The house is really beautiful and hospitable, even better than what appears in the photo. There's everything you need to cook, plenty of space, and the surroundings are simply spectacular. Both the owner and the lady who manages the house were very kind.

The most delightful and relaxing place to stay for a few days. Made friends with some locals, the cats as well. Serena’s place was so quiet and tranquil. The kitchen has everything but I did not cook, opting to eat at the local restaurants which had incredible coffee and local food, and information centre to find out about hiking trails. I would come back as soon as possible to this magical place. Thank you so much Serena.

Valentina was a wonderful host. We had so many obstacles to get to her home which was our issues and ended up arriving way past check in. She was very flexible and accommodating. We really appreciate it. Definitely would stay there again.

Our stay in Pescasseroli was very pleasant, the accommodation is very welcoming, familiar, very clean and well-stocked with what you need for a family on vacation. Mrs. Dora is attentive, very punctual and very kind. Also highly recommended for the location, more central than that is impossible.

Guiseppina is an excellent host, she was easy to contact and provided great tips on what to see in the local area! The apartment is clean and spacious with all the essentials you need. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils, crockery etc. The TV is large and of good quality and includes netflix. There are great panoramic views of the sea from the terrace. There is a desk and monitor for working if needed (only VGA connection though) and also WIFI, though I found it a bit too slow for anything beyond basic tasks. The old town of Minturno is pretty, but there was not much happening when I visited in January, and most restaurants were closed, but it looks like there would be plenty of options during the summer. I did get to the flat by walking from the train station, which is 30mins, but there are also local buses which stop by the house. Overall would recommend this apartment, I really enjoyed my stay.

Charming stay! My boyfriend and I stayed at Marika and Federico's for 4 nights at the end of December. The hosts were very kind and immediately made themselves available and available. As for the stay, the temperatures were for those particularly cold days. The house is very well maintained and is really equipped with all the comforts! It's built on multiple floors. For the attic, where the bedrooms are located, you need to lower your head at the entrance and in some parts of the room (we are about 170cm tall). But just know and consider if you have any mobility difficulties. The house overlooks an enchanting glimpse of the Sangro River, which has been magical to admire every morning. Clearly that's why when we arrived the house was very cold, but it was enough to turn on the heat and start living the house for a few hours. The location is very central, free street parking a stone's throw away. Villetta Barrea turned out to be enchanting!

A really nice and well-kept villa, everything clean and even decorated for the Christmas week. There were 10 of us and we had a great time. Lovely living room and comfortable, clean rooms with all the comforts. Maria Thank you very kind and super helpful. We will be back!
