Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Carolina

The place was great! Location is really awesome (easy to uber everywhere or walk), there is security in the front and back which made me feel comfortable. When we came to the beach from the hotel access there was a lot of seaweed but walked about 10 minutes West and the beach was perfect, by the last day the seaweed moved so just keep this in mind but has nothing to do with Alfredo and just with the weather! Some times there was noises at night and in the morning from neighbors but again this is expected from a hotel just something to be aware of. This listing was clean, had extra towels and blankets and anything else that you might need like plates, coffee machine, and even water left for us in the fridge. Overall great stay and will likely be back!

Host was super responsive 1 issue arose and she responded right away. I traveled with a group of 12 and it was perfect.

Manuel was a super host. Very friendly and if an issue arose he took quick action. There was no water for one day, which is something he has no control over but was present to handle the situation the best he could. The unit was excellent but it's near a highway so was quite noisy at times. Otherwise I highly recommend this location as you can walk to the beach and local eateries. And you can catch the bus about a block away to go to other beaches, Old San Juan and local malls.

This place is in a great location ! You can get to almost all the beaches and other attractions in 30 minutes or less.

Like other reivews have stated, this place is quite loud at night. But we expected that, and brought ear plugs, which solved the issue. The place was clean, good access to the beach, and the washer/dryer was much appreciated. The security guards were very helpful in helping us check in. Sebastian was very communicative, and proactive. Will would gladly stay at one of Sebastian's places again!

Amazing place, good location and great value. Javi's place easily accommodated our group of 5 adults and 2 kids. All amenities were available as listed and everything was working properly (AC units, laundry, hot water, etc). The place was very clean and Javi was quick to respond when I had questions. The place is within walking distance to nearby restaurants, small shops and a super market. The surrounding feels safe and it did not feel loud, other than the morning rosters that are everywhere in the island lol. Javi is a great host was very pro-active about making our trip enjoyable the minute we arrived. Highly recommended!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Ricardo’s place — the house was spacious and clean and matched the pictures, but the best thing about this place is that it’s only a 2 minute walk from a beautiful, fairly quiet beach. We also really enjoyed the patio space of this airbnb, and used the space and the outdoor grill to have a cookout one of the nights we stayed here. Ricardo is very friendly, responsive, and quick to help out whenever we had any questions or needed something at the house. We all had a great time here and would definitely stay here again!

Sylvette’s place was beyond excellent. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean and has everything we could need. It’s very well located, just 10 minutes from the airport, in a very pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The house is very cozy; me and my family felt right at home. Highly recommended.

Great place for our stay in PR! Spotless amenities. Only down side was the location is a bit far from the main attractions in the city and not all ubers accepted our rides, so a rental car is definitely recommended. Host was extremely responsive when we had questions or requests and sent a maintenance person to take care of an unlocked window super quickly! Will be returning!

We had a wonderful time. The first night we had no water but Manuel quickly responded and let us know this was an issue in the entire neighborhood but that emergency gallons of water were available if needed. The water quickly came back and we had no issues for the rest of the trip. The apartment was extremely well stocked with plenty of clean towels and linen. The beds were comfortable and the AC was great. We loved the neighborhood. The beaches were easily accessible, beautiful, and not crowded. Highly recommend staying here.

Renier was always available and very friendly. I would consider him for any future Puerto Rico trips!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for a bachelorette weekend! The house was beautiful, spacious, and perfectly suited for our big group. It had everything we needed. The host Shimmy was fantastic— when we needed help with a few things, she was quick to respond and was able to come over to assist. She made the whole experience so easy for us. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot to stay—especially for a group getaway. It was the perfect place!!

Wonderful place, barely a 2 min walk to the beach. Great area; lots of shops, bars and restaurants a short walk away. We loved the ocean view from the balcony. Would recommend if you’re looking for a fun beach stay in Carolina!

Tania's place exceeded our expectations in every way! She was an incredibly welcoming and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. The apartment was immaculate and well-equipped with everything we needed, including thoughtful touches like sun block lotion, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers. nice place convenient cozy . ac worked great . only thing that bothered me was a guy staying above me constantly smoking cigars on his balcony and the smell would come in when I opened my balcony to get fresh air . but everything was great thank u for having me

This was my first time every staying in an airbnb and I could not be happier with my stay. The place was clean, the location was great and the AC was amazing! Jose was very nice and responsive if I had a question. Thank you Jose for such an amazing experience for my son and I.

I can’t rave about this stay enough. Breathtaking views, walkable to anything you need. Front desk is super helpful and friendly. The bar downstairs is so cute and great music. The most incredible beach views and the beach has sand softer than silk. Allison is an incredible hostess with the mostest and made check in so easy with her thorough instructions. Security made us feel safe checking in which is the most important when I’m traveling with family. Did I mention the stunning view? Will be staying anytime I stay in San Juan.

Marcos' condo in the perfect place to experience all that San Juan and beyond has to offer. Easy access to the best beach in San Juan while still being a 15 min Uber ride to Old San Juan. Walkable to shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend checking out Pal'Agua next door which is located next door in La Playita and is only open Friday-Sunday. We will definitely stay here again if we have the pleasure of visiting San Juan in the future. We couldn't be happier with our time in this beautiful space!
