Great place. There was 6 of us and plenty of room. House was in a great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to restaurants and entertainment. Very clean. Close walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. Host was super friendly and very quick to respond.

Georgia was a great host! She was very helpful and responsive. Her home was very clean and exactly as described and matched the photos perfectly. It’s a beautiful place to stay for a couple weeks. Our family felt right at home and we had everything we needed. The location is perfect, quiet, private and a quick walk to the beach. We were even able to fish off the pier. We enjoyed ourselves so much we stayed an extra couple days. I would highly recommend Georgia’s home to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

My family (me and my wife, three kids 12 and under, and our dog) really enjoyed our stay. This is a beautiful historic home that is also very comfortable and has everything you need. We were visiting family in Conway for the holidays and this place was perfect for the occasion. There was plenty of room for everyone, and we also really enjoyed relaxing on the back patio by the firepit. The home is also very close to downtown Conway. The hosts were very responsive and made checking in and out easy. I would highlight recommend and hope to stay here again.

It was a great staying at David's Place! My entire family enjoyed themselves, nice and spacious! This is where we will stay when we come back. We couldn't enjoy the back yard due to it being so cold, other then that the stay was great and located in such a great spot! I cannot wait to come back!

David’s place is a perfect family retreat! Right in the heart of all Myrtle beach has to offer yet is private in a beautiful well appointed neighborhood. He is very proactive and responsive always helpful with anything my family needs for our stay. I highly recommend this location for every guest!

This place is wonderful! Great location, spectacular view from the balcony and from the main bedroom. Parking across the street. The apartment is clean, spacious, with everything that you need for a good vacation. Two bedrooms are far apart, which gives a lot of privacy. Communication with Charles was great. We would definitely be back!

Really enjoyed my stay I was so shocked when I seen that the AirBnb looked EXACTLY like the pictures that were shown when booking! It felt like home I LOVED that it was a gated community, EVERYONE was so friendly! Thanks Rueben for making my stay GREAT!!

We loved the marsh view and the location within a few minutes' drive near the Marsh Walk.

This was our second time staying at this property. It’s perfect for us, very cozy. And the beach is a quick walk!

To say my family and I really enjoyed our stay would be an understatement. Gino was very easy to communicate with if we had any questions leading up to our stay before, during, and after. The kitchen had everything we needed, plates, cooking pots and pans, utensils, etc. My kids still can't stop talking about the bunk beds! The fellow vacationers staying in the building that we met at the pool or on the beach were so friendly. We really felt right at home and didn't want to leave! The location is very convenient. Being off the main road with the beach right outside your window is definitely a plus but having the main road so close was very helpful and convenient with kids, groceries, and just having to get last minute items throughout our stay. We hope to stay at Gino's place next year BUT for a longer stay if it is available!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Thank you Gino for having us! :)

The location was great! Located in a quiet neighborhood and right across from beach access. We could still see and hear the waves crashing on the beach from the balcony. The place looked exactly like the pictures and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Our family loved being able to play on our on private pickleball court as well. Owners were extremely responsive to any questions we had. Only the most minor of items that the cleaners missed (leftover from previous occupants), but nothing that came close to affecting our stay or how great the place was with all the amenities.

Very nice and spacious house. The outside pool and hot tub area is like an oasis of its own. They had pool toys and a great sitting area on the huge outside patio. The washer and dryer are huge. Very pleased with our stay here.

The home was even better than expected. Beautiful spot on the beach. Fully equipped kitchen with anything you could need. Many beach chairs, umbrella's and beach toys to use. We especially enjoyed playing in the game room on the basketball challenge, ping-pong and corn hole. We had Great memories from this. The bedrooms were clean, comfortable and with nice beds. The pool and hot tub were a lot of fun and cleaned by a service person almost every other day. Alexandre responded very quickly to any concerns (which were few) and made sure our family had whatever we needed for a wonderful vacation. Highly recommended home and owner on this amazing beach home. THANK YOU Alexandre.

Beautiful location and packed with amenities. Walkable to the beach and just a quick car ride to dozens of restaurants and shops. Super clean space. Would definitely return.

This was a very nice family vacation home. The neighborhood was very quiet and beautiful. It is minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and the beach.
