house is simply beautiful,cozy(like him),warm,comfortable and equipped with everything you need. One pamper for our dogs who were able to safely break free. Stefano is also a delight,he explains everything about the house and not only(excursions,food, surroundings),and chatting is truly a pleasure. I'll be back soon.

very nice and helpful hosting. very quiet place. very large, clean, tidy apartment. like being at home. air conditioning in the room and fans in the living area. it was very nice, very cool despite the August heat. I would definitely go back. to be recommended.

Beautiful location with a lovely outdoor area. The space was great for a big group, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. The host was fantastic with responding and provided recommendations in the area - very much so recommend the chef and also the wine tasting nearby. A plus was the pizza oven. Interior of the home is quite simple, some of the outdoor furniture could be in need of some replacement / new cushions. We also needed to pick up a few extra items like soap, shampoo and toilet paper for the bathrooms especially for a one week stay.

Pleasant stay in a quiet and remote place. I love places like this, and it's not easy to find them. An isolated but easily accessible house with adequate spaces and pleasant amenities, from the interior spaces, to the fireplace in the kitchen, large bathroom and comfortable rooms, washing machine and barbecue, wood and barbecue for arrosticini are also available. Highly recommended. I will personally return in the spring/summer.
