Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Carolina

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb unit, and I must say, it is absolutely stunning! The design is beautifully executed, creating a cozy atmosphere that truly offers the comforts of home. The clean lines and immaculate condition of the space made a great impression on me. The location is fantastic, being very close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants, which made exploring the area incredibly convenient. I felt safe and at home throughout my stay, thanks in large part to the responsiveness and helpfulness of the host. If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that I’m a very light sleeper, and there was a dog nearby that barked quite often during the night. However, this did not overshadow the overall pleasant experience I had. I highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a beautiful and comfortable stay! Shawn .

Raisa’s place is so cute and comfy ! Looks exactly like the pictures. It is a bit noisy, if you’re not used to it I don’t recommend it. But I don’t have a problem with it at all ! The neighborhood is very nice I walked a few times to go buy fruits and go to the market. There are a couple fast foods around in case. Other than that it’s not too far from san Juan and the old city so you can easily uber or drive there. Would definitely come back. Thank you

We ended up booking this place last minute, one day before we were supposed to arrive because the place we previously had booked had some alarming reviews, and to say this place was home away from home is an understatement, even though we generally didn’t come in until bed time, it was nice to come back to a safe, clean, and comfortable place to stay! And it was nice to be a little away from all the tourists areas at the end of the day. The only negative was issues with the gps at first which the host was super responsive and helpful.

I am so happy I chose Juan’s for my first time in Puerto Rico. I felt right at home in the beautiful condominium. Exceeded my expectations. Juan was a great host and very responsive to all messages. Well worth the price for the niceness, privacy, security, proximities and backup generator. I hope to be back again!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! Ivelisse was incredibly kind and responsive, even answering our messages late at night. She went above and beyond to help us when we made a mistake with our flight dates, showing great flexibility and understanding. Ivelisse also gave us excellent local recommendations, which made our trip even better. The apartment itself is in a perfect location, close to everything we needed, and the facilities—especially the swimming pool—were excellent. It was a wonderful touch that the host personally said goodbye to us when we left. Highly recommend staying here!

Really enjoyed staying at this place!! The location is great, so many places to eat and drink, short walk everywhere such as to beach and grocery. The place was very spacious and we had a large group and didn’t feel crowded ever! Definitely recommend this place if you enjoy activity and walking. We had a rental car and were very close to other beaches and areas and loved exploring all around San Juan! Uber is also extremely available and helps out a lot if you want to explore beyond Isla Verde!

This was by far the best vacation my family has had in a while. This was our first time staying in an Airbnb and it felt like home. Everything was clean and where we were told it would be, our host was beyond helpful and knowledgeable about the area and what we wanted to do. Very responsive. We will definitely be back

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s place — the house was spacious and clean and matched the pictures, but the best thing about this place is that it’s only a 2 minute walk from a beautiful, fairly quiet beach. We also really enjoyed the patio space of this airbnb, and used the space and the outdoor grill to have a cookout one of the nights we stayed here. Ricardo is very friendly, responsive, and quick to help out whenever we had any questions or needed something at the house. We all had a great time here and would definitely stay here again!

Had a great stay Calix was very responsive and helpful when needed. Location was great 15 to 20 mins from everything. I highly recommend and would stay here again.

Manuel was very helpful, the house was clean, and accessible to the beach by walk. Also, available , but not listed on the amenities were a backup generator, in case of power outage which was great reassurance, and all sorts of beach items like umbrellas, chairs, coolers, wake board. The public water system did go down for a few hours one day, but they have a backup if extended problems. Supermarket is a 5 minute walk away, and on the main strip with about every kind of business you need. There were a few noisy neighbors one night, but , overall, good clean place with everything you need for an extended stay.

We stayed in Renier's place during our trip to San Juan, PR. It was a great place and we really liked it. Apartment is very roomy with 3 bedrooms and queen beds which is great for families. It is in a great location only 5mins from SJU Airport by Uber. It worked great since our flight arrived early in the morning. You can hear Flight takeoff and Landing sounds as its close to airport, but it didn't bother us a lot. Renier was very nice and flexible with late checkins. He is very quick in his responses. Rental cars are in walkable distance to rent for the trip. Restaurants and Gas stations are in walkable distance as well.

This place was 10 out of 10. I most definitely would recommend anyone to book there. . You will not be disappointed in any fashion might I add it’s even better in person. I would definitely book this home again if it’s avail when visit again. I loved everything about it.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for a bachelorette weekend! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly suited for our big group. It had everything we needed. The host Shimmy was fantastic— when we needed help with a few things, she was quick to respond and was able to come over to assist. She made the whole experience so easy for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to stay—especially for a group getaway. It was the perfect place!!

The apartment is very safe. My wife and I loved it They have Security at the gate. The indoor parking is nice. The Neighbors are friendly no smoking or loud noises. Jose makes sure you have everything you need and still checks on you for anything that may've been missed ( He didn't miss anything for our stay) The place was spotless and cozy. I'll definitely will be staying there again and will recommend Jose's listing to all my friends.

We loved this condo! The view is so worth it! It’s small but had plenty of space for our family of four. The beach is also so close and a great spot to swim. Allison had tons of great information in her welcome letter that was really helpful. I also appreciated all of the amenities, like a small cooler and beach chairs for the beach. The kitchen had everything we needed! If we come back to PR I would easily rent this place again! Also Uber is so easy to use, that’s how we got around. If you go check out Old San Juan (you should!) I would recommend taking an Uber instead of your rental car. Traffic is pretty busy down there and the Uber ride was so easy!

We absolutely loved our stay at Marcos condo. We had everything we needed and he supplied plenty of toiletries in case you forgot something. You can’t beat the location and being steps from the beach. Watching the waves from the balcony was a treat. We would absolutely stay here again when we come back to the area!

Just like the pictures the view was my favorite part, the inside was very pretty and clean. Host was quick to respond and super helpful gave us a list of recommendations on where to eat/ 24hr supermarkets.. She checked in on us and made us feel like family. The electricity went out our first day and she provided everything to accommodate the power outage!! Huge thank you we will definitely come back ❤️
