Excellent location and place! Great amenities, pool, basketball, racket ball court. 2 min walk to the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. Clean and safe neighborhood. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was great… located in an area where there is so much to do. Walmart is 45secs away literally. The host is very nice and responsive. This place is definitely worth its rate. Definitely will stay again. Thank you for having us.

The property is very picturesque, offering a stunning view of El Yunque and the nearby towns. It is ideal for families looking to disconnect from the noise of the city and appreciate the serene beauty of the countryside and natural landscapes of Puerto Rico We will definitely be back! 😊

Sheila was a great host. We arrived at 2:00am and she was very responsive when we couldn’t find the house. The home was very clean and comfortable for my family of 5. The best part of all was that there was a black out and the home was prepared with solar panels therefore we were not affected at all and our New Years was a great one. Thank you Sheila your home was beautiful and we enjoyed our time in Puerto Rico.

We had a beautiful couple of days in El Yunque/Rio Grande at the end of our trip. This is a great stay surrounded by the rainforest and all the ambient vibes. Host(s) were very responsive and kind. The house as some folks mentioned does have a damp smell and there is no A/c in the main room but both bedrooms had an A/c that kept it comfortable for us. A good reminder that we were in a tropical rainforest. We actually enjoyed the decor and the 80s/90s vibe, reminded us that it is a family home. House needed a little extra TLC on the cleaning, as well. All amenities were as as listed, wi-fi was strong, and the pool was lovely! Overall, we would definitely stay again.

Maribel and Enrique were very gracious hosts. The house is centrally located with easy access to San Juan nightlife and sightseeing and easy to access the center mountainous region of the Isla del Encanto! The home was warm and welcoming with a beautiful patio area for morning coffee and evening rum! The coqui frogs serenaded us every evening. Would love staying here again.

La passamos super is a good villa in a good place

i really liked the place . it's close to the airport so you will hear lots of planes. but other than that. it was worth it. I would stay here again next time.

My family and I stayed at Drews place for a week and it was fabulous!! Yesi, the house manager was so lovely and helpful. The house had great amenities, and the view you will wake up to is breath taking! The only thing that is a must is a rental car, and the location is in the forest so there's a lot of roads and hills. Next time we go we will use Drews Home again!!

We had a really lovely time at this AirBNB. The home itself is gorgeous with plenty of space for our large family to spread out. It is close enough to San Juan yet still feels rural and secluded. We were there during the holidays when there was an island-wide power outage and were pleasantly surprised to have back-up power via a generator which truly saved the day! Would definitely recommend to others. We greatly enjoyed our stay.

Arturo was a great host, very communicative and attentive at all times. The place was great, spacious and clean. We loved the foosball table! The place was a bit tricky to find within the complex but it was all well worth it. We'll be happy to repeat!

Group of 11 had a great time! Place was clean and not far from a lot of cute food places. Quick Ubers into San Juan. Only thing is that there is no main dining area because the place is broken up to units so it was hard to have everyone in 1 room to eat in. Otherwise we had a great time and loved this place.

A few minor hiccups but great host was a very responsive. Great location and felt very safe close to beach and kiosks.

The seven people in our party had a great time. We would have appreciated a check-in call on the first or second day, as communicating through AirB&B is very slow. The nearness of the grocery store meant that it was easy to cook and eat at home four nights. Walking to the beach was fun. Appliances were up-to-date and functional, except the gas BBQ which needed attention which was provided two days after we notified that it didn’t work. The A/C worked well in the different rooms. Pool is quite small. The art on the walls was exceptional and enjoyable. Nevertheless, our party has some suggestions: 1. more upholstered living room furniture. For a house that sleeps up to 12, there were about 5 seats and the rest had to sit on hard chairs. 2. Install some rows of hooks in bedrooms and elsewhere for hats, beach bags, clothing, etc. 3.Repair kitchen drawers which snagged on the door to their cupboard and were difficult to use. 4. Reading lamps were underpowered or lacking.

This property is magical, I felt like I was on a movie set. We were three families, each with children, and we had more than enough space as we were all in separate houses. The attention to detail - the landscaping, the chairs, the art, the lights at night -- everything made it so nice and comfortable, and personable. It felt authentic and not like a dull hotel room. There was plenty of hot water -- which is usually a challenge with so many family members. Staying on a farm was charming, and yes the roosters were up early, but nothing a little white noise didn't block. We even had a NYE party for our group on the grounds, and it felt like we had a private resort to ourselves. The electricity on the entire island went out on New Year's Eve, but Barbie had generators, and we would have never known the electricity was even out. Definitely recommend this property for a large group or big family. And listen and put on the bug spray as soon as you arrive -- and you'll never get bit! :)

Perfect stay at the bottom of the El Yunke area, short drive to beaches, restaurants… The host is amazing, very responsive, helpful and provide proactively tons of recommendations. The house is very comfortable for 6, and perfectly clean. We’ve spend good time in the swimming pool even if it is not heated.

The stay was very pleasant and as advertised, great hospitality from Noemi, whenever we communicated she was very quick and efficient, other then the wifi going in and out our stay was great, the kids really enjoyed the pool. Would definitely book again. ☺️

We had a wonderful stay at Betzaida’s place. It is exactly as described: a beautiful location and great, quiet spot for a family or group of friends. Our kids loved the pool and toys in the house. We didn’t find the drive as difficult as others have mentioned; you just have to look out for cars in opposite direction when the road gets narrow. If you want to get away from the coast and into the mountains, this is an amazing place.

Beautiful secure location with beautiful views. Traveled with my daughters and I definitely felt safe during our stay. Everything was very clean and comfortable Kelvin was always available to answer any questions I had I definitely recommend and we’ll definitely be back in January! Loved it… Thank you Kelvin!

We had a wonderful time here! Marvin was great to communicate with pre-arrival and during. We had absolutely no issues. The house was clean, exactly as the pictures showed, and had everything we need. The best part of this house is the location. So close to the Liquillo Kiosks and beach as well as the Rainforest and Fajardo. Would definitely stay again.
